On the day before New Years, I scratched the surface of my eye and was in terrible pain. My optometrist referred me to Dr. Higa and he came in just to see me and another emergency patient. With the procedure and meds he prescribeded, I feel very fortunate that I am almost healed 3 days later! This was my first visit for vision care with Dr. Higa and I am very pleased with his care, consideration, and skill.

I visited Him at Waianae Vision Care, at His Pali Momi office and had Cataract Surgery performed by Him in town and every visit was a pleasure and surgery performed by Him was fast, painless and easy.
