Noll Guitars is the only place I bring my bass for work. I brought them a BC Rich Beast Bass that had broken tips on the body and they fixed them and color matched the paint. You can't even tell it was broken. They setup all my basses. Awesome shop!!!!

This is the one of the only places I will take my electric guitars around here. It is worth the extra hour drive. It is certainly the only place I will take an acoustic in Rhode Island. Plan on getting some history and some good tips while you are in the shop.

Been going to Noll since David Noll was there! Stan, Jim & Steve are top notch techs & good people. Fantastic work, and great prices. Bob is also a superior amp repairman. Can't go wrong here. They have every facet of stringed instrument and amplifier health covered! Their fret surface; "level & crown" is the best & more reasonable price than can be imagined. AAAAA

I first visited Noll guitars to drop off a Les Paul + A usa bc rich that need a fair amount of work. Both jobs were perfectly accurately and in reasonable time. High Quality work. One thing to note - don't call if you have questions. I'm trying to find a luthier to work with on a multitude of projects. Helpful but short, is how I would describe my conversations when I call in. I was hoping to discuss if Noll is a good fit for my needs but felt like I was asking them silly questions.

I was referred to Noll guitars by a guy who works for me. He is a fabulous guitar player so I took his advise and brought my brand new 2020 Texas Tea Telecaster Ultra to Noll for initial setup after purchase. I had my guitar back in one week and the set up was absolutely fabulous! This guitar played very well from the factory but after the set up it is really on another level. I was so impressed that I dropped off my ES335 for a once over.. The staff was great, the price was very affordable and the work performed was Top Notch. I highly recommend Noll guitars....

Read to End. Nut replacement and setup. The nut slots were lower than the first fret. The action and neck relief are ok, but any open chord buzzes like a hornet, see first statement. Also the intonation is way off. BUT they are doing the right thing, acknowledged the mistake and are fixing it.

I started playing guitar about 6 months ago. I consider my self on the handy side and I changed my pick ups and set up my guitars as explained on YouTube videos. I thought I nailed it :) After they set up my guitar at Noll Guitars I was like WTF! Feels like the guitar is self playing! They deserve every penny they charge and I’ll take my other guitars to them for a set up too! For those who are as ignorant as me about guitars, please give them a try and see the difference they make yourselves!

Great place for pickup upgrades and amp repair. Nice guitars and amps on sale also. They do a wiring like the s-1 switch, but with more usable settings, instead of parrallel.

It turned out that it was something minor and three minutes later, after Stan and Steve took a look at it, it was fixed free of charge!
