I love this location. I initially went here for my contacts a few months ago and the experience was excellent. So before the year ended, I decided to get glasses as well. I came in without an appointment, found the glasses I wanted and Misha assisted me immediately while she was also helping another customer. Misha was efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She is the BEST do you hear me lol. But seriously, if you go for glasses, ask for Misha!!!!

I would say without a doubt I am coming back, I was helped with patience and care. From the two lovely women up in front, Dr V. was amazing and kind too. She is very well versed in her practice and is well informed while also willing to explain things if you are confused or needing more understanding/clarification. These are qualities in an optional but vital part of eye services, and eye care. I would suggest going here for any eye care needs, and when you get there if you see Aliza & Rimsha up at front I can guarantee a wonderful visit. The atmosphere from the employees are kind and welcoming. Can’t control any or random guests anger or bigotry, but the staff all deserve raises! Hands down best eye exam and fitting I’ve been to, and I’ve had eye issues 20 years, I can’t wait to be back.

Let me start by saying this review is LONG overdue but I was certain on coming back to leave my honest review. …Truthfully, I cannot say better things about Misha, the manager at this Pearle Vision location! She truly went above and beyond to mend a previous issue that left me empty handed from a pair of glasses I was told to come pick up, feeling very upset and disappointed as I need my glasses for work(I am a night shift nurse). Well I can tell you for certain, from the return phone call Misha gave me, to me coming in to pick out my NEW frames, I was nothing but appreciative and ecstatic about the service and received my glasses within a few hours the next day. To say Misha took care of me and the situation at hand would be an understatement!!! Thank you so much again and I truly do look forward to coming back now!!

Accompanied my brother here to get eye exam . I had just purchased 3 pairs of glasses from America’s Best the month prior, so I had absolutely no intention of buying another pair! I did however speak to a salesperson about my problems with my new pair’s of glasses and asked for advice. The staff was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions . When I started looking at the lenses I was able to see the difference in quality and styles. I ended up buying the top of the line frameless lenses and couldn’t be happier!!! The entire staff was wonderful! Dr. V gave feedback on my vision I’ve never gotten before, and was helpful to ensure my vision maintains its health. So helpful, and patient. I’m pretty picky about frames, and ask a lot of questions. Misha gave really good feedback on my frame choices and was honest about what looked good and what didn’t. I’ve gone to Pearle Vision before, years ago, and this is a totally different experience. Way better than any other location I’ve gotten an exam at. This location will be my new vision clinic.

I have been coming to this location for a few years and always receive exemplary customer service. My vision is pretty good but I like to get exams every year to make sure they stay that way. I have gotten a few pairs of glasses since I am at a computer screen most of the time to help with glare and for the fine print. They have a great selection of frames to choose from along with sunglasses. I have a Pearl Vision a little closer to my residence but I like coming to this one for the great service.

The staff here is so kind and really cares about their patients, not to mention how knowledgeable they are about eye care and frames! They are also reasonably priced and will work with your budget to get you what you need. I can't imagine anyone not leaving here more than satisfied and having a warm, wonderful experience. I went to Pearle Vision today (October 23, 2021) at 3425 Lenox Rd. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted and helped by the sales associate, Kelsey. Kelsey spent almost an hour with me trying on glasses and helping me find the right fit. She even went and called my insurance to verify the benefits. Additionally, after my trying on almost 20 different pairs, the other sales associate came over to help with sanitizing the glasses to go back on the shelf. This sped up the process and made it very smooth. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will be making this my new go to store for glasses. The management of this store should be proud to have an employee like Kelsey who has excellent customer service skills and is knowledgable about all the brands in the store. I originally went to another location in Kennesaw GA but I didn’t like the selection of frames that they had. So I went to the Lenox location. Ferly met me at the door with a happy face and friendly attitude. She told me the specials that they had at the time and helped me pick out multiple frames to try on. We sat down and took our time through each frame to determine which one (shape and color) looked best on me. I ended up leaving that day and coming back to purchase a frame/lens. This was my first time getting an eye exam in a while and going to pearle vision. Everyone there was super nice and really helpful. I was already late to my appointment because I got lost and the receptionist helped me find the store after I asked for help and was very understanding. Given how late I was (15 min) I was seen at a reasonable time as well. The doctor was also nice and helpful and I found an affordable pair of frames in the store for me. The store was clean and the staff did a great job at following covid guidelines/ safety by wiping their equipment before and after i used it. (Infront of me) Overall my experience was 10/10 and I definitely recommend going to this location.

