My absolute favorite music store in the Portland area! Mike and the rest of the staff are both knowledgeable about their product and exceptionally friendly every time I’ve been in whether I’m just window shopping or ready to buy. I recently went in to upgrade my bass and Mike’s first suggestion ended up coming out the door with me. It feels impossible to waste money in the store with them no matter the instrument or price point. They will continue to get my business for years to come.

Have always loved Portland Percussion! Besides beeing the best place to find what a gigging drummer needs in stock. Mike is an awesome guy! He goes out of his way to make sure you do get just what your looking for! And if by chance he doesnt have it in stock. He will get it for you.

Mike & Sean ROCK! My boys are taking guitar and drum lessons here. They love it and are progressing. Got the music bug here. Sean tweaked an old seagull acoustic so it plays much smoother. Great place for equipment, lessons, and a good conversation with genuine people. I look forward to going there every week!
