I reached out on a whim for a 500 pound wood stove that hadn't worked in years and within a week I had a scheduled date and it was gone! I can't believe they got it up my stairs! I was expecting a more formal process as I didn't sign anything and paid in cash both of which made me nervous, but never-the-less the work was done and I'm very happy!

This is my second time using The Move Crew and both experiences have been fantastic! The communication is great and the movers are true professionals. They will pack everything up and make sure all the items are wrapped so nothing is damaged. They reassemble all the items once they are taken to the new place. I had a recent move with these guys and my expectations were exceeded. It was a rainy Saturday and the movers were very careful with my items wrapping them tightly and using blankets when necessary to assure things were not broken or water damaged. Move crew LLC was amazing, The owners were incredibly polite, professional and affordable.They were very careful with our furniture, they wrapped everything professionally , they donated items to Goodwill for us, and removed all moving trash as an extra. We interacted with approximately eight of their employees and every one was polite, positive, great attitude and great work ethic, an absolute pleasure to work with. In my career I’ve moved approximately 30 times this was by far the most pleasant moving experience of all time! We definitely recommend this company and will hire them again for our next move! We're very pleased with our experience with move crew! We scheduled to move during a blizzard and unfortunately had to reschedule... Move crew showed up on a Sunday when they were closed to move us! They were very courteous, polite, and the crew was quick and said about their work. The receptionist at move crew headquarters was very communicative and was great at helping us reschedule. Most of our belongings made it in unharmed and the very few that were damaged (minor and cosmetic) were very cheap and made of flimsy materials that we were glad survived the move at all. We would definitely recommend them for your move! We also only moved across town and in for hours they moved out entire two bedroom apartment and furniture 15 minutes down the road for a very reasonable and competitive price!

Received a quote within a few hours, and with a better price than competitors in the area, less than a week before moving. On moving day, a crew of 2 guys showed up within the first half of the window given for their arrival and we're very helpful and very professional throughout the whole process. Moving furniture and a few boxes from one third floor apartment to another, and on a day with high humidity and some rain no less, only took about 2 hours, and I received an invoice by email within minutes of the crew leaving. Very pleased with the decision I made to contract this crew, and would absolutely recommend them to others.

We hired Move Crew to move our son from his home to apartment. (He downsizing) They were very professional and did not waste anytime. They arrived at 11:00 and were done packing the truck before noon. The two men they sent to do the move were efficient and very polite. Cost was quit responsible. They charged us a flat fee, which included travel time and still was lower than all of the other quotes I received. They disassembled and reassembled all the furniture. Sheena was very prompt and returning my calls. I can't stress how much a would recommend them. If I have need for another move of some sort Move Crew would be the first one I would call!

The Move Crew handled logistically complicated move with ease and unexpected grace. We recently hired the Move Crew to move us out of our two bedroom apartment and our 10x13 storage unit. We moved into a stacked townhouse where our main levels are on the third and four floors. The crew moved quickly and efficiently out of the apartment. Because they planned ahead, the crew seemed undaunted by the storage unit and had a second truck on hand for hauling. When they arrived to our new home, they already had a plan in place for where to drop off our possessions. Did I mention they also dissemble and reassemble beds? I can’t say enough nice things about them. They came prepared and ready to tackle the unexpected (ie how to wrap a large mirror with not enough wrapping by us). The Move Crew is fast, courteous, and professional. If you are moving with Delaware, I recommend hiring the Move Crew. Their rates are fair, they accept multiple forms of payment, and are easy to work with (no hidden fees). I tipped them extra because of their performance and customer service.