This year experience was even better than the last. Jasmine was awesome in getting me what I needed. I was grateful for the wonderful service especially with two representatives in particular, Jackie and James. It was my first experience in selecting eye glasses and the two of them enthusiastic in assisting me with second and third opinions. Plus I was a walk-in (with out a medical appointment) and though the Doctor was booked for the entire day they manage to get me an eye examination within a hour. I’ve been going to this location for about 5 years. I would normally leave a 5 for this location, however today I came in to order a new pair of glasses. The first attendant to help me rarely spoke to me or stood up from her desk. Her effort of help was minimal and came off as inattentive. I knew I needed to order a new pair of frames (I had just been seen 3 months prior for an eye exam). I mentioned an issue with my right eye contact, asking if I could have a spare contact (this location always provides a spare of both eyes if needed). She wasn’t very nice about the request and said ‘we only provide spares for clients.’ After pulling my insurance, this assistant went on to work with the next person to walk to in.Misha, who was as breath of air, was completely personable and attentive. I almost walked out of this office because of my experience with the first associate. My vision isn’t that great and I know I pay much more out of pocket and I thought about going elsewhere, however, Misha made my experience so much better with Pearl Vision, solidifying that I will come back to this Peal Vision location.

My 11 year old daughter frequently breaks her glasses. When this happens, Misha is always willing to help. All of the opticians here are wonderful, but Misha is the absolute best. She is patient, kind, funny and extremely knowledgeable about all things optical. I was expecting to wait up to a couple of weeks, but was pleasantly surprised when they informed me my glasses could be ready in about an hour. It was actually less than an hour. Pearle is not the most inexpensive place to shop, but the customer service and wide selection of frames makes the difference. I recommend doing business here. Lastly, there’s an “all sales are final” policy, which I find slightly odd. So be aware. Glasses/frames came with one year warranty. Four stars only because of this less-than-desirable return policy. Otherwise, it would have been five.

If there are negative reviews of this place, either the competition is writing them or they are old with a different staff of people. The selection of glasses is huge. If you can't find what you want, you are too picky!!! The staff is friendly. I went in once when busy and they stopped what they were doing, asked what i needed, and said 'sit there and we will be right with you'. They were knowledgeable about the insurance and made it very clear what the total costs and after insurance costs would be. I had an issue with the prescription on one of the eyes, and they took care of the problem. They didn't need to do that but they wanted a satisfied customer. I had gone to Pearle Vision in Iowa when i lived there and now this is my glasses store. I will not go anywhere else. I am not sure if you can contact me with questions in these reviews, but if so i would be happy to confirm what i am saying. This place is EXCELLENT!

Just got eye insurance and this was a place that was in-network and close by (also had the widest variety of designer frames to choose from). I went in without reading any previous reviews so my review/opinion is unbiased. The eye exam was fast and painless. The doctor explained things very well. Shopping for glasses was a breeze as well. Multiple employees came over to help me keep all the eyeglasses I was trying on in order for me to help me decide. No one was pushy or rushed me. They were very accommodating to my indecisiveness. When I came back a week later to pick them up, again multiple employees asked if they could assist me and were very friendly. Only negative I could say has nothing to do with this Pearle Vision, but rather the traffic surrounding Lenox mall/Phipps Plaza area trying to get to Lenox Rd where this company is. But there's nothing that will change that.

EDIT: Someone reached out to me and brought me back in to check my prescription and apologize for the long wait for contacts. This time I saw Dr. Burn and she was amazing. She really took the time to check my eyes and it turns out my prescription was wrong. Now my contacts feel much better and I will be coming back for my next appointment but I will never see Dr. Vaishnav again. If you come here schedule with Dr Burn. I will never come back here! Doctor Vaishnav was the most unprofessional eye doctor I’ve ever visited. I came in knowing my eye prescription had gotten worse. Doctor Vaishnav decided she wanted to me to try a new brand of contacts and got me a pair of trial lenses. Once I had them in I could tell they were not strong enough and it was only after I mentioned it multiple times throughout her testing me that she finally admitted that they didn’t have my prescription in stock and that these were a lower prescription. She then told me they would order me a 3 weeks trial of the contact which then took 6 weeks for them to get in. 6 weeks! If I had ordered them myself, even from them, it would have taken a max of 2. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctors and I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts for 15 years.

The eye doctor and staff at the Pearle Vision on Lenox Road in Atlanta, GA is outstanding. They are fast, courteous and knowledgable. My only nit-pick is the surcharge for having lenses put into glasses that you didn't purchase at Pearle. But I don't fault the Lenox location, I fault Luxottica for being greedy. They own Pearle, Lens Crafters, and they make a high majority of the glasses carried at these locations. Yet they feel the need for a $36 surcharge for putting lenses into glasses you didn't buy from them. That's outrageous. All that said, I highly recommend the good folks at the Pearle Vision on Lenox Road.
