They took excellent care of me. Got me in quickly, were really nice people from the receptionist through the Doctor. Knew what they were doing, professional and caring. They didn't keep people waiting in the waiting room forever, and didn't rush anyone either. Would recommend them to everyone!

Excellent doctors and wonderful office staff. I've been going to SCEC for around 15 years and have never had a bad experience. My now teen son has been going since Kindergarten, and he is extremely comfortable there. They go above and beyond!

I enjoy the small, local atmosphere while getting professional treatment. Had issues with some billing, and staff helped me resolve all issues. Have seen both Dr. Taylor and Dr. Parsons. Both are very professional and nice to work with.

I highly recommend South Charleston Eye Care. The eye exams a fairly quick and the doctors are great with children! I bring my son and daughter here and with both appointments were in and out within a hour. The staff is very helpful, especially when it comes to picking out new frames!

The cost for an eye exam here has become quite high. Mine was $205 for an established patient exam with contact lens prescription. The services offered seem to be of good quality however.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly professional and courteous. Dr Parsons is extremely thorough and the exam is very comparable to an ophthalmologist.The cost of the eyewear is explained thoroughly with no surprises. I’ve tried several other providers and by far this is the best experience. This is for the Nitro location

I have been with them for 10 years. I find the staff and the doctor friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience. If you buy your frames there they will run high but they never pressure you. You can just get your prescription and get them elsewhere.

There really nice I went there once and they where super nice. I’m a patient person yes it takes a while but there nice and kind. I’m sorry waiting for them to open up I may go on Monday. I definitely recommend. So some people are defrent but this is my opinion.

Don't confuse these people with the Ophthalmologist who used to work in the office adjacent to theirs. The people at South Charleston Eye Care are very courteous, professional and do a wonderful job putting you into your new glasses or contact lenses. Unlike the bloke who worked in the adjacent office next to them, they actually have this thing called 'bedside manner' and remember their Hippocratic Oath.
