Must visit this place before choosing an assisted living facility for your love one. Yes, it is expensive, but the care and service are excellent. We have visit several facilities in Seattle area and Aegis is one of the best. The staff and management are kind, helpful, and caring. The facility is beautiful. There are activities throughout the days. The food are good but can be better according to my mother in-law. That's why we only give it four ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

From the top down, Aegis of West Seattle has the best team. The staff is professional and interested in making the residents feel welcomed and loved. Aegis of West Seattle has not only proven to be a haven for my mom, but it has exceeded my expectations. The activities director and the staff go out of their way to make daily living at Aegis West Seattle a pleasure. Mealtimes are social events where my mom always finds something good to eat and a friend or neighbor to join her. Also, meals/snacks/treats are available anytime up to 7pm, which fits my mom’s schedule perfectly. I can't say enough about the people and the place. My mom is happy and feels a part of the community. For me, that says it all!

My husband, Robert H. Harris, has been at Aegis,West Seattle, since September 24th, 2020. He was home the previous 3 months with live--in home care, due to a stroke, which worked very well. However, he is/was a vert social and active man so he needed more socialization besides the caregiver and me.
I have been, and am, extremely pleased with the care Bob has received at Aegis, and now he is in Hospice comfort care.
The excellent care of all staff from the top down, has given me be a great blessing - no needing to worry about Bob. The sadness and loss I feel around his condition, Vascular Dementia, are the most painful of my entire life. I too feel supported and cared for by staff at Aegis.
I give them my gratitude, thanks and blessings for what they do.

Has been a great experience for my dad, who has dementia. My sister and I have felt that he's safe and being stimulated and well taken care of, particularly during COVID. The staff is great and CLEARLY really care about the residents.

Johnny did miraculous things to my car!! I was just expecting someone to come vacuum out all my dog hair, but instead he buffed out scratches on my exterior and make the interior look like a new! He spent hours on my car and cleaned every little "detail."And on top of all that, he came to my address and I didn't have to do a thing. I highly recommend his services and I will definitely be a return customer.

My grandma is current at Aegis in West Seattle - it has been wonderful for her and our whole family. Their facilities are stunning and they have tons of activities for residents and guests are encouraged to join. Our family couldn’t be happier with Aegis❤️

Aegis of West Seattle is a beautiful facility. But, the real value is in the staff. They are competent and caring. I completely trust them to take the best care of my mom. Thank you, Aegis :)

My husband has been at AegisLiving for 3 months in Memory Care.It has been a positive experience for both of us.The staff is caring and are trained to understand how to redirect when behaviour is difficult. The activities program is stimulating and fun for the residents. The first thing I noticed when I first visited was the visual appealing atmosphere, from the wonderful fish tanks to the great garden for relaxing. And it smells good and is spotless. The residents have freedom to wander the large space and there are smaller sitting rooms for more privacy. I visit my husband almost every day .I have recognzed the consistancy of caring, the respect given to residents, nutritious meals, appropriate activies and direction. If there are concerns, the adminstrative staff is always open for conversation and are responsive.Knowing there is a safe and quality place for a loved one, makes it easier to finally realize that it is time for a change for both.Ray has often commented on the nice people and atmosphere and has adjusted quite well.Me too!
