Dr. Tony and his staff are great! I got in on relatively short notice for an eye exam and my first contact prescription and had a very good experience. Short wait time, cute office in a historic house, easy insurance processing and a new set of contacts that worked great right out the door. Professional and friendly Optometrist and staff made this a very pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend their services to my friends and family.

Dr. Tony Hollop is a professional and friendly as they come! I got my first eyeglasses prescription in late April, and he and Melissa (Dr. Hollop's assistant) glided us through the process seamlessly. When I came back this morning because prescription did not feel quite right, Dr. Hollop saw me and tweaked my prescription free of charge. I am new to Burlington, needed an updated eyeglass prescription, and feel fortunate to have found Dr Hollop. HIs staff is friendly and helpful, his office is tucked away in a beauatiful, older building. Dr Hollop is a gentleman, listens to why you are there, and does an extremely competent exam - after wearing glasses for over fifty years I know a competent eye exam when I 'see' one. I will returnj yearly for my check-ups!

Office staff has been amazing! I’m mid changing jobs and was going to lose my vision coverage. They got my husband and me in for new patient visits within a couple of days. They were helpful, friendly, patient and thorough in answering of all my questions. I’m new to having to wear glasses so I only have one other experience to compare to but have to say I really appreciated how much the doctor explained to me as we were going through the eye exam. He had a great bedside manner. Wish all medical offices made me feel as welcome and supported as this practice has. Kudos!!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Hollop! The ladies at the front desk were friendly & attentive. Dr. Hollop helped me extensively deal with contacts not fitting correctly in my eyes - following up with me after my eye drops regime was complete, and providing great care. He took the time to explain what was happening with my eyes and why. I felt so confident in his care, I’ve referred my husband and friends who all have had great experiences there. The attention and detail that he gave me to me is not found much in the healthcare field these days!

Outstanding customer service!!!! Every optometrist in the greater Burlington area couldn’t get me in for 2-3 months even after telling them I couldn’t see! Dr. Jaremczuk is an exceptional optometrist. Not only is he knowledgable, he educates the patient on matters of the eye in an affable and understandable manner. It's no surprise that he taught biology and chemistry in the past. He is a doctor and teacher -- and he has a pleasant sense of humor -- it's nice to laugh during an eye appointment.
