Dr. Goh was extremely thorough throughout my vision exam and explained the purpose of different tests she completed. She walked through my imaging results and explained what indicates healthy and unhealthy parts of the eye. She provided useful tips for problems I reported and had excellent bedside manner. Only recommendation would be to have staff explain upfront the out-of-pocket cost for an eye exam as they do with other imaging that they offer. Will return here for my next eye exam if I still live in the area.

Dr. Goh and Rachelle were both amazing! I recently moved from CA and was searching for a new optometrist. Under my insurance provider Dr. Goh (Target optical) was listed as a provider choice. I was concerned that was not a traditional "private" practice so I might get an optometrist right out of school who was at Target optical to basically just get experience and move on. However, when I showed up to the appointment I was more than pleasantly surprised. Dr. Goh throughly performed my vision exam and took the time to explain every detail to me and then walk me through all options available to me (contacts, glasses, etc) regarding quality, value, and necessity. It is my opinion that Dr. Goh is truly in her profession to help her patients and help them make decisions in their best interest--which is highly aplaudable in this day and age. Thank you Dr. Goh! Rachelle of Target optical helped me with my contacts purchase. By the time I sat down with Rachelle (immediately following appointment with Dr. Goh) she knew exactly what my insurance plan covered (more that I was even aware of) and helped me make the purchase that fit my needs/desires. She did not try to force me into buying something I do not need or want. Rachelle also informed me that my insurance also covers a pair of glasses annually and stated that many people miss this benefit because they don't know. I actually was that person missing the annual benefit. With that being said, I will be returning to Target to purchase glasses very soon (my eyes were dilated at the time and didn't feel comfortable picking out frames at that time)! Thank you Rachelle!

Dr. Adeline Goh at the N Duid Hills Target Optical is awesome. I had lasik years ago and found myself possibly needing glasses again. The staff is great. I was in and out in 30 min. Dr Goh found that my vision technically didn't need correction since the change was so slight. So it was nice not to be pressured into a sale. I would highly recommend. I was pleasantly surprised that a large store chain would have such friendly, personal customer care.

While the Targets optical center had only a few frames to choose from, from my experience they had sufficient stock to choose from. Went during Rona. Staff was professional, safe, and efficient. The only drawback (and by no fault of the staff) is the lack of full eyewear selection. Target only sells a small selection of certain major brands as opposed to the full selection you would find on the eyeglass company's websites.
