Great service deserves praise. The folks at Visionworks in Almeda Mall are top notch, especially my guy, Lionel. He was very helpful and even shipped my glasses promptly to my location in Wichita, Kansas because I left out of town for work. My glasses are exactly how I expected them. I love them and I thank Lionel for helping me pick my new frames!

I love this store, I have been going to Visionworks for many years. I love their selection of glasses, the store is always clean. This last visit, Lionel and Hannah were the greatest representatives. They were very helpful, funny, friendly and make you feel at home. The music they were playing in the store had my kid and I singing and dancing. This is a must place to get your glasses and ask for their services. Thanks to them, I will continue to get my glasses from Visionworks.

Today I went to this place without knowing how much of an incredible outstanding customer service I was going to receive. Dr. Chee is the fist eye doctor I feel so comfortable with, he is very detailed on explaining every single step during the exam. He is friendly, caring, and understanding. He cares for all the concerns you may have and has all the knowledge, he is just an Amazing Dr. Mr. Lionel and Ms. Jenny are right next door and they are the MOST lovable people here. They helped me all the way on picking my frames, very friendly, helpful and understanding. I felt so good with the staff and I am beyond great full with Mr. Lionel and Ms. Jenny. 2 days ago I stopped in here for the very 1st time. I've never needed glasses before and I'm super picky, so you can imagine how nervous I was to walk in there. The 1st person I met was Mr. Lionel. I immediately told him about my indecisive nature and that this was my 1st time needing glasses. He then introduced me to Miss Hannah B. These 2 were amazingly patient and kind. They worked together and made my fear turn into fun. I felt like I was playing dress-up, but with glasses. I found 2 pair and I'm so happy. Thank you guys!!!

Hannah B. was AWESOME! She was super patient with me! As soon as I came in she was the first to greet me, even though she was helping others. She allowed me to go ahead and look around and try on the glasses, mind you I am very picky with my glasses. She took her time explaining to me about the sale which was buy one get one half off even with my insurance on Feb 13, the type of lens and antiglare asked me if my previous glasses had bothered me since it did not have anti glare and even helped me decide on my glasses giving her honest opinion and I LOVE THAT. I asked her I do have a pair of guess bought from here and they still have it in stock can I get it adjusted and she said yes explained to me the process and everything! She was so easy to talk to, awesome in detailed info, and quick with her work.

She talk to me teenagers not as a kid who nows nothing but like an adult. If she had not told me about the glass sticking out of the wire and let me just go like that I probably would have gotten those glasses and wouldn’t have worn Them that much. So I’m very thankful. She is very kind and takes her time to help you.

Edit: I contacted the corporate office who was very helpful in getting with this location to rectify my problem. The store did everything possible to make me feel better. I appreciate the help. I feel taken advantage of at this location. I should have stuck with my usual mall location. I called to change my order or cancel it today and was told my glasses were already being made and that they are sorry. I was pushed into the polarized lenses without being given any other, less expensive option. Today on the phone I find out this was $90! Had they told me that I would have gone with something else and would have been well within my budget. Now I’m way over budget with no option of changing my order. I’m very disappointed. I did not think that a day later this would be an issue as I know the lab is not on site. Also, was forced to get online on the spot and give a 5 star review in order to receive a free higher grade eye glass case. They were all hideous and I did not take one. This was yesterday, today I am reviewing what I really feel.
