THE place to go for all you guitar needs!!! The staff and owner hear are just absolutely great people! They are Knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and more then helpful. I highly recommend them for any guitar repairs/set ups. I brought two acoustic guitars in to have the action lowered and the guitars set up. They did an amazing job. Both guitars have never played better. They have a small selection of guitar in shop for sale that are high quality and reasonably priced suited for both beginners and advanced players. They are the experts on wind instruments and they go to place for that. Can’t say enough good things about these guys/gals. Give them a shot when you can.

My daughter is 8th grade and has played clarinet for 3 years. We arrived later due to her band practice. Linden met with my daughter and me. He was extremely welcoming and happy to answer the million questions I had. We tried several mouth pieces and new clarinets. The experience was a pleasure. My daughter said she felt like Harry Potter finding his wand. Linden stayed an hour past closing and didn’t even mention their closing time to me. He listened to her play and gave her some advice and tips. He is a very kind and thoughtful man. When I asked their closing time he said it doesn’t matter just take all the time we need. This is a great place owned and operated by people who truly care about music and teaching. I highly recommend Bandwagon Music and Repair.

Our son dropped his school trombone and dented the slide. We brought it to our neighborhood repair place. We showed our band director the repair and he told us we needed to go to the Bandwagon to get it fixed, so we did. He completely fixed every issue for half the cost we thought It was going to be. He made the repair in less than two days and it sounds amazing. This was our first time visiting the Bandwagon and even though in Bellevue, it is only minutes from the Highway 100 split and worth it. If you look at their website you will see that they have won many awards for best new business etc and what they don’t tell you, is that they gave half their award money back to the community. Ask Linden for their story! I hope that we all are willing to support a locally owned business where the owners are working 80 hours a week keeping their doors open to serve us and provide a living for themselves. I was inspired by Linden’s customer service, his excellence in repair and his more than fair prices. I teach music at Belmont Academy and so I know good people, I just didn’t know them! I took my vintage sax to Bandwagon for an overhaul after it sat in closets for several decades without being played much. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and took great care of my horn. I had a couple of issues after it settled in a bit after the overhaul (normal), and they gladly did a couple of adjustments free of charge. I'm excited to get back to playing again now that the sax sounds so awesome! They offer lessons too for anyone who's a little rusty. Wish it was closer to Madison!

This place was recommended by our trumpet instructor as a place that is good quality work and reasonably priced. It’s hard to tell which instrument repair places are good here since there are many and esp since we’re new in town and weren’t sure who to trust with instrument repairs. Had a trumpet that needed to be checked and a violin that needed to be repaired. Linden checked the trumpet thoroughly, even with a small light, didn’t find anything significant and told me that...and didn’t charge me anything for the assessment, even tho it took 15 mins of his time. The violin needed new strings and the bridge replaced. I felt like repair was very reasonably priced, done quickly and all around they were very helpful. It’s a little bit aways from where we live, but worth the drive to know they’ll be honest and easy to work with.

I recently inherited a bass clarinet that hadn’t been worked on since the 80s and needed to have it adjusted. My options were thoroughly explained to me, adjustment completed, and the turn around time was quick! I will definitely go again if any work/repairs need to be done. I had a wonderful experience at a summer camp to learn the ukulele. The owners are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming, not impersonal like you find at other music stores. They took time to show me how to use my tuner and asked about the classes. It's that same good feeling you used to get when you went into a mom and pop store - like you're a neighbor coming to visit. Highly recommended if you're a sax player. I went to another music store in the area, and they knew JACK about reeds and saxes. I came to Bandwagon and not only was Linden SUPER knowledgable, he's a player AND repair guy himself, so he knew E'RYTHANG I needed to know about my horn. For many years HB at Hewgleys, then Harley at The Band Room, and then Larry at Opus horn repair in Bowling Green did all of my work. Now that Opus and Larry Long are gone, I am thrilled to have found Linden and his team! They did a quick playing adjustment on my flute in just a couple of days and it's doing exactly what it needs to do! I can't wait to take my 1963 Selmer Mark VI tenor in and let him tune it up! Finding Bandwagon was literally an answer to prayer, my daughter was having difficulty with the school bass clarinet she was using and every day would come home frustrated and sad because she was not able to play at her potential and she had Midstate tryouts coming up. Linden was so helpful and took the time to listen to my daughter play and help figure out the problem. He gave great advice to her, helped her choose a better reed which has help enormously and adjusted the instrument. After all he did my daughter finally had some hope that she would be able to play at Midstate. He even followed up with a call to see how things were going with her instrument after he adjusted it. We were able to locate a used bass clarinet for her to finally own her own and he did an amazing job on adjusting it and getting it back to us in time for Midstate tryouts. My daughter made it into Midstate and we are so thankful for Bandwagon’s help to get her there.

I have a Bach Strad Silver trumpet that was my high school instrument I made state and all district with it so it is VERY sentimental to me. It was damaged my senior year. I looked all over for a replacement bell.The ring was broken(unrepairable). After finally finding one I then had trouble finding a repair shop.After sitting in the closet for years I found a repair shop close by(almost 2 hrs). So,I took a chance I wanted my trumpet finally fixed after 25 years. Just let me say that I am overjoyed with the outcome! I have seen other repair jobs with sloppy welds and such. The Bandwagon music store in my opinion is SECOND TO NONE. Thank you so much for giving me back my pride and joy. Oh and at a decent price too.
