Paul CruzThe staff seems pleasant, but this was only my first visit. I'm quite disappointed with the visitation rules. This needing an appointment to visit my family member and not being able to get one on my schedule is highly irregular and very unfair for both the patients and the families who want to visit their loved ones often.
