Been going here for the last few years and it’s one of the best optometry offices! Super clean and great customer service. Kathy helped me order my contacts recently and she was super helpful and took her time. After the trial period and help me order my contacts via phone. The doctors are also great and never had issues with any of their recommendations or my prescriptions. I recommend this place to all my family and friends and they love it here too!

I’ve been coming to Bellaire Optometry for 3-4 years now and each time has been a very pleasant experience. The boutique itself is super modern, clean and accommodating. They have the most attentive staff there who genuinely want to help you, and this recent visit has been no different. Yvonne, the sweet young lady that helped pick out my new frames, was super patient and kind. She explained all the details of what my insurance covered and made sure I understood it all. My prescription has not changed but I ALWAYS end up buying new frames because their selection is just too good! I will continue coming here for years to come, and thank you Yvonne for being super sweet and helpful!

I've been a patient of this clinic for 20 years and are now my kids are also a patient here. The staffs are so patience and helpful. The doctors are professional, knowledgeable and nice. They're keep their appointments pretty on time.. very pittle wait time. Their glasses selection is quite vast AND particularly they have alternation fit glasses selection for Asian nose (like mine), which is awesome!!! Lastly, their client service is great. I informed them that my new glasses' nose pads are leaving dents on nose and it hurts a little because the glasses I chose was a little heavy, they offered to replace nose pads to a softer kind to help with it for free! They didn't have to as it was not their problem, but they did! Highly recommend.

I came here and was treated as an esteemed guest. They were absolute professionals and the office was SUPER CLEAN. It was busy on Saturday but they took the time to look after me and my wife. She was really impressed with the service and selection here. They even have Tiffany frames! Yeni and Huy helped us in selecting frames and gave me the best savings that my insurance covered. Big spacious clinic with excellent staff! They'll even serve you water when you need it. Lots of updated equipment as well. They'll even provide to have your contact lens shipped to your home for free as well! Bellaire Optometry is proof that not all eye clinics are equal.

I came first through an appointment that was booked a day before. They checked my insurance and got me in in time, which was perfect. Staffs were gentle and nice. Right after my appointment, i was happy with my experience, so I asked if I could book an appointment for my sibling in the near future; they said my sibling can come in right at that moment. Even though she did not have an appointment,she was taken care asap! We were really thankful for this experience.

I have finally found someone willing to help me with my intense eye pain. I've been to several different doctors over the years, and the previous ones all sent me away saying that they could do nothing to help me... until today! Dr. Le did a very thorough exam. She said that I had many simple to treat issues that added up to unbearable eye pain and ultimately severe migraines. I am so grateful beyond words! This place is fantastic. They helped me choose a set of frames for my elderly father that would be comfortable. They even helped me unexpectedly pick a set of sunglasses and regular frames for myself that same day. Everyone was so helpful and were knowledgeable about what styles would fit our faces and on their stock. The prices are comparable to other places I have looked. I felt extremely comfortable picking some out of the ordinary styles for myself. I will be back here, as will my family.

I was warmly greeted and didn't have to wait for the doctor. They have the latest technology and are extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed how the doctor showed me a 3-D model of the human eye and then explained in detail what they were able to deduce about my eyes. That was awesome. Update: So I just came from here seeking to get my right temple fixed on my glasses because it’s wobbly....Now i don’t know how much places like these make, but I purchased some designer frames which come with a “1 year warranty with a $25 co-pay” but I wasn’t told until today that the 1 year warranty can only be used (one time) So I would have to spend another $300+ to purchase the same frames because they can’t just fix one temple on the frames I have. Update: A few days after I posted the update above I received a call stating that they called the manufacturer and they would replace my frames for the $25 co-pay. Today 08/30/19 I went in and they replaced my frames for the $25 co-pay, Im not pleased that I had to write a bad review in order to get my glasses fixed. But nonetheless the staff is still very polite and helpful. I just know for future purchases to ask more questions about the warranty, like if it’s only a one time thing or does it actually last for a year.

Have to give 4 stars because of the wait(Have not been a patient here yet), And the chairs are terribly uncomfortable. I feel like the chairs are badly designed, almost making it hard for me to sustain a good/perfect posture on it, like if it's designed to make me slouch and hurt my back combined with the wait I find it intolerable. Hopefully better designed chairs that promote good and healthy postures will be put in place next time I'm around? The atmosphere and the culture of this place is great. I'm used to better deals and a more efficient process at other places.

When it comes to choosing frames I’ll say I’m the most picky person. It takes me about 2 hours to find and but the “ones”. Jenni is the right person to ask for. She has been helping me and my family for the last 6years. She’s patient and just knows my style. She honest and knows the trending styles. I called up this optometry to ask about an eye exam. When I arrived, I was seen on time. I've been to other places and the appointments always felt rushed. This wasn't the case here .