Move Crew recently moved my belongings from a storage unit in one location to a storage unit in another location. They also made sure everything in the new storage unit was properly organized so that I would have easier access to what I needed immediately. These guys were the best! Super kind, incredible price. On the day of the move, they showed up promptly and were very quick with getting the truck loaded. Our apartment opens into an alleyway with a fence about 4 feet from the door. It can be very difficult to move big pieces of furniture in and out of the apartment, and they were efficient and nothing was damaged. We were moving long-distance (from Philadelphia to New York City), and we actually got stuck in traffic behind the moving truck. The movers were kind enough to wait an hour and a half for me to make it to the apartment, and then an additional 20 minutes while I got the keys from the super. They were so nice about the delay, and had unloaded much of the truck by the time I finally arrived ready to bring it into the new apartment. The new apartment is a third floor walk-up and they did an amazing job getting everything upstairs quickly. They also did a great job of disassembling and reassembling our larger furniture pieces. Payment was easy online before the move even began. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and would use them again!

From the initial communication of the specifics of the move (FaceTime walkthrough of the space was a great idea), to the final box being removed off the truck, Move Crew provided top notch service. On our end, the move was virtually headache-free. However, we had a stubborn refrigerator that needed to fit in a very tight 1910 basement. Members of the crew diligently assessed the situation, made necessary adjustments to the space and fridge, and somehow found a way. It was a lengthy process, but they completed the job with no damage to the fridge or home. This is just one example of their great service. We opted for the flat rate which gave us overnight storage and a well-staffed team. It’s worth noting that all the team members were friendly and provided quality work. Moving can be an incredibly stressful experience. The crew, from start to finish, were determined to make this experience as painless as possible and they succeeded. I cannot recommend them enough. After wasting an absurd amount of time getting quotes form various national movers and reading about horror story after horror story and I opted to reach out to some local movers. Sheena was responsive immediately. She was kind, reassuring, and timely in answering any questions. This was a cross country move for us from Wilmington to the Midwest. She offered a fair price after coming to my home and giving us a quote. Three men came to our home, including her husband George, Des, and Phil. MY OH MY, THEY MOVE FAST. The ONLY miscommunication was that I was under the impression that they would disassemble all furniture, but it turns out it was just bedroom furniture. Because of that, the truck that was estimated to fit our belongings did not in fact as multiple shelving units and tables were loaded large and intact. They were done loading and the truck was full within a few hours on a Saturday afternoon. After that, George, the owner helped us secure a small U-haul to take our additional items. Monday around noon, our truck arrive with Phil and Francisco in the midwest and they unloaded it and put everything in specific rooms where we wanted. Again, just amazed by the speed. I cannot recommend this crew enough. They were careful with our items, kind, respectful, and we had our items loaded into one truck and that same truck met us at our new home in only the time it took to sleep and drive to us. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a fantastic moving service! Very professional and reasonable. They were very responsive to all my questions when scheduling. The movers were so friendly and efficient. They were also patient with us trying to figure out where we wanted some of our furniture and willing to try to get a large item up the stairs for us, even though in end we couldn't move it because it was too big for our stairwell. The move crew LLC made our move so smooth. Me and my husband have had bad experiences with moving companies, so when we heard the quote they gave us for the move (Flat Rate- No hidden charges) we were so skeptical. But we spoke to Sheena and she assured us that there were absolutely no hidden charges . She was very thorough and patiently answered all the questions we had. On the day of the move the guys ( George and Tim) came on time and packed everything and loaded the truck in under two hours!!!! They were so efficient and professional, they did it all in one trip and my husband and I weren't sure that was possible. Even when they unloaded it at our new house they were very careful and would check with us every time in which room we wanted the furniture and the boxes to be placed. They were also patient enough to move stuff around the house if we weren't sure about its location. They were done unloading and reassembling the furniture all under two hours. Last weekend (08/24/202) I moved apartments and received help from the Move Crew and transporting all my stuff and furniture. They were very professional and accommodating to some of the more complicated items (like the bed that had to be disassembled and the bike). Move Crew service was Awesome! Being that it was my first time using a moving service company, I did not know what to expect. After researching a couple of companies, Move Crew stuck out to me. I contacted the company for a call-back quote and Sheena called me immediately. Customer service was on point. Although the date for my relocation was within the same week (in 4 days), Move Crew was able to fit me into their schedule. Unlike other companies I had contacted, Move Crew based my quote on number of bedrooms rather than number/weight of items or hours of service. It was a flat amount, which was comparatively way cheaper ($500) than others I had contacted ($700+ and $1000+). I was surprised and loved the offer so I paid the very low deposit ($25). On the day of service, the weather was not conducive - it rained! I was worried. I received a call from Sheena about 30 minutes before service to let me know the crew should be there as scheduled. George showed up on time with the crew. Upon assessing my items, he sent for a 4th person. In no time, all my items were neatly and securely wrapped and carried into the truck, THROUGH THE RAIN (All Items Were Protected from the showers and NOTHING WAS DAMAGED). My new place was a high rise and quite a bit of a walk to my unit. The movers brought everything in and placed them exactly where we wanted. I did not request for disassembling/assembling, but the movers were willing to help put anything together. After the service, the movers made sure everything was where we wanted it before they exited. I will definitely recommend Move Crew LLC anytime, and I plan to utilize the service again.

