I had went to another location and wasn’t satisfied with the over all customer service or experience. Upon getting my prescription I located this particular location and I’m glad I did! The woman, I wish I could remember her name, who FIRST OF ALL acknowledged me and my partner as well as other patients within the lobby which is great considering the previous location I had went didn’t even care that I was a patient at all. I was in and out in a very timely manner and my glass were ready in a couple afterwards which was amazing because my severe astigmatism issues usually has me waiting for a special order on glasses so I thought that was totally legit and is why I will be a returning patient and customer to this location. She was very informative and made the overall experience absolutely perfect! I Highly Recommend!! Thanks Again Guys!!

Everyone in Dr. Taylor’s office made me feel welcomed! I felt comfortable and was able to pick out my glasses. There were many selections to choose from that fit my price range. They also worked with my insurance and if you aren’t sure if they can take your insurance they are willing to check for you and tell you exactly what your insurance covers. I would recommend Eyemart Express to my family and friends because of their exceptional service and affordable prices!

I will never go back to Eye Associates again! I've been a patron of the RR location for more than ten years and boy has it declined, on both sides of the office. I went to Stanton Optical to fill my last Rx, not too bad. So I went back this time thinking it might be the same. Yeah, no! Total ineptitude. The manager kept turning the monitor toward me to show me I have no benefits. I suggested perhaps they don't accept my new insurance. No, no, no. He looked it up and no I don't have coverage, he says as if I don't know what I'm talking about. I called my insurance right there. Before we walked out I educated the man on his job and how his system works. And then headed over to Eyemart Express #89. No gaslighting. Just simple explanation of lense types, frame fits, pay & out the door!

I just wanted to share what a great company this is, and what a positive experience I have had at this particular store. Staff is really nice and helpful, the prices are great, they can usually get your glasses quickly and there is a nice selection of frames for all. The Eyemart Express guarantee for broken lenses or frames is terrific, especially for young kids who are new to glasses. Special thanks are in order for this company going above and beyond in 2020 at the height of pandemic lockdown. My son broke his glasses and can see nothing without them. Not a single place was open or would take orders. In desperation I wrote an email to Eyemart Express. I got a new pair of glasses a few weeks later. I can't thank them enough, highly recommended!!

I love the experience I had at this Eyemart Express location by Cottonwood. The reason I loved it is because of Vanessa. She’s the employee who helped me from beginning to end. She was honest about what glasses I looked good in and made sure I got the best deal possible. She is an asset to the company. She is very friendly and very courteous. She went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I had visited the store a month or two before this visit to have another pair of glasses repaired. She was not the employee who helped me then but I noticed how good she treated her customer. She is very consistent. I will recommend her to all my friends and family who are in the market for a new glasses. Because of her pleasant customer service skills, I think she deserves a raise and some extra paid vacation time. She should also be recognized in front of her peers as well as the management for this store. Her name should also be mentioned to the CEO of Eyemart Express. It is rare to have this good of an experience shopping for merchandise in today’s day and age. Vanessa’s skills and good customer service should be the standard that all Eyemart Express employees should strive to meet.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady who helped me with my glasses… she went above and beyond and was very patient and was super helpful. I have really high prescription and have to be very picky with the frame and also have to be measured perfectly for where the prescription needs to be on the lens… and she did an amazing job and I am so happy with the glasses I got! Great optometry section at Blue Whale! Associate that I got for getting glasses didn't seem to know exactly what she was doing. Come to find out a few days later the lenses in my safety glasses are wrong! She didn't even explain the different options at all. Will seek out a different associate next time.

Went here because our normal place takes 2-3 weeks to get glasses made, and I wanted them sooner. The selection is is good, and the ordering experience was great. The employee helping us was very knowledgeable about the types of lenses, and did not try to oversell us on coatings or other types of lenses we didn't need. Thr best part was that all 4 pairs of glasses we bought were ready in less than 3 hours. One pair was even ready in only half an hour! It was great being able to have our glasses so quickly. Will definitely be getting all of out glasses from here now!

My son made the same comment - he said this was the first time of all the places we have gotten glasses from that he felt his prescription was spot on! Been a long time customer of Eyemart Express, needed new glasses just around the time the whole Covid thing started so I decided to wait to visit my local store when it reopened. Wasn’t sure how smooth everything would go since it was the first day being back open but was very pleasantly surprised, of course there were new procedures but nothing was overly problematic or onerous. Got on the waiting list and was given a time estimate for when I would be helped. Got a call a little before they estimated and my wife I were seen helped promptly and allowed to pick out our frames. We chatted with the nice lady at the door while we waited our turn to order the glasses. We were helped and on our way much faster than we expected and they still had our glasses ready later that day. Highly recommend that you use this place, they are amazing and helpful every time my family needs eyewear.

