Allison KatulaI have worked at Harwood Place for nearly 12 years and am constantly blown away by the compassion and dedication of my co-workers. We earned the honor of being a Journal Sentinel Top Work Place this year, and our dining staff created these amazing cupcakes to celebrate. They are so talented! What has kept me here all these years are the relationships with staff and residents (although cupcakes are in the top 5!). At Harwood we have the luxury of getting to know one another, the residents, and their families. Where you find happy employees, you find happy residents. Harwood is a happy place indeed. You don't need to take my word for it.
