I phoned this location on 12/21/22 (1055 W Bryn Mawr Ave) and explained that I needed to have the old scratched lenses removed and replaced with the new lenses. In addition, I stated to the gentleman that I did not purchase the frame nor the new lenses from Lens Crafters, in which he pleasantly replied, that's not a problem. I arrived somewhere around 5:15p. The gentleman was very friendly; explained why the scratches could not be buffed out; recited a very brief release of liability statement; proceeded to remove / replace; then cleaned the new lenses, at no charge. This process was completed, in what seemed less than one minute- and was done with a positive and polite spirit rather than a "this is not our product(s)" attitude. It is this type of customer-centricity that will remind me to choose Lens Crafters the next time I require new frames or any eyewear/optique services, as well as spread/share my positive experience with others. 10-mins after having such a great experience, I informed a friend, who was looking for a new place- Kudos 1055 W Bryn Mawr Ave. Team.

The gentleman who made a passive aggressive comment about telling me how I should have informed the staff memeber who was checking me out about AAA discounts before starting next time. I told him next time don’t place the AAA sign to one end of the desk and make passive comments. You weren’t checking me out nor was your input needed when someone else was helping out after he stated the products I bought didn’t apply in the beginning. Let people who are being helped, help a customer and not interject yourself when it wasn’t needed or the attitude. Thank you for the other staff members for being so nice and patient about it all. Very kind and considerate which is necessary over being inconsiderate like that man was.

Came in today thinking my eyes glasses was beyond repair due to me accidentally sitting on them. I was very wrong about this because the gentleman at the front was able to fix them in less than 5 minutes. This was a truly amazing experience and I am very happy with the service of this staff.

After months of just wearing my back up glasses, I finally brought them in to LensCrafters on Bryn Mawr and not only did they fix them within five minutes, but she did not even charge me for the repairs. excellent well staffed location!

Got my first set of contact lenses here and the service was great! I had tried contacts only once before when I was a teen and I couldn't get them on, but the staff here taught me to put them in within 20 minutes. They also do simple repairs for free here - the screw on my new sunglasses that I had bought on vacation came off, and the company I bought them from wouldn't replace the sunglasses for me, but the staff were very happy to help me screw the arm back in place

After trying various stores including the LensCrafters on N Michgain Ave I decided to try this one since I happened to be in the area. I was blown away by the excellent service provied by Nicholas. He was able to provide me with options that fit my needs and that were in my budget. I will be coming back when I need my next pair.

He was able to help me narrow down the perfect pairs and my dad absolutely loved the choices. LensCrafters on Bryn Mawr is the location I go for my regular eye exam and if I need to purchase glasses. There is such a friendly and welcoming and very inviting atmosphere. Everyone from the staff is very helpful and it makes me to come back every time and that’s what I have been doing. I also had a situation that my sunglasses needed a little fix and I didn’t purchased them thru LC. They were willing to help me at no cost. I really appreciate their help and strongly recommend to visit LensCrafters at this location.

Wow! All I can is wow wow wow! Amazing friendly service from Valerie and other associate working. Valerie went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. She answered all of our questions and was very patient as we tried to figure out some insurance info. However, what really wow’ed me was that she fixed my boyfriends glass with no problem in minutes free of charge! He happened to have mention his lenses popping out and she suggested he go home to grab him (we live close) and she would try her best to fix it. Well, she did just that!

I saw Dr. Jones here and she was nice and answered all my questions. I was a little nervous since it had been a while. They have cute glasses, but they are expensive. They didn't guilt me or hassle me for not purchasing glasses with them though and they just gave me my prescription so I can buy them elsewhere. The location is super convenient. This place met my needs and was friendly. It's a pretty standard LensCrafters!!

The screw in my eyeglass frames loosened to the point of making the lens fall out. So I called them and spoke to someone that told me to come over to have it fixed. When I arrived at the store, a gracious young man took my glasses, put the lens back in, tightened the screw, adjusted the nose pads, and made it better than ever. Tate, the young associate in question, did a marvelous job (for free), and really seemed to care that the frames were adjusted and fit well (even though they're really old and a little crooked). Top-notch service from Tate.

I went here last week to get a eye exam and contact lenses and I loved the customer service!! I called before hand to set an eye exam appointment. I asked how long does somebody usually spend there for an eye exam and contact lenses and the lady over the phone said about 1 hour. This is my first time here but they made sure I saw the eye Dr. at my scheduled time. The Dr., Jasmine Said, was great and recommended a brand I've never tried. They are fitted great and I can see so clear now! I've been wearing them for a week and they feel great and not to mention my year supply came in 2 days after my visit. Overall I expected to spend near $320 and spent $288. Definately will be back when I need anything pertaining to my vision. I was surprised with all the great customer service each assistant provided. Great location for your vision.
