I recently purchased two pair of glasses at the Cheyenne store. I have been in the store 4 times now, as I just ordered 2 more pair for just readers. Each time in the store, I have experienced and witnessed a staff who display very good customer service skills and product knowledge. When my first order arrived it was right on schedule and I was extremely satisfied with frames and lenses. Whether you purcase or not , just being in a store where the management and staff acknowledge you and answer your every question with good product knowledge and show they care is a store you will return to for future purchases. Needless to say, I recommend America's Best where the management and staff will help you in your selection while displaying good customer service and product knowledge of the largest selection of frames and lenses with excellent price ranges. Thank you Cherie and staff for a great experience.

I had to get an eye exam for my drivers license renewal and chose to go to America's best because I had a previous positive experience. Well this time was no different. Everyone there was so accommodating and patient. Doctor Rhonda is fabulous! And I put poor Ali through the ringer about price points lol. She was awesome. So was the very nice young man who did the pre exam but I can't remember his name! A great experience all around.

I genuinely don't know what all these terrible reviews are talking about. My husband was seen 4 days ago and I was seen today and I have to say my experience was very good. All the women out front were very nice and the doctor was awesome and funny and I enjoyed my appointment. We did have some issues with my insurance but because of those issues the ladies did their very best to get my price down to as close to what I would have paid with insurance I only paid roughly 10 to 20 $ over what I would have with my insurance but I don't think the mix up was on their end. I recommend this place. Its quick and good prices and gets the job done.

I actually accidentally booked my appointment here instead if where I thought I was going to ( different company) but my lack of paying attention worked out great for me. I was worried when I saw it had less than 3 stars but I seriously had a great experience. Check in was fast, my exam was done within 5 minutes of being there, the pricing of the glasses was super reasonable. The options available for the frames were plentiful and not overwhelming. They did require a mask, but had a room where I could try glasses on without a mask. My opinion is they are trying their best and I would definitely recommend them. Editing to add that we booked my daughter's first eye appointment here and they were beyond amazing with her. Helped her picked glasses that fit her face and made sure she got what she wanted and helped me stay in our budget. So happy we found them!

I had a wonderful experience at America’s best. They were very helpful and answered all my questions when I called to schedule my eye appointment. I love their doctor he is professional knowledgeable, it’s was one of the best exams I’ve ever had. Soraya Along with the other employees were nice and helpful. Cherie went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my eyeglass purchase. Their prices seem to be the best in town. I called ahead to make sure they were a took my vision insurance and even with them being a provider for my insurance, their in-store packages were a better deal than my insurance with 3 pairs and contacts. I would highly recommend Americas best in Cheyenne. Thank you for all your help and your great service it was nice not having to drive to Fort Collins.

This location has the most FRIENDLY and fun group of women! Each one of them went out of their way to make conversation with me and make sure I was satisfied with my visit. Typically having to go to an appointment after working a full day is the last thing I would want to do, but the employees made it so fun and enjoyable. I am absolutely forward to visiting with these ladies when I pick up my prescriptions!

My mother went to this place today for an appointment. And was treated horribly by the lady that was suppose to be helping her with glasses. She yelled at my mother at first sight when she was looking at a pair of glasses. This woman accosted the tech that was going to take her back for her appointment. And that woman had a melt down about everything she had to do. UPDATE After a complaint made on the America's Best web page. Corporate responded within a few minutes and addressed the problems immediately. And my mother became a satisfied customer

I love my eye doctor but I do travel to get to the Cheyenne location and I took three trips to get everything done. Gas prices be damned I suppose.

I've been going here for the past year or so they are always so nice and helpful! Lenetta is very knowledgeable and kind things have been a little difficult in my house and they took a lot of stress off by as lenetta said "paying it forward", I just wanted to say thank you and leave 5 stars, I love going here for my eye care needs, they also have the best pricing even compared to Walmart!

I’ve been frustrated for a couple weeks now as I just began to wear contacts and the Fort Collins location messed up a couple things with my prescription. However, when calling this location, Sherie (I believe that’s how you spell it), gracefully worked out all of the kinks even during a national pandemic and during the store being shut down. She is definitely the reason my business will continue with America’s Best!

This is a good establishment to go to. I really liked the humor of the doctor and the tech Soracya is so nice. The prices were good and I loved the service from Lynnetta. She is very knowable and i understand the strictness of the whole process because of covid and hope that others will be nicer to all the essential workers.

There is only an exterior entrance from the mall facing dell range behind olive garden. Just for clarification purposes. Lots of frame and lens options. This is also no inlet to the mall

AMAZING amazing amazing all the ladies were nice and help full got me taken care of in less then 30 minutes and i didnt mind only being able to touch a few frames it actually helped me find 2 pairs that are perfect also cheaper then most places in cheyenne

Got cheap glasses here, and it was actually nice getting to browse neat glasses with somewhat cheap glasses below the budget, unfortunately you can't put the glasses back in their place if they don't look good on you.

OMG! Ther were great. Our other Dr. Office call us a day before our appointment to let us know they no longer carried our insurance. We had to find another Dr. When we called not only did they accept the insurance they got us in the same day. Great, friendly, and straight down to earth people. Lots of thanks to everyone at America's Best. You really are the best.
