During my eye exam they discovered I have cataract and will need surgery they have a referral for me and are helping me set up cataract surgery. They offer all my follow up care in their office after my surgery. Doc Daniel Parala was wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. I recommend this office to others

I had a piece of saw dust in my eye. I went in A New Concept Eye Care 15 minutes before they closed. Everyone from receptionist, Doctor's assistant, and Dr. Perala were amazing. Even though I was not a client they went past closing and I left with the saw dust removed, a sample of lubrication eye drops and an Rx for antibiotics eye drops. Highly recommended!

Very friendly, helpful people. My first experience was with glasses that broke and couldn't be repaired. I could not get in for an appointment until after my trip to Europe. An employee spent a great deal of time with me finding a replacement frame that I could use temporarily. When I went in for my appointment everyone was very nice again.
