Xzia was extremely professional and helpful. She explained to us the process very well, and was patient and polite the whole time. We were done with our signing appointment in exactly 30 minutes. I also really like the signing platform as it is user-friendly and simple to understand, and they also have a mobile app that runs very smoothly. Moreover, their technical support can also be reached on the phone, and are very quick to respond and assist. Shoutout to Meliza for that. I only encountered some issues when I initially scheduled the appointment (unfortunately, my line of work requires same-day notarizations sometimes, but we could not coordinate that). My only suggestion is that you try to accommodate your notarizations at least one day in advance, which I will keep in mind for next time. :)
