I am new to the area and had an eye emergency. I got a same day appointment and was treated very well, both kind and caring personnel and great medical care by Dr. Desai. They were also very knowledgeable about my insurance and filed promptly. They charged me exactly what my insurance EOB said I owed, which is greatly appreciated.

Dr. Seltman is amazing and I could not be happier! Her Rx’s for my progressives and contacts were spot on. She took extra time on my first visit to address my concerns and it made a huge difference in my ability to see things differently!

The office is in a building currently under construction. When I pulled into the parking garage, I wasn't even sure I was in the right place. Although, you have to deal with all the construction, the office is brand new, clean and very nice! From booking my appointment via phone, to checking in online in advance, and then when I arrived, the staff were professional and very friendly. Dealing with Dr. Desai was comfortable and the appointment ran very efficiently. The Brookhaven location doesn't stock contacts or frames. You have to visit the Cumberland office, and or order through them on your own after the appointment, if that is what you require. I received a printed copy of my prescription when I left the office and will order online. Dr. Desai called me personally the day after my appointment to ask if I had any questions and to follow up on the samples she gave me. I would highly recommend this business. The only reason why I didn't rate it 5 stars is because they didn't have the product onsite nor was I told in advance that was the case.

When I had shingles, they saw me quickly, even though they weren’t seeing new patients for a few weeks. Everyone was very kind and thorough. Dr. Desai was wonderful!

We drive from Asheville, NC to see Dr. Seltman - she is wonderful, professional and quite knowledgeable about our specific issues. We also love the new facility on Peachtree Rd: gorgeous new building, very spacious and light, free covered parking (wide spaces and plenty of parking), clean, easy access, etc. The staff are all polite, efficient and professional - we couldn’t be happier!
