I appreciate the services that the organization provides. My Mother is new to Hudson Point and so far it seems her experience is working in a good direction. She seems happier to have some independence, now understanding that she does need extra help with her daily living. My Aunt says that it a breath of fresh air and she means that literally it does not smell like a nursing home period, as far me it’s always clean and my mom doing good.

Hudson Pointe is like family. The personnel is kind and warm. My mother has become very comfortable there. She especially loves Acheme aka Kim. I give the facility 4 stars due the much needed repair in some of the bathrooms. When it rains, the pipes starts to leak causing the drop ceiling to fall.

Very professional and kind staff one of the Directors Emanuel Lichtik took his time and was very patient explaining all the services were up to par that my Dad would undergo that day I know I made the right choice for my dad. I left that day feeling that I made the right choice leaving him in great hands at the Center and would recommend to anyone needing extra care for their parents. I visit Hudson Pointe for some personal inquiry and met Emmanuel the administrator for that location. He was a very helpful gentleman and gave me information about Hudson Pointe he was very knowledgeable of questions I had. The staff was polite and made me feel comfortable. The place was very safe and clean. My mom is 84 years old and I will definitely recommend her to this place. Emmanuel Thanks a million times for helping me out. I would recommend this place to anyone without reservation if they need a place like Hudson Pointe.

On tuesday my mother was discharged form the hudson pointe at Riverdale after a short term stay. At the beginning I did not want my mother to go there because of some bad reviews that I read but I'am happy and grateul that she stayed with them. The center was always available to listen to any complains, concerns or any problems that I might 've had.The social department was amazing in making sure that my mother had everything she needed before going home. Thanks Jackeline, Thanks Ms. Olivo and Thanks to all the staff at Hudson Pointe.

Hudson Pointe is not perfect because there is no such thing as real perfection, however the staff is extremely helpful with the type of work they handle. It is no easy task to care of the elderly in the type of environment we live in today. As busy as it gets, they make time for everyone! If there are any concerns just tell the Administrator and he will ensure that it gets delegated quick and professionally. If you are in the position of sending your family to a Nursing home or rehab, Hudson Pointe does a great job. Thank you for your help with everything.

I am giving this facility 5 stars. My Mom stayed at Hudson Pointe for the final 3 weeks of her life. The nurses, aides, therapists were caring, attentive and compassionate. She was made comfortable through out the 3 weeks and always clean. The facility is very clean. Whenever we had an issue and spoke to the staff (nurses, aides, social worker), we received a response and a resolution. This is a 24 hour facility, you can visit at anytime. I am not sure why this facility has received negative reviews. With patient care, families should be involved asking questions and advocating specially with terminally ill loved ones. The nurses and aides work very hard and they do have a lot of patients to see- the key is for families to be involved. All I can say is that our experience was very positive and my Mom received excellent care.

I wasn’t well versed in being in a Long Term Care setting and didn’t know what to expect when sending mom to Hudson Pointe. There seemed to be confusion and so wasn’t sure who to ask information from. Staff was very helpful and guided me to where and which department I need to go to for specific information. I was skeptical but everything worked out and I appreciate the staff! Thank you for your hard work and helpfulness!

I recently had to choose a rehab for my father. After a recommendation from a friend whose father is a long term resident I have to say I am happy with my choice. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Any problem my dad has is handled swiftly and with courtesy. Luz Elena has been a joy to work with and maintains an open door policy that is hard to find in most facilities. The smaller facility has also been positive as the staff is quickly able to identify who you are talking about when you call or ask about progress. My dad has gone from not wanting rehab to being proud of how much progress he has made. Thank you Hudson Pointe

Hi I just want to first thank everyone for always being kind and courteous to me and my mom as long as she has been at the nursing home, this is just a continuation of what has been going on up until now which I am grateful for overall This was the first day after six months just to be able to see my mom and I’m very appreciative the fact that I could see her the other day. To all of the staff I thank you in advance I want to thank you for all for everything you have done up until today. Everything went very well and smooth between getting the Covid test when I arrived to me going upstairs to see mom. I would just like to let you know that overall it was a good experience and very smooth however I would just like to let you know that I know an hour may be what has been agreed-upon but an an hour is not enough to spend with someone you haven’t seen in a long time but that’s OK I was happy nevertheless.I think it’s very convenient to be able to call the front desk and make the appointment seamlessly without too much interruption and having that instant Covid test available was very practical and it was done very efficiently. I don’t have too much to criticize about the process because it went very well and I trust that’s because Everything at the facility seems to run very well as it is. . I have nothing but good things to say about citadel and the staff, I hope this continues to be the case. Beautiful clean facility...the security is tight, I understand that when you check in, you have to log in on a computer before you'll allowed to come in, I love that about the facility, wonderful staff, nurses, the dining room & the cafeterias is always clean. I was very skeptical. Especially when I was sitting at my desk at work and the hospital calls to say that they were discharging my dad to a skilled nursing facility and that I needed to pick one. There were no beds at a facility I wanted on E.77th Street so I had to pick again. I went with Hudson Pointe - Riverdale because the reviews were decent. The place is being refurbished and my dad...he was very ill. Honestly, I didn't think that he would walk again. The staff worked with my dad and me. If something was wrong, they took care of things right away. I am only taking off a star because I feel that the social workers and another worker in the insurance area. They explain things very technical. I do realize social work is a very hard field but guess what? You picked your profession...not me. One staff member suggested that my Dad un-enroll in his retiree medical and enroll in another so that he could qualify for medicaid. They said when dad was discharged, he could get back onto his plan. I knew this wasn't true and I told my Dad not to sign anything. Of course, I was right. I advise anyone to not make spur of the moment decisions no matter how hard things can get. Listen to your inner voice and just plain logic. Otherwise, Hudson Pointe is the place to be and i am grateful to the staff for getting my Dad back on his feet.

My father was in the hospital for approximately 3 months, and it was time for him to go to a rehabilitation center. We visited a few in our neighborhood, and were hoping he would be accepted into one that we had chosen. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I remember the phone call that I received from the social worker that Monday afternoon, as if it was yesterday. She said to me that they were discharging my dad, and I needed to pick another rehab center for him. At this point, tears started to roll off my cheeks. I was feeling so frustrated and overwhelmed. However, a decision had to be made and time was limited. With the help of the internet and my Mom, we choose HUDSON POINTE REHABILIATION AND NURSING CENTER. Remember, we did not visit this place – so basically we were sending him to a place which we didn’t know how it would operate. Today, I can truly say that this was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. All of our concerns and requests are taken into consideration and granted to the best of my father needs. By the grace of God and with the help of this rehabilitation center, my dad will be heading home very soon. I must tell you about the admission director – Mrs. Luzelena Serrano (Lucy). She is the BEST. She is a very caring and loving person. She went out of her way to accommodate us. At no time at all did she not assist us in whatever way she could. We need MORE like Mrs. Serrano in this world! In short, she is a GEM. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would recommend this rehab center to all of my friends and family. And if you need a rehab center, look no further, HUDSON POINTE is your place.

The staff is very attentive. There was some issues but the staff seems to want to rectify them asap. One thing that needs to happen is the maintainence crew needs to clean the place better. It definitely needs it.

I went to the hudson pointe at riverdale. It's has amazing staff and it's has a rehab center. I was at the hospital and admitted me there because i was weak. I feel stronger now and the staff take care of me. The food was great and i meet some good people. I recommend this place who are weak.
