Update Oct 2022: Mom has been living at Las Ventanas for 14 months now. She’s in the Assisted Living area. I appreciate the staff even more now than I did over a year ago. Her level of care has had to be moved up & the staff works to make it seamless. I’m as pleased now as I was 14 months ago, as is my Mom. My Mom has been at Las Ventanas Assisted Living a little over a month. I’d like to thank Linda Dietrich & Armando for all the help getting her from a local skilled nursing facility to assisted living at Ventanas. It’s no joke that the state & federal laws make it much harder right now, you need to be flexible. I’ve been a bit of a helicopter child with my Mom, but this past week I’ve felt myself finally able to relax. She went from her prior place being locked down and eating meals alone since March 2020. She had lost so many social skills I wasn’t sure she’d ever get back. I was wrong! The staff is so good about reminding her of activities, meals & just generally checking on her. I'm having a hard time finding her in the apartment! Movie night, entertainment, hairdresser, out walking the grounds, games and jigsaw puzzles. They bring her meds and give her tylenol or other OTC drugs the Dr has ordered. She’s 92, a bit hard of hearing and short term memory is shakey - but she is genuinely having a great time. Her doctor recommended Las Ventanas- I didn’t even know it existed. If I had she would have been living there the past 7 years. She is a retired RN so she remembers & understands that different Federal & State rules will apply as we try and draw covid down. I appreciate all the staff does to keep her safe & happy! Thank you!! My mom has been here at it’s most challenging times. When she got to Las Ventanas Nov. 2019 we were so happy about all it had to offer, then Covid hit. It was tough, but I think they did their best at handling the pandemic. There seemed to be some hiccups, but I have to say they have always had their resistance’s best interest in mind. I highly recommend this place for your loved one.

Deciding to come to Las Ventanas was an excellent decision for me and my wife as we came here when we were healthy, and the services provided here have helped us continue to live relatively independently. The last two years. our health has changed and we require more assistance which is offered here at Las Ventanas. The staff is excellent and efficient, but most importantly, they demonstrate care for residents.

My mother has not been admitted yet, but probably will be in the next 24 hours. I cannot tell you how great the staff (Carmen) has been in explaining how things work, and that their ultimate goal is to have patients improve and go home (whenever possible). My mind was immediately at ease-- also, they came highly recommended by Summerlin Hospital. Thank you for for helping a scared family find some comfort.

When I first came to Las Ventanas it was great but in the last few years everything has gone down hill due to budget cuts.

My mother was happy there, for that we are grateful. This rating because the conference call with staff and my family was less than truthful. My mother couldn't walk upon her arrival home as they said nor transfer from bed/chair on her own. Nor potty or dress on her own as they said. It is clear to us they just wanted her out of this place! So unfair to us to be mislead since we don't live near and could not confirm this before her exit. Lastly, there was little notice she was being kicked out. When we brought her home it was without any assistance/help/caretaker. They don't help you with that. Since we understood she was capable of the above listed tasks it wasn't an immediate concern. Wrong! The first few days/nights home was a nightmare. Be prepared!

Our mom is living here at this time. We are very happy with everyone here, always very well taken care of. The staff are nice and polite. There always someone watching over them witch is completely a piece of mind. So far we have had a great experience , very highly recommended

Working as a home health physical therapist, I have visited almost every assisted living facility in the Las Vegas Valley. This is by far the nicest place in the entire Valley. The staff here is amazing! Everyone who works here is exceptionally friendly and take great care of all of the residents who live here. You can always tell when a facility is good when the people who work there act as if they love their job. I have rarely seen a happier staff. It Is by no means inexpensive, but the old adage applies: you get what you pay for. I couldn't recommend this place any higher. If you are looking for a place for your parents to live where they will receive excellent care you need look no further than here.

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Mother for her rehabilitation. You gave us all such peace of mind, AND, most importantly, gave Mother a battery recharge and confidence for complete recovery. Professional, skilled, upbeat care! She loved all the nurses, aides, PTs, and, last, but not least, the CHEF PREPARED meals. She is home now and still talking about the incredible food!! Jason, you were wonderful, and Sharon, you were Mother's angel, to be sure!

My Mom is one of the most PICKIEST people there is. She complained that their sheets are bally. HOWEVER, this place takes AMAZING care of my MOM. I never think twice about her care. Any concerns I have, they are ON IT RIGHT AWAY. I vouch for this place as one I TRUST and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the care of your loved one. The Nurses, Doctor, and ALL the STAFF are amazing and caring. They clean her room EVERY DAY. The are loving and PATIENT. THANK YOU LAS VENTANAS.....

The facility is clean and has excellent staff. Although the facility needs to hire more staff for needs of the patient care. My dad is treated with up most respect and all his concerns were taken care of when discussed in health checks.

Since speaking with Teresa Mateo, she has truly been such a light in a dark place for our family. She assisted with EVERYTHING for my grandmother and her transport from Lake Havasu to Las Vegas. She is phenomenal and we don't know what we would have done without her! We've also been working with Vince Parker who from day one, has been on it and done everything he said he would. Las Ventanas, whatever you pay these two, it's not enough for all they have done for our family in such a short amount of time. This is day 2 my mother was admitted and our nurse Mandeep and cna Luz have been great. Michelle has been so helpful helping me get my mom moved home even though it take money from them.we are not gone yet hopefully things keep going good. Place is beautiful and food is good. Thanks Paula D

Best customer service ,Only if we can get this kind of service at every receptionist desk ! Super friendly and inviting I was at Las Ventanas on Thursday stopping by to get information I was in the wrong location ended up In residential living when I really needed health center!

I am so glad my father is here. They are so helpful. I do not have to do any paperwork or running around. I have five places to compare this to, and this is so far superior, it is glaring. Dad is in AL and his care is excellent. I can not recommend it highly enough.

We are in the process of looking for a place for my nana and this was my first option. Unfortunately, my nana doesn’t qualify to go here BUT the man who called me (Warren) was so helpfand uplifting.
