This was truly one of the kindest medical facilities I have ever been to. Every single staff member was friendly from the receptionists to the nurse to the surgeon! My daughter has to have a chalazion removed and I feel 100% at ease having it done at ICT Eye!! You were so informative and are also very reasonably priced. We were so impressed with everything!! Thank you!!!!!

Dr Burgoyne did an awesome job on my lid and Ptosis repair. I have never felt rushed with her. Yes sometimes there has been a wait for some follow ups but I know it's due to her good "bedside " manner and truly caring about her patients. Pearl and rest of staff get kuddos too.

I love this place, everyone genuinely seems to care about the patients here. They're all very nice and Dr. Burgoyne knows what she's doing. They actually remember you by name here too. But man the wait time is unbearable. I was scheduled for 3:45pm, showed up promptly, but didn't get in until 4:59pm. This happened in the past too. Next time, I'll call ahead to see if I can check on the wait time over the phone, maybe then I won't have to wait so long.

When it came time for cataract surgery my optometrist discussed options. I decided to see Dr Burgoyne. From the first appointment I felt I was in good hands. She took time to explain the different choices and I was excited to learn about the PanOptix lens. With this lens I no longer would need glasses or contacts. Decision made! Now both eyes have the new lens, it’s been years since my sight as been this great. Her office staff and surgery team are some of the best I’ve seen. I was well cared for. Took my daughter in with a very severe, undiagnosed skin condition that had gotten into her eyes. Did wait for quite a while but knew that we were being fit in to already busy schedule. Dr. Burgoyne was fabulous and even provided us with a diagnosis, spending the time to find out what she was dealing with. She was well worth the wait and should the need arise again, she will be my number one choice.

I have seen Dr. Burgoyne for several problems. Most recently I had Cataract surgery. The procedure went very smoothly, including the pre op and the follow up post op. I have found Dr Burgoune to be very professional and very concerned about her patients.

There aren't enough adequate words to describe the help, concern, and genuine care that was expressed to me here. Dr. Dechant and her entire staff were absolutely amazing to me- helping save my left eye after a motorcycle accident. Dr Dechant, Pearl, & her staff continued to go above and beyond. I will always hold her in the highest of regards, speak only the highest of her, and recommend her and her team to everyone. Upon first seeing Dr. Dechant, my cornea was extremely ulcerated, had to be taped shut, an eyepatch worn, stitched shut, and a weight surgically implanted a few months ago since my facial paralysis still won't allow it to close all the way. Long story short, Dr. Dechant treated me like someone that mattered and I owe her my eye, as well as much, much more.

Great place to have eye surgery and I have say that everyone has a friendly and positive energy, after I had my eyelid lifted and tear duck opened I've had no pain.no problem with the area Dr is really good at what she does I totally recommend ICT EYE thank you so much for your time and help with my eye
