Vallerie HillAll the service providers, from the receptionist, billing, doctor assistant and contact tech, were efficient, thorough, friendly and professional. Dr Kauffman was excellent. The exam location was changed at the last minute but they rose to the challenge of getting eye exam with contact check done and completed with everything for me In one visit. The courtesy and flexibility made my appointments note worthy.
Patrick WeissAll staff I encountered was super friendly and professional. Dr. Chedi is a gem: Professional, personable and on point. I really appreciated that I did not get pushed into buying their latest and greatest products. No attempt was made into that direction. Will be back for my next exam.
Jolene AzorrI've been a patient of Dr. Holland's for about 25 years. I've never had a negative experience. I usually go to the NE Stark St location. Happy Valley is closer to my home so I scheduled my most recent visit there. Sadly, I do have to agree with some previous posts regarding the front office staff. The couple of times that I have been at this location ( taken my daughter also) the employee who either did the check-in or check-out ( check-out for my 2/14/22 visit) was very unfriendly. It felt as if I was bothering her.
Mary Lynn LinesDr. Bengtzen is very thorough, and happy to answer all of my questions. He is professional and knowledgeable, while being approachable. The assistants are great too. They are methodical, and efficient, while also being happy to explain aspects of their testing and data gathering. Front office staff are cheerful and efficient as well. I highly recommend Eye Heath Northwest!

Knowledgeable patient and a great sense of humor. And Dr. Cole is excellent. She has been treating my situation for almost three years. She takes great care of me.
