This place is awesome, the glasses I got were very reasonably priced and made all the difference. I no longer have to squint to see and my headaches are gone! The staff was extremely helpful and made my shopping experience relaxing and fun!

One of my top purchase experiences of the year. Saved $300 by going with The Optical. Co rather than a local chain. Called with a couple questions and Dan took the time to answer them all. My order shipped out on time and was perfect. Couldn't be happier with the frames and the lenses. Can't beat Article One frames (a great company based out of flint MI) and perfect lenses put together by a great small business with a friendly and thorough owner. I think these glasses will last me a good 20 years so in the mean time I'll be sending everyone I know to The Optical. Co for glasses and will be purchasing some sunglasses soon.

I have been going here for five years now and absolutely love this place. Dr. Miller is always so nice and very informative when it comes to my eyes. The best part about this place is that doesn’t have the test where it blows air into your eye, every eyeglass wearers worst nightmare. To get your eyes examined for glasses and contacts is fairly priced especially since both the receptionist and Dr. Miller are very accommodating and informative! Another great part about this place is that it is an independently owned small business! Definitely a business worth your support.

I don't write many reviews, but I had to because of the AMAZING experience I received from the folks at The Optical Co! I've never had this kind of experience at ANY other optician store I've visited over the years. Everything from the store, the exam, the glasses, the staff, etc. 10/10! They gave suggestions on quality handmade glasses that fit perfectly and provided space for me to decide at the end! They've got a customer for life. Can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for folks that have your best interest in mind with top-notch service.

Found this gem when in town (in Columbus) for a wedding and ended up ordering frames a few months later- I just couldn't find anything that compared to the styles and quality of frames they had. I ended up putting clear frames in a sunglass frame and they turned out phenomenally. The lenses are noticeably higher quality than the last retailer I purchased from and the quality of the frame and lens is second to none. Dan was great both in person and online and I cannot say enough good things. The turn around time was almost immediate, and I got updates along the way. If you are looking for a great little company to patronize in place of the big retailers - Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I purchases 1 year worth of Eye Promise DVS vitamins as recommended by my eye doctor to help protect against macular degeneration, a condition that my mother had and I am at high risk for. I use and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) which is why I bought the entire year. Shipping was fast and all 12 bottles had expiration dates in 2024. Also the price was cheaper than buying from Eye Promise directly and my own eye doctor. I am very satisfied with this company and my purchase. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE. From the incredibly informative, yet down to earth and understandable exam I had with Dr. Miller, to the incredibly AMAZING and personally tailored customer service I had post exam, I literally can't recommend the Optical Co. enough. Even when I picked my glasses up, they were SURE I didn't leave without a perfect fit AND an understanding of what a perfect fit was. Do yourself a favor and get your glasses here.

Excellent experience start to finish. Dr Miller + their state of the art tech made the exam easy and worry free, he was great at explaining everything and answered all of my questions. He then took the time to curate a great glassware selection to help fit my aesthetic and went out of his way to find the perfect pair for me.

I broke my favorite blue Kirk and Kirk frames and they were sold out on their website. I was able to find a pair online at the Optical Company, confirm they were indeed the correct frames, and received them via mail within two days. And on top of it, the packaging they sent was personalized and cute! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company!! Thanks for getting me my exact replacement pair of my favorite glasses ever.

My eye exam appointment with Dr. Miller was simple, fun and super quick! It was fascinating to see the technologies he had implemented into his practice and learn more about the health of my eyes. Dr. Miller himself was incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole process. I probably won’t need another eye exam for awhile, but I 100% recommend his services and the Optical Co. to anyone.
