Michael - I can't say enough about how pleased I was treated. All my questions were answered all my needs were met and I'll be continuing to go there from now on. Also my wife is making an appointment and will be coming a new patient. Linda - I have seen my new doctor, Dr. Philip Bertucci, twice, at my husband's excellent suggestion. Dr. Bertucci gave me very good, detailed and thorough examinations and was even willing to take the time to explain their office's practices in layman's terms. His office associates were all nice, efficient, and competent. I am happy with Tri- County Eye Clinic.

My only complaint is they going to have to do something about them nasty chairs that are in the waiting room. If you’re going to have cloth cheers in the waiting room you need to at least keep them clean if not get some leather nice chairs in the waiting room.

Dr. Massey is a great Dr. He takes his time with patients and listens to their concerns. Glad we found them. The staff is amazing also. We have been there 3 times and each time they have been really friendly. Would send anyone to them if they have eye problems or just a yearly exam. All of them get 5 stars.

I was very pleased with the service, the staff, and especially Dr. Karina Moore-Massey, OD; she's an Excellent doctor and I'm glad I found such a skilled and caring doctor. Dr. Moore-Massey (or as the staff refers to the doctor; Dr. M&M) will Always be my eye doctor.

Being new to the area, I chose Tri-County for my long over due eye exam due to Covid. From the 1st phone call to the end of my appointment, it was a pleasure. My insurance didn't cover the whole bill and there was a balance I was unable to pay at that time. The office girls gave me the time to pay the remainder with true understanding. I have no idea why Tri-County has such a low star rating...in my opinion 5-stars isn't enough! Thank you all very much!😀❤ .
