Our family has been going to Eagle Vision One for about 10 years. We all have different eye care needs. We all really appreciate the doctors and all of the staff. We have NEVER had a bad experience there. Everyone has been very courteous, kind and helpful. Over our time with Eagle Vision One and MANY pairs of glasses and sets of contacts, we have ever only had one pair we weren't happy with. The eye care associates were very understanding, helpful and cooperative in resolving the issue gracefully and in a very timely manner. The office is very modern, clean and has a fresh, current atmosphere. It is also in a very good location for doing other shopping or going out to activities or dining. Based on our personal experience, we would definitely recommend Eagle Vision One to both adults and families with children.

I was seen by Dr. Bjorn and Shannon (technician) for new symptoms with my right eye. Shannon performed the pre-test part of my exam. She was very professional and helpful. My daughter has just moved here and is a new patient of Eagle Vision One, not yet seen, but with her first appointment in January. I explained my problem to a receptionist who immediately made a same day appointment for me in the Meridian clinic. I was greeted by Shannon and Nicole, two professional, friendly, warm employees that showed immediate caring and did all the preliminary tests before I met with Dr. Craig Moss who is articulate, and so kind. My exam was thorough, necessary tests ordered, and the doctor solved my problem, not rushing me at all. I was unduly impressed with the clinic, their staff and the doctor. Read the reviews before making an appointment and most were really great. Friend of my husbands referred us to them! As we pull up walk in we are greeted, handed the paper work then Dr assistant Brynn called my name! I go back and the whole experience was fantastic! Dr. Moss came in Funtastic, great vibes, upbeat and open to any questions or concerns my husband and I had! went easy and smooth! I truly appreciated this part of the experience! Then as quickly and smoothly as it went sad to say, when it came to the end portion, where we get our lenses/glasses we got DONNY. Completely killed the vibe. Didn't talk to us unless he was telling us the negative possibilities. Completely ignored me. Didn't even ask my husband what kind of lenses he wanted just told us what he was going to be getting. Asked if we were paying together then ran the card. He was about to end the interaction, until I had to ask him "is there a reason you didn't do my glasses?" He assumed that I wasn't getting glasses even though there were 2 eye glass cases there. So he quickly does mine recommended lenses. Had to pay again. To be honest I don't feel confident in what we just paid for. ps. I did want to give 5 stars because Dr Moss and Brynn( at least go get the exam!!) but not feeling confident in what we are paying for out of pocket has me stressing for the next 12 to 14 days.

I see Dr Sorensen He is very thorough checks my glaucoma every 6 months explains how glaucoma works and how the eye drops work. With this help and the drops we have stopped glaucoma from getting worse. In fact it's gotten better. I highly recommend this place and Dr Swanson.

I’ve been going to Eagle Vision One and Dr. Sorenson in excess of 4 years. And although I rarely write reviews I would be remiss if I failed to do so in this regard. Unlike most Dr. visits where I’m rarely seen by anyone before at minimum 30 mins, I’m in with an assistant within 5 mins of my appointment time for pre-visit protocols. The staff are always personable knowledgeable, and thorough. In what appears the amount of time it takes to review my file, I’m in with the doctor. In whats more like a visit with a friend of the family I’m updated, advised and on my way. Not only do I go there my family does as well and will be lifelong clients.

So instead of having to come back, he suggested to the two wonderful assistant admins that they try to squeeze me in while I was there. And they did just that! No time wasted on my part and another awesome engagement Dr. Aaron J. Warner, assisted by Donavon. What a command team, as I was given an in-depth explanation of my condition and diagnosis. They even took the time to ensure that my regular eye doctor (I had made an emergency visit to Eagle Vision one detailed in my last review) had this updated information. Simply the best of the best in terms of customer care and support. Highly recommend their services and Donavan, a shout out to you for taking great care of me....along with your other assistants. Absolutely amazing service on a Saturday as I experienced an unexpected health issue the night before with my left eye. I was worried I would not be able to locate a qualified ophthalmologist working on a weekend but a quick google search landed me at the new eagle vision one clinic. My first call to the eagle facility was awesome as she informed me that she could get me into their new Meridian clinic in a hour even as a new patient. Upon my arrival at this new clinic I was quickly taken care of by Jess one of their awesome receptionist and eye practitioners, who already had my new patient info and I was immediately taken into the initial testing room followed by an exam room, where I met Dr. B. who was also awesome and quickly diagnosed the issue, putting my mind at ease. Simply outstanding customer service and a wonderful office environment and facility. I cannot express in words the gratitude I feel today for the professionalism I encountered to day by all I came into contact with. Congratulations on a job well done team! An impressive organization, from check-in to check-out. Even with back-to-back appointments, the overall waiting time was minimal. The Optical Technician, Liv, conducted initial testing for color blindness, depth perception, etc., and took the optomap images. She explained each of the tests and expertly answered all our questions regarding their function. We then saw Dr. Hans Bjorn who conducted the actual eye exams and checked for any vision abnormalities. He was not only thorough in his examinations, but also took great care to interpret the results and discuss potential treatment options in layman's terms. My wife and I were especially pleased we were allowed to be together during Dr. Bjorn's exams so we could have a better understanding of each other's findings. Liv finished up the visit by guiding us through frame and lens selections. She even repaired/adjusted a couple of older pair of glasses we had brought with us. Liv was professional, extremely pleasant, and very knowledgeable about the various products and the process. She also provided great recommendations without the "hard sell." You would be hard-pressed to find a better place than Eagle Vision One for your optometry needs.

