We can’t say enough about the positive experience we had with Nurse Next Door and would highly recommend working with Shauna Wilson! She listened to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure that each caregiver she selected met our needs! She personally made several trips to meet our family and introduce new caregivers. The caregivers selected were of a higher caliber than those from other recommended companies. When we were in a pinch and needed extra support after moving our family member to a new facility Shauna responded very quickly and had a team lined up for the week in less than 24 hours! If we ever have a future need we will not hesitate to make Nurse Next Door our partner in providing personal care! The service was exceptional and Shauna welecomed feedback to meet any concerns regarding individual sitters although they were minor and resolved with coaching.
