Waited up to 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The staff there seemed like they did not completely know what they were doing with the information provided. I ended up being there for 3 hours, why? I have no clue. That’s the longest I’ve had to be at an eye appointment. I wanted a prescription for contacts and so far I’ve had them for the time expected. They don’t seem to work. Not coming back.

Dr. Rudnick and Dr. Cross have both provided me with excellent eye care, and I'm very pleased with their results. I never thought my vision would be so good. Audrey and Anna are also very knowledgeable and are great about explaining options. Every member of their team is super helpful, courteous, and efficient. The Mrs. and I went in yesterday and what a delightful experience! The staff was very friendly but not overly. Both of our eye exams were done with professional efficiency. The Dr. really took his time. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable and the selection of frames is magnificent! We both are going to look amazing as well as be able to see. UPDATE: I was told my glasses would be ready the 3rd, I also know it was a holiday weekend. Maria was very rude when I called to inquire about my glasses. Now, I want a refund and will never go there because of her again.

The staff was very prompt in greeting me when I arrived, and I only waited a few minutes before the eye exam started. Very diverse selection of glasses and no pressure to buy, which I appreciated. My only recommendation is to train the employees on the correct way to answer the phone. A proper greeting and using a first name is imperative, not just a "Visionworks can I help you" approach. Very impersonal.

It was time for new glasses last month and once again this Visionworks was our go-to shopping destination. For years we've been visiting here over other closer ones because of one person - Audrey. She is amazing. A knowledgeable, helpful, patient and soft-spoken treasure. Audrey knows absolutely everything she needs to in order to help you wade through your myriad options - which coatings and which lenses and why one or the other might fit your needs better; which frames are right for your taste; understandable explanations of the various costs and payment options and which will be better for your pocketbook. She has great taste and seems to know every one of the hundreds of frames on offer in order to help you find the perfect pair. My whole family is sold on her. Do yourself a favor and see how easygoing and informative Audrey is. I think, like us, you won't ever go anywhere else for your eyeglasses. Many, many thanks to Audrey.

I checked with my insurance before I scheduled an appointment, and I confirmed all of my insurance information with the receptionists to make sure everything was copacetic; they were able to check all of my information. Everyone was nice, the exam was quick and easy. Dominick V. helped me, and gave me great information on my lens options. As a nurse, I appreciate his attention to patient education. I am recommending this location to my coworker. I spent probably an hour and forty-five there walk-in to walk-out, which I feel is pretty consistent for exam and browsing for frames/lenses (I looked at a lot of frames..). Thanks!

This longtime Denver resident can not say enough for the entire staff at the spacious and well lit Quebec Square VISIONWORKS at Stapleton this morning, unplanned. I stopped by to make an inquiry and an appointment and the entire staff were all very readily able to fit me in without duress or a rushing uncertainty.of timing and availability. By the time I did the paper work, had some coffee, and read a magazine I was able to get a thorough eye exam for vision and a complete health review of the eyes, after delaying such an inquiry.for more than a year. My former vision office had closed and I had never heard of Visionworks until yesterday. Helpful in this instance for me, Visionworks accepts Care Credit in earnest. Visionworks has 20+ offices and showrooms in the Denver area. And all the staff were on task, friendly, and informative, and Dr. Eric Cross was more than clear in answering, as well as in anticipating my questions and evolving concerns. It did not hurt that as this was all happening I was informed of a week long Flash sale this current week which helped immensely, 50% off of services and eyewear. I have had the finest eye care professionals all my life, and VISIONWORKS was equally mindful, skilled, welcoming, and accommodating. AS I have said since I was in 4th grade, "my glasses are my most valued possession," and it remains true. All the best to the staff and customers at Visionworks Quebec Square. I was told my glasses would be in on Sunday. Said glasses didnt come in (still haven't, but that's ok) spoke with Anna and she apologized for the delay (I have a horrible Rx, and the pair I ordered didnt pass final inspection) she got me a temporary set to hold me over until my glasses came in. 10/10, will recommend. Anna was polite and professional and gave me actual answers. I was originally going to leave a 1 star review, but Anna came through in spades
