I love the The doctor because when I was 23, 24 years old he did the cornea transplant in both of my eyes and it gave me a second chance to see and to me as an eye doctor he is God forgiving me a second chance with my vision in my eyes. I have been going to Dr. Kozarsky since 2004 started with Lasik and just recently had a cataract removed. His staff is wonderful, his work is great and the results are always what you wanted. I live 62 miles from his office, pass a lot of others on the way, but willing to make the drive.

I went to Dr. Kozarsky for a second opinion after my regular opthomologist recommended cataract surgery. He put my mind to rest that surgery is not indicated. Great experience, efficient, very sophisticated equipment, friendly staff. Nothing not to like. I'm changing my regular eye health needs to Dr. K's office even though his location at Howell Mill isn't the greatest for me.

Haven’t had that much fun at the doctors office in years! The staff was prompt- pulling me in for my appointment exactly on time (that’s never happened before!) The staff was courteous and professional and knowledgeable, all of the high tech eye examination equipment was very inspiring as well. I feel very confident in the quality of the exam and services rendered, again the techs and nurses were exemplary.

December 4th 2019. The day my daughter was able to see after going blind due to a cataract forming over her legally blind eye. She was already blind completely in her left eye. Dr. K is a true miracle worker. My daughter has a severe form of Marfan Syndrome and surgery restored her vision on her right eye giving her hope for the future. Dr. K and his team is where you need to go for all your eye concerns. God bless him and his staff always.