But they worked to get me another appointment to double check my eyes. They ended up dropping the strength of the prescription because my eyes just seemed to have a hard time adjusting. Loved this eye doctor!! My fiance and I just moved up to Boise about two years ago. The first eye doctor we went to was in a small office and the eye doctor took almost 3 hours to do ONE exam! Not at Eagle Vision! The receptionists were very helpful in making sure our insurance was accepted before the actual appointment and what exactly our insurances would cover. The appointment took an hour and half for BOTH OF US! Great selection of eye glasses and the office was nice and clean and spread out so you didn't feel so confined. The girls were very helpful with setting up payments since we could not afford everything up front. Got a call a few days later saying contacts were in and glasses were done! This is now our eye doctor!

Just moved here from out of town and was anxious to get my new eye care established. I am used to an opthalmologist level of service and that is difficult in Eagle. I am also used to employees who have been in the business for many, many years and know their business back and forth. I didn't experience that today. It was fine, average, not bad. But I was looking for detailed, specific information from my doctor and I didn't get that. The assistant who led me around and through the process seemed new and continued to leave me to go ask someone else questions. My standards are high, I realize. But I love the "experience" and I didn't feel I had that. I'll be back, because of simplicity and location. But I left wanting more.

I have been going to Eagle Vision One for about 5 years. I like the attention the assistant provides with all the preliminary testing before the doctor comes in and then the doctor is very thorough with testing and working w me and the assistant is there writing notes when he asks her to do so. After the doctor is done w the exam the assistant and I go and choose glasses. Today, I was working on clear progressive lenses and progressive sunglasses and we spent close to a hour together making sure I had the best choice of glasses as well as making sure the correction is placed at all the correct placements in my lenses. I walked into VISION ONE in eagle hoping to find a pair of glasses and use the last of my insurance quota. It was New Year’s Eve at 4 pm, so I wasn’t expecting much. I was met by James and he was incredibly helpful; asked me questions about my likes and dislikes and lifestyle regarding glasses. Even though it was busy, he took time and made me feel at ease. My husband and I came into Eagle Vision One to get lenses for our Proof sunglasses. We were greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and a desire to get us the help we needed quickly. Great doctor and service but be warned it is outrageously expensive. $189 eye exam for my 10 year old daughter Edit: I changed my rating to 5 stars. After this review, Eagle Vision proactively called me and informed me my insurance covered all but $39 of my bill. They apologized for not catching it earlier. In the end, I should have known my insurance better so this my fault. I truly appreciated the proactive customer service. HIghly recommend

In March 2015 I had an eye exam with Dr. Aaron Warner. The staff and Dr. Warner were professional and pleasant during the exam process. Dr. Warner was able to correct my vision to 20/15 which I really enjoy. There was no pressure to buy glasses but I did. I ordered a pair of Sillouette's with polycarbonate, Transistion, Progressive lenses and Crizal coating. Needless to say these glasses were very expensive. My insurance picked up about half. This is my second pair of the same type of glasses and lenses. My last pair was still crystal clear after two years with the polycarbonate lenses. The glasses came back from the lab within the promised time and so far I'm happy with the purchase. Update December 3, 2019. Had another eye exam today. Everybody I had contact with at Eagle Vision on this recent exam was pleasant and professional.

When he did my exam (an annual eye health and vision exam), he was also very thorough, answered all of my questions, and gave me good advice about my decisions regarding my prescription for computer glasses. This has been our family's Vision Provider for several years. The doctors are thorough and attentive and they make sure we are pleased with glasses/contact lenses. The only negative is they have to charge a separate contact lense exam on top of the eye exam, but perhaps that is an insurance requirement; if so, I don't fault them. Keep up the good work!

I've been to 3-4 eye docs in the area. One i left due to the distance, and the other was pushy about expensive add-ons. Vision-one in Eagle however has been wonderful. I've seen 2 of the 3 doctors and they were both excellent. The staff is very friendly and not rushed. I originally chose to schedule my appointment at Eagle Vision One beacuse they offered evening hours, but I will definitely be going back because of the customer service I received. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner and I received my glasses in 5 days. I had gone to another optical store about 6 months ago and had my eye exam done and ordered glasses and when they came in I couldn't put them on without immediately feeling sick so I returned the glasses without scheduling another exam. When I went in to Eagle Vision One I expressed my concerns about my prior bad experience and they assured me that I would have a better experience with them. Sure enough, I did. The doctor took time to talk to me about what could have caused the motion sickness feeling from the other glasses and what he planned to do to make sure that didn't happen again. When I was picking out my new frames I had several staff members helping me and offering opinions without making me feel rushed or as if I was inconveniencing them. When it came time to pay they broke down my total and explained each thing that I was being charged for along with the discounts that I was receiving. All in all, my experience was a great one, and I have already told my husband that when it comes time for his eye exam we will be going to Eagle Vision One! If you're on the fence, I highly reccomend them, you won't be sorry.
