Had an appointment for my disabled son, whom Dr. McCormick has seen for 20 years. Asked if they could add me on to the schedule and everyone jumped through hoops to help me out. I really appreciated it. It's nice to have staff that care about patients. Not always the case today.

It was pleasant from beginning to end. I was greeted politely. I was called in quickly and seen by a very kind Dr, who explained each step thoroughly. The technician helped me find frames, fitted me, handled insurance and payment, then I was on my way. Id recommend for sure.

On a Sunday I developed a infection in my eye which was painful. I do have glaucoma and have had surgery before. He was Dr on call and seen me within two hrs on a Sunday. Great caring dr. And very easy to talk to

My husband is diabetic and had a drop in his sugar level during his eye exam. The entire office including Dr McCormick were immediately empathetic to the situation. The receptionist and one of the ladies in another area in the office; Jennifer and Heather offered snacks from their personal desk drawers to help us. Okay, so let me begin by stating that I don’t turn 18 for another month, and my schedule never matches up with my moms. This was not an issue for Grene Vision Group! They told me to just fill out the form for minors, which is on their website, and that they’d still be able to see me without a parent! Secondly, it didn’t take forever for them to get me in! They have several locations, and once I told them I could drive a little bit, I got in two days later! And this is all before I’ve even stepped foot in their office. When I got there, there was a really nice young woman at the front desk. I believe her name was Alicia. She was able to get my paperwork done quickly so that I could be seen quickly. As for Dr. McCormick himself, I was surprised! I normally don’t like having male doctors. I also have severe anxiety. But Dr. McCormick was just very friendly and explanatory! He explained everything step by step, especially when coming into my personal space. He explained any questions I had in.a way I could understand. Finally,’the woman who helped me to select my glasses was also very kind and helpful! I asked her opinion on a few frames, and she was honest! She wasn’t afraid to tell me whether or not frames looked to big when I asked. And she probably saved me from some matching delimas when she asked me, “would you wear a red shirt with purple glasses?” Overall, I had an amazing experience with Grene Vision Group!

Checkin friendly and fast. The Assistant was professional, took thorough history, asked a wide range of questions. I dislike the eye doctor like most people dislike the dentist. My family returns to Dr. McCormick year after year because he always figures out what our issues are when we cannot find the right words, answers every question, gives clear explanations, always explains what he is about to do, and never causes pain. His goofy sense of humor doesn't hurt either.

Since I was in the area on Friday I went in to Green Vision on East Central and asked if Dr. McCormick was taking new patients. Corey said he was and set up an appointment for Tuesday. Dr. McCormick and Corey completed my initial exam and Cheyenne worked with me to fill my prescription. The DR, himself was great! Very nice and professional, however his front desk lady was pretty rude, I showed up and she just sat there with a miserable look on her face after around maybe 5 min she greeted me, I asked a question and she made it seem like I just ruined her whole day, I'm sorry lady but if you dont like dealing with people you should find a new job. Then the optical department is tiny and very unorganized, very small selection and I was told that I would have rushed service because I lost my glasses and cant see well at all, it's now going on 2 weeks and still no glasses, lady at optical seemed helpful but now I'm getting the feeling she doesnt know what going on neither. Overall not to happy with this place.

Very quick called around 9 am and they got me an appointment the very same day . My appointment was at 1:30 and I was completely out by 2:30 with my prescription sent in. The girl who helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful and honest gave me positive feedback for glasses that didn’t fit my face which I appreciate a lot overall had a good appointment everyone was nice and professional and will definitely refer people and return next year.
