It was a great experience, since the moment I arrived I was greeted by a couple of smiley receptionists, when it was my turn everybody including the doctor treated me with patience answering all my questions and concerns in a very professional but easy to understand way. I also noticed that most of the staff are at least bilingual English/Spanish. I walked out of there with peace of mind about my eyes.

Staff seemed to get annoyed with me due to rescheduling requests. But once in the office, everything was prompt and professional. A little annoyed my Med-Cal didn’t send me to this location to begin with. The dr listened to my concerns and gave clear answers.

Love coming here. It's clean and Dr. Tilki is very knowledgeable. Thorough, and understanding. The team is great as well. They are efficient and the entire process is pleasant. I come here every three months to check my eyes for my diabetes (type 1)

I’m extremely happy with the 100% SUCCESS of my cataract surgery for both my eyes. Now I do need glasses for distance and I see everything much more luminous and clear as NEVER BEFORE. After each surgery Dr. Natalia Tilki checked my eyes and even called me repeatedly for coming after a few days for repeated checks for eye pressure. She prescribed medication, drops for lowering the eye pressure. Dr. Natalia Tilki is very kind and meticulous. I receive black plastic glasses for sun protection and indication for medication. I AM VERY HAPPY AND I WILL RECOMMEND EMERALD EYE CENTER TO MY FRIENDS!

My good friend recommended Emerald Eye Center to mr for my cataract surgery. My fears were many but disappeared when I made my first visit. I found the entire staff to be caring, knowledgeable and professional. I also made the decision to go with the lifestyle lenses. The decision was made for 2 reasons. 1. Save money in the years to come by not having to purchase new glasses each year. 2. Clear vision (this was an amazingly fast happenstance). Now after my second eye cataract removal I have found that it was the right decision. The surgery ( Surgical team also a super) and my recovery was painless and fast. I am extremely satisfied and excited with the Doctor, Staff and Lenses. I am recommending Dr. Till I and her Staff to all my friends and acquaintances who require cataract surgery.

Especially Evelyn the receptionist at the front desk! She was extremely sweet and made me feel so welcomed! On top of it if your afraid of doctors period they make take the fright away! Dr Tilki one of the best Optometrist in town. My mom had a complicated case, some doctors were even scared to take her case but Dr Tilki did the surgery and now my moms vision near to perfect. she used to wear glasses but after the surgery she don't even need glasses. Such a great experience with Dr. Natalia Tilki and her staff. The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding. We've never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too, very friendly and professional! Is been our Doctor for years... we moved from The Valley to Pomona and we drove all the time just to see her.