This place is fantastic! They carry the flexible plastic glasses for my 3 year old that are hard to find anywhere else. I got two pairs for the price of one pair at two other stores that gave me quotes. Also, both pairs were done in 20 minutes! The other stores had a 1-3 week wait. The staff is super friendly too.

Super fast! Once I picked my frames I was in and out in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later, I got a text letting me know the glasses were done and ready for pickup. Prices are reasonable without insurance. 2 pairs, decent frames, anti-glare came out to around 260 bucks.

I do wish eyeglass frames were a little more exciting, but until Elton John starts designing frames this is what we have for now. I had some problems with my glasses and had to take them back twice but I will have to say they stuck with it and made it right with me. The offered to give my money back after they fixed the problem for my troubles but I'm not an unreasonable person and would not except their offer. He was knowledgeable about the type of frame that would be best for the thickness of the lenses (due to the Rx) Once he knew the style of frame we were looking for, he thoroughly searched his inventory and we actually bought one of the frames he pulled from his stock. Very courteous and pleasant. Glasses were ready as promised. Actually 5 minutes prior. We were notified by text when they were ready. Prices are very reasonable and good selection of frames. We were in and out in less than an hour, which I think was great since there were about 11 customers including 3 children. I would highly recommend for good quality and good prices. I compared prices with 2 stores in very close proximity and found that Eyemart Express was very competitive in pricing.

I would say the service and staff are great. My glasses came within the expected window. I think the only thing missing for the fifth star is the selection of lightweight flexible frames is limited and I would pay the extra money for the changing lenses that stay dark in the car which isn't offered.

There was a bit of a wait so I would recommend calling ahead to see about the wait prior to visiting if you are in a hurry. They had a great selection of glasses. In times past I have always paid over $300 for one pair of prescription glasses. Going through Eyemart I paid over 300 and instead of one pair of glasses. I received two pair of beautifully framed prescription glasses. And that was including the eye-exam. The optometrist made me feel very comfortable. There also was another gentleman he was an older man probably about my age, or around my age. He was very friendly I had a little scratch on my lens he took care of it right away sent my glasses off to Texas put a rush on them He even added some nice upgrades for the prescription free of charge for the inconvenience. There was a line of about five people waiting for help. We signed in and looked around until it was our turn. There was a wide selection of frames and price ranges. The associate helped us pick out some frames that were within our budget. She told us that the glasses would be ready in an hour and we would get a text message when they were ready. We received the text in only about 20 minutes! There was no one waiting for help when we arrived to pick up the glasses so it was very fast to pick them up. I'd recommend this place to my friends, but call first to see how long the wait is.

I came in about a week ago to order some contact from the Doctor's office and the front desk personel explained that it would take roughly 3 to 5 business days to get my contacts in. The ladies were very friendly and professional and also explained due to the Distributor company that they use it can take a little longer depending on the prescription I had. The contacts took about 5 days to come in. They called me and left a message that my contacts were in and ready for pickup. They also explained the hours of operation on the message so i knew when they opened and closed. Overall they were very polite and will continue to purchase my contacts and get my exams there. I went to Eyemart Express to see if they had a frame that would fit my grandsons lens. A car was driving by and a rock from the tire flew and hit my grandsons glasses and cracked the frame on the bottom so his lens kept falling out. Jennifer quickly came to assist us and she looked at so many frames trying to fine the perfect fit. Well she did find a frame for his lens and the frame looked really good on him. Jennifer then assisted us in getting a new pair of glasses for him. I will only come here for my grandkids glasses from now on. My two grandkids got new glasses in July from somewhere else and they didn't have a warranty for a year like Eyemart Express so we had to buy new glasses for them out of our pocket. The most amazing staff (optometrist) one could have!!! I did not have an appointment but the office manager was awesome and I was able to see a Doctor within 5 minutes. I don’t know what to say about Dr.Taylor. Professional, kind and knowledgeable! I believe that Eyemart Express is truly the best office in New Mexico! If I moved I and came to see family, I would definitely schedule an appointment or pop into the office to say hi. You do not find the professionalism or excellent customer service anymore. I was able to get contacts and glasses within 20 minutes with no appointment! Not 5 stars but 10!
