I had an eye emergency and they went to the effort to work me in the same day. The staff was very friendly, caring, and efficient. I had a good experience with Dr. Goldman and appreciate his sense of humor. He is very experienced and I felt like I was in good hands.

One of the most genuinely friendly and customer service oriented physician's offices I've ever experienced. Very organized and efficient, but with a warm manner. Dr. Goldman was exceptional in his thoroughness and kindness. Frankly I wish all physicians' offices were run this well.

I was seen by Dr. Fung, and everything was fine medically speaking and he was perfectly nice. My appointment was for 2pm and I wasn't seen until 2:30. I was sent in and out between the exam room and waiting room 3 times, which has never happened to me in a doctor's office before. I even got there early to complete paperwork. I didn't get out of the office until 3:30pm and when I left the waiting room was completely full. Seems as though they take too many patients at a time. If it wasn't for the extremely long wait, I would have given 5 stars.
