Easy to access from the main road, and well stocked. Good selection of new and used equipment as expected. Staff did not greet us and when we asked for assistance we were pointed to the area but not shown to merchandise. Multiple rooms dedicated to lessons.

John and store Dad aka Dave, we’re exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We first greeted by Andy who gave us the confidence we were in the right spot, after that John walked us through the sale, Dave went above in beyond to get us box for our sons new Fender .Calvin finished it off with a great farewell.

I can't say enough good things about my many positive experiences at the Williston Guitar Center over the years. Dave and his staff are always helpful, polite, and knowledgable and I'm always left feeling like I not only got great service, but a great deal as well. Dave and team, thanks so much for everything and rock on!!

Excellent service …… this GC was over run with customers and under staffed. The team of associates that helped me showed nothing but professionalism. Under a pretty stressful circumstance they got me in and out in under 45 minutes , I was thoroughly impressed good work great service knowledge of product and legit customer support 👍🏻🤘👍🏻🤘👍🏻🤘

Always a great selection of guitars; only complaint is the one in Williston doesn't stock effects pedals unless they are used, which is a bummer.

Bought my baby Taylor here, helpful when I was picking out what I wanted, always helpful when picking new strings, great selection.

From CT but was coming through... you know with guitars, they can look great online, but you need to touch and play them individually. Was thinking the entry Taylor mini might be the one, (it didn't look that small online) but was open to entry level Guild and Martin too. The acoustic room was well set up... everything tuned. Had been looking since my son got a new guitar this summer at GS Manchester.
I've been playing for 30 + years but still wouldn't say I know how to play. My seagulls s6 and s12 lasted 20 years through kids and pets but need to be put out of their misery... the 12 is essentially a frankenstein.
I just wanted a basic acoustic quality but entry guild/taylor/martin level.
Had looked at a lot of reviews on some smaller parlor sized, but not travel or 'baby' sized guitars. Wanted a big sound, a normal neck, and a smaller overall body.
I had promised 15 mins while my wife sat in the car (she's awesome). so I was in a hurry, and wasn't needing to purchase unless a guitar really spoke to me. I figured just go try a few of the one's I've been watching reviews for and thwn we'd head to church street.
Saw the Guild OM 240 CE and it just stood out in my price range. Sat down... they let me use a pick and I was pretty sure this was the one. Associate came in and let me try the Taylor, but just didn't fit and seemed a little too small.
Told him I was in a rush but was pretty sure I was digging the Guild (and also that my awesome wife was waiting patiently in the car). He cut right to the chase told me the important deets comparing to the Taylor. And gave it a quick critical check out/ run over himself.
As I was just checking in to get more info, I hadn't brought my hardcase. Associate went to get me a box just to keep it nice til I got home. While I was checking out he brought out a leftover gig bag he found to let me have for the trip home. 👍☮
I was in the store... played... found the guitar that sparked joy... and was back in the car in just 15 minutes AND felt solidly good about the experience.
Thanks GC Williston

I absolutely love our local Guitar Center in Williston VT. The staff is completely helpful, respectful and always very kind. I have 3 kids, all of which are pursuing a different instrument (Piano, Drums and guitar) and they offer lessons for every one of those instruments thankfully. They have a really good selection of instruments (although I do wish they had a bigger selection of guitars and classic guitars. Being a guitar player of over 20 years myself, there are very few places for me to go and shop for guitars/vintage guitars like this and shopping online isn't the same at all) and they are competitive in regards to pricing too. All and all, I'm happy to frequent this shop as much as possible and to give them my business, as I feel they are much needed entity in the state of Vermont. Well done Guitar Center.

Outstanding customer service. Well-informed and friendly who helped me narrow down choices to get the right keyboard for my needs and budget. Highly recommend.

Smells like sandalwood, full of nice young men, reminds me of my nephew who has gone off to fight in the great war. I have heard the allied forces have annexed Prussia and are continuing to push along the northern front. I hope Humphrey returns from primary school safely, the trains are running more irregularly these days.
