The environment is comfortable , felt real one on one, Ian shows interest in your work and connects with you in real life matters. He shows it’s more then just music. When I first went to untold stories recording studio I was nervous and barely could rap . Ian made sure that I was comfortable and even gave me tip on how not to be nervous and to just be calm and be myself. He provided me water so I could calm myself down and once I was calm I was able to deliver my first track rose out the concrete . This experience was an amazing and I am looking forward to doing more music with the untold stories recording studio .

I highly recommend this recording studio, Not only for its mic quality but for The main mix and mastering ,master. Ian is such a chill guy and a serious genius behind the screen. A really dependable guy, he’ll tell you everything straight up as it is, not how it benefits him. He Will NOT take your money!! Unless your completely sure you like your project and your progress. Right from the start, from the first call, everything felt genuine. I’m 18 and my mom was worried about me going over alone as a first timer but everything went smoothly as possible. Ian welcomed me without discrimination, offered me water and tea, and gave me just as much creative control as any artist would want. He’s a super down to earth guy and I think just about anyone could get along with him.

The pricing is affordable, it was a chill environment, and the booth was silent!! There was construction happening outside, didn’t know til i stepped out. The engineer (Ian) great! Respect to the guy, he’s patient with you, he makes sure you’re straight before you hit the booth, Works wit you! Helps you out and is real wit you and That’s respect. He Gave Me Tea/water.. all the studios I’ve been too all of Chicago(a lot) , untold stories recordings is top 3.
