He was proficient in all manners of technology to send and receive information. Mark was flexible with time for the signing. In error the lender had scheduled it for 4pm and should have scheduled for 6pm. Mark arrived to our home on time and prepared. He was dressed professionally and gave us great confidence in his ability that he not only understood his job but had also an understanding of the paperwork we were signing. He was personable and made the signing of 300 pages a very enjoyable experience. If a notary is needed in the future we will contact him directly.
