Place has a dingy feel to it. Door always locked. Someone has to come over to manually un/lock it after each customer. Still practicing social distancing (seating arrangements + mask enforcement). Said we would receive a call to pick up glasses in 1-2 weeks. I had to call them after week three and it was basically “Oh, yea they’re ready”.

This establishment and the personal are very professional, caring, down to earth, knowledgeable, offer great prices and information about the process of getting your eyes examined. The only thing the customer has to worry about are current condition of their eyes, keep good health of their eyes, the cost of paying for glasses and (drum roll...) the insurance plans they walk in with.
