I have been a tenant for thirty years and moving to Executive Suites with Melody and staff has been one of the best decisions of my professional career. The office is run very efficiently and most of all very friendly and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend 1600 Executive Suites to anyone needing office environment that will show them to be professional and successful.

I have been an office renter for a little over 10 years. Melody and her team have consistency provided professional and over-and-above service to me any my team on a consistent basis. The office is always clean and tidy. The mail room is shared but I can say that I’ve never had an issue with missing or late documents. If I had a choice of offices with the array of options that downtown now offers, I can confidently say that I would not hesitate to select here again.

In 2004 my law partner and I left a larger law firm to start our own practice. We looked at all of the executive suite options in Minneapolis/St. Paul and it was clear to us that Melody Hach had the best space, support staff, services, and amenities available. Our intent was to stay for 6-12 months to get our practice set up and then move to more permanent space. 16 years and one change of location with Melody later, we still are with Melody. We have not been able to find a better alternative for conducting our practice. The space, staff, services, and amenities still are first rate. Melody and the staff are very easy to work with, accommodating, and professional. Over the years, I have referred other professionals (including friends and relatives) looking for space to Melody and will continue to do so whenever anyone asks. Melody and her staff are the best!

Have been a tenant here for 6 years. Great location downtown. The staff is always very personable and friendly. Offices are clean, with brand new furniture/ desks. Great views from the 16th floor! Plenty of conference rooms available to use whenever needed. The other tenants are all professional and friendly. Fun place to have an office. Highly recommend!

Don't believe the bad reviews because they're likely from a former disgruntled tenant that's trolling the owner with fake accounts. I've been a tenant at 1600 Executive Suites since 2012, when the new facility first opened its doors. 1600 is a family run business with an extremely friendly, attentive and supportive staff which makes for a much better office experience compared to the corporate run executive suites like Regis. The offices and common areas are Class A level. The building (formerly Campbell Mithune) was recently purchased and is receiving a complete remodel which will add a lot of new amenities that any tenant at 1600 Executive Suites can enjoy. When it comes to price, we price shopped 1600 against all the major corporate executive suite spaces and they were more competitive than most of the major suite owners, including those in the Twin Cities suburbs. If you're looking for an executive suite, do yourself a favor and go with a family run operation because it makes a big difference. And for anyone that says that the office is dirty or people don't call back, disregard those reviews because they're fake. Come visit the place for yourself, its spotless and the staff couldn't be more responsive..especially for new prospective tenants!

I have been at the 1600 Executive Suites since they first opened in 2012, as well as the Suites’ old location at 701 Executive Suites, for a total of 15.5 years. This is a wonderful place to office, kept in immaculate condition and has the friendliest staff ever. Plus, every Thursday us tenants are fed with goodies (I highly recommend the breakfast pizza). Please ignore the negative reviews. They are being posted by a former, and very problematic tenant.

I used 1600 Executive Suites as a "virtual office" (meeting room and mail) from 2013 until I moved in 2020. They were very flexible and helpful with all of my weird requests, and the space was always a delight to use. It was a great experience, far better than the other virtual and shared office providers I've used.
