My time here has been lovely. I have met so many staff members that have been kind and passionate about the care that they give. My roommate is phenomenal, they matched us perfectly. We came from different parts of the country yet our story is so similar. Every facility has it's challenges but trevecca takes pride in always improving their service. I highly recommend this facility for you rehabilitation and long-term care needs 💗

My experience at trevecca has been wonderful. The staff has been amazing, they have been attentive to all of my needs. Not to mention the ice is delicious. I couldn’t have been partnered with a better roommate. Every thing has been customized to ensure my experience was top tier. They even hosted a sip and paint for the patients and it was amazing entertainment and a delicious cheese board. I could not have picked a better place for my rehabilitation journey :) Thank you Trevecca team

Everybody's always professional. A lot of the employees get to know the patients personally and for the most part it seems like they genuinely care about their patients. My dad was in very bad shape when he arrived He's been there now for 2 years and he is in the best shape that he's been in the past 5 years or so. I appreciate all the care that they give to the patients there I'm sure it's not easy.

I like that this facility allows family and friends to visit 24 hours a day. The security features are impressive and helps assure us that our family member is protected. My family member has just begun her rehab. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

Was a patient @ this facility. I'm on a very strict dietary regimen due to a triple bypass heart surgery. The food I was given to eat was not good for the body. Made me extremely sick to my stomach. Because basically everything was fried. They are not compliant with any dietary needs

We made arrangements in advance to see 3 people. Only one was working but the staff made it work for the 10 ppl from our church that came yo see our in people. Accolades to the desk and the Social work staff at that helped to accomplish our goal!!!

Had a great time visiting my sister on Sunday. Her nurse was very knowledgeable and friendly. All the staff do an outstanding job. The food looked delish. My sister is always well taken care of and clean. The facility sparkled. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Staff has been awesome and attentive to my requests! Social services has been on top of it . Not to mention you get your own personal concierge (she is awesome btw). I am glad I am here during my healing journey.

Awful place to be claiming they help people. My Dad's first night, he did not see a physical person until 930 pm. He never got a dinner plate. Never got his meds. A robot with a screen showing a person at a desk, appeard at midnight. Then just went away! What kind of care is this?? You can't make this up! He is incontinent and,, has been laying in his feces for over an hour!! People are screaming out "help me"! *update 6/3/22 Since the original posting I have been contacted by the Administrator and the director of concierge, who have assured our family, Dad is great care. We are very hopeful this remains the case during his stay. We look forward to visiting this weekend.

My husband was admitted here for 2 weeks of rehab after being very sick and hospitalized for 3 weeks. I was very happy with how welcoming and clean the lobby was the first time I went. When we got to his room it was clean, and I even looked under the bed and dresser for dust bunnies. His room mate was very friendly and welcoming. The admitting nurse and techs were very nice. Most everyone came into the room with a smile. He had a tech who was a wonderful lady. I do not remember her name but she was on day shift, 2nd floor, and was from Africa originally. She gets 5⭐️ from us!! Cannot day enough about Sondra from physical therapy and Michelle from Occupational Therapy. Great job ladies and thank you!! We will highly recommend Trevecca Rehab and Healing Facility. Thank you!!

We want to talk about Professionalism of the staff is top rated, and that’s from the nurse practitioners down to the person that serves your meal. They also check on you even if your call light isn’t on, that shows compassion. PT and OT, I’d give them top booking anytime. I had experience with them 15 years ago, I came in and they told me they’d have me home in two weeks, I told them I wanted to go home in one week, and they got it done. They are very compassionate also, they’ll escort you back to your room, make sure you’re comfortable before leaving you. Trevecca cares for the person as a whole, you aren’t just an injury, they call you by your name.

My wife Ann has been a resident at Trevecca since August 28th, 2017. This facility has received a 5 star rating from the CMS. They’ve also been featured in U.S. News & World Report, and also received a National Quality Approval from the Joint Commission. But it’s not these notable awards that make Trevecca the best place to choose for a family member that requires the type of care this facility provides, it’s the staff and administration. The staff at Trevecca is top notch!! From Brittany and Byron in the Activities Dept. to the talented CNA’s like Lanay and Mya who have gone over and above to make sure my wife is taken care of. Then there is Tonya, Summer, Kate, Katie, Jaden, and Sabra the 5th floor charge nurse. These are just a few of the highly skilled nurses that assess my wife on a daily bases to ensure her health is closely monitored and her needs are tended too. And let’s not forget all the skilled Respiratory Therapists that tended to Ann when she had a Trach. These people I’ve mentioned in the Activities Dept, CNA’s, Nurses, and Respiratory Therapists have become part of our family. And they’re not the only ones. There are wonderful people in administration such as Melissa, who is the Director of Admissions. Tammy, who is the Business Office Manager. Margayle, the Transportation Director. Tamara, the Head Nurse and JoLynn in administration that have helped me with several issues and concerns over the year, and guided me through some very tough times. I must also mention her new doctor, Dr Eme and his two very skilled Nurse Practitioners, Loren and Jay. I know there are many others that I haven’t mentioned, but I hope by this point you can see just how big of an impact this facility and all it’s incredibly talented staff and administration has had and continually have on my and my wife’s lives. My wife loves being at Trevecca, and I can see why. I would not want her to be anywhere else!!

My brother has been there for two and half years therefor I am frequent visitor . The kindness and care that the staff shows while caring for the residents warms my heart . I know this is their job but they go above and beyond a lot . Sure there are problems, there always gonna be but the way they step up and handle them is beyond the service standard . I ask one of my favorite nurses ( she is the weekend 4th floor nurse I think so I hope she sees this 😀) How do you do this ? She said “ with a lot of love in my heart they are all my babies “ . I think of her a lot and how lucky Trevecca is to have her . I know there will be a special place in heaven reserved for these folks . I might want to add the facility is very clean and my brother can be a quite the challenge 😀.

I spent about 5 weeks at Trevecca rehab center. The center was great. The Dr's and nursing staff took care of me. I had therapists from physical, occupational, and speech working with me every day. I was very pleased with our experience.

Location review only. The entrance is through the university entrance as Alumni Drive gate was locked when I tried to deliver here. Using a GPS solely is always risky.

Trevecca is a great place to work we take pride in our center . Our residents are like our family we try to make them fill right at home. We have a great staff .Fine food clean rooms and all the great care that your family could want. So come on down and take a tour .

The staff is wonderful.They not only take great care of my sister,but I had been having severe back issues and they went out of their way to make me comfortable.They brought our different chairs and pillows until I could sit comfortably and visit with my sister.EXCELLENT,CARING STAFF!

My mom was sharply dress , And Shown t have great upkeep, She Do request a Hair cut for next visit so her she can have that final touch look.She communicated her techs was super, Getting her out to walk, even to play bingo, and restroom Breaks, Keeping the room TV’s now, And low on theA/c and getting her plenty of blankets if she need it, And A tobogan..She was impressed with her hand Therapy, and find it rewarding when the theraphy is done to help her open her hands so she can eat with her hands and Using the phone,and Assurance with her needs.
