Very thorough, efficient and timely. I was in and out and taken very good care of.They Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was a little late because my GPS sent me in the wrong direction, however they still accommodated me and, Allowed me to see the doctor even though I was not on time and they were very busy. They made me feel very at ease over the whole situation. My glasses got here in a timely manner, And they were just exactly what I was expecting and were earlier than expected. The only drawback to the whole situation was being a Medicaid customer The choice of frames was very limited. but other than that On the 1 to 10 scale I would definitely say there a 10 in my book, Thank you!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff here and very speedy service. Frame prices are comparable and they have a super wide range of options. They also harbor no hard feelings if you choose to just take the RX and get the glasses elsewhere. I will return here for my next eye exam, whenever that may be!

Shopko Optical is THE place to go for accurate prescriptions and terrific service. I use gas permeable lenses and they are skilled at making sure the fit is good and everything is right. Shopko is a busy place, but that's because they know their business, helping people get the best possible deal with their specials or working with insurance.

I was very happy with my experience, they were so helpful and kind with my 5 year old daughter. Then when I had to call regarding a warranty, Naomi, was so incredibly helpful and made what I thought was going to be a bad day into an excellent day! I have been going to shopko optical for years. I was seen last week by Dr. Gingrich for glasses and contacts. He gave a very detailed exam, that was quick and painless. Once my exam was done Naomi helped me with the glasses selection and a year supply of contacts. This location is very busy between the patience and phone and they did a very wonderful job at making sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend.

I went to Billings Shopko Optical to get a pair of glasses, after trying 4 other places. The lady that helped me told me everything was halo off. I was thrilled. My dog broke my glasses and I need them to drive. I saw the store was short handed on staff, but the lady treated me as if I was the only one in the room. I picked out a pair of half of frames and the lady was so knowledgeable she had an idea of what I wanted. Anti- reflective , UV protection, scratch resistance, progressive, I wanted transitional, and she recommended blue sensitivity I got it , but I had bifocals and hated the line so even though she kept asking I kept saying no to the bifocals. When all said and done with everything my pair of glasses cost under $250. The other 4 places I went they were $500. Plus, non had the customer skills this lady had. Two weeks after I went back to get my glasses and again great customer service even though they were short staffed. I got them and left. An hour later I returned frustrated as all get go. The lady that originally helped me asked if I was okay? I was not. I told her I should’ve gotten the bifocals. She said no problem we have them with out the line and half off. I added them. I got to keep my glasses so I could drive. They ordered new lenses and in two weeks they’ll be here. Fantastic service. Great deals. I’m very happy. Especially since their short handed. They still treat you like a customer they want. Give them a try. Thank you BrendaBlickley

I had a great experience with ShopKo Optical today! The glasses are affordable. Patty is the best! She is super friendly and was such a big help. Doctor Gratwohl was also great! He answered all my questions I had during my exam and was quick and efficient. I’m SO glad I switched eye places.

I have gone to Shopko Optical in Billings for years, starting when they were part of the Shopko retail store. I was happy to see all of the familiar staff, when they moved to the stand-alone location. They continue to have a variety of quality frames and lens treatments to fit any budget or insurance plan. The staff has always been friendly and patient in figuring out how to get the best value using insurance benefits & available discounts. Becky is always helpful and honest when looking for a flattering frame style.

They were so nice and kind I felt like they really cared and they took my Medicaid which is nice not many places do and some places treat you differently when they find out it's Medicaid they were really nice and kind and didn't care at all that I had Medicaid treated me just like anybody else I absolutely loved them and I hardly ever give out a perfect score even when I'm happy with them

Very nice people and very good, but there should be more of them! Poor things are busy and the phone rings non-stop! I'm also not sure why I had to pay out of pocket this time but last time (different provider) everything was covered. My insurance didn't change?

Great place ... affordable glasses and helpful and knowledgeable staff especially ( Patty)...My family goes to shopko for all eye exams and glasses needs... Thanks staff!!... Today 4/18 ... Called for an appointment Patty was so great at getting my daughter in ...This place a great place ... people are so helpful and doctor is a great guy also.... large section of glasses and buy one get one 1/2 off ..it's a great deal ....my grandson loves Shopko too....

I went into Shopko Optical in early October and Dr. Gingrich and Leanne were absolutely amazing. I've never felt more at home or well cared for while getting my eyes examined. Leanne even told me about the 50% off the second pair of glasses offer so I could afford to get a pair of prescription sunglasses.

I had actually started taking 3 out of my 4 Children to Shopko Optical about 2007 & 2 of my children still go to Shopko Optical today..I had personally for my own Optical needs went to Shopko Optical until this past December 2020 & I had a Great Experience..I have not had such a quick eye doctors appointment since I very first started wearing glasses at the age of 12..I would recommend Shopko Optical to everyone..