I was referred by a friend who also found their services to be helpful and economical. I got quotes from several other moving services and Move Crew blew them out of the water! The company I had hired bailed on me at the last minute. Great moving company. My girlfriend and I unfortunately had to move due to last minute renovations. After being there for only 3 months moving again was a big inconvenience. The crew showed up early, very nice and professional members. They got the job done fast and without any hassle. Definitely will use their services again when my lease is up here.

If you are moving do yourself a favor now – and just stop here! First, I should say that I’m pretty picky, big on transparency (I don’t like hidden charges), and even pickier when it comes to customer service. Move Crew FAR SURPASSED anything I could have imagined, and made my move a great experience. I don’t say this lightly, nor do I tend to submit reviews, yet this time I had to. I moved from the Washington, DC, metro area to Baltimore and decided to use Move Crew LLC at the recommendation of two friends who recently used their services. Shout out first to Sheena. My buddies said she responds fast, and she really does. She explained the flat rate charge and the moving services Move Crew provides including shrink wrapping, disassembling, and reassembling items if needed, and let me know that the flat rate charge was it. No hidden fees! Prior to speaking with Sheena I researched other moving companies within the Baltimore area, and found Move Crew’s pricing to be extremely affordable, and was happy I decided to use them. Within thirty minutes I locked in my moving date. Malik and Malcolm. These two guys really did their thing. They showed up on time, were professional, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. I’m not sure how many employees Move Crew has, and I’m sure the other employees are just as good, yet because I personally experienced Malik and Malcolm and their work I highly recommend asking for them if they are available. My move was fast, they shrunk wrapped furniture, and padded fragile items. They hustled, and made my move easy. Side note, because this speaks to their personal care of my stuff – when they pulled into the new place the loading dock was in the alley. There was a shady looking character hanging around that the guys took note of so to ensure the safety of my items they unloaded, and secured the truck between runs. There were no scratches to items, no marked walls – none of the things you expect to happen during a move. Last, the customer service piece that tied it all together for me was the phone call from the owner George who checked in to see how the move was going. In addition to the recommendation from my buddies, I also checked the reviews and I have to tell you my move was on point. I started telling my friends about my experience so that Move Crew is first on their radar when they need moving services. Definitely use their services before going anywhere else! Move Crew came to the rescue for me on Saturday. I am going through a divorce and needed a quick move When my personal helpers fell through I was feeling totally overwhelmed. I called Move Crew based on a recommendation from my son and daughter in-law who moved 2 weeks ago. I always love to support black businesses with professional character. I was charge $250 to move a living room set and bedroom set to move 5 minutes away. I feel that this was a okay price for 2 movers (125 each) plus with the labor and own truck. The job only took one hour to assemble the bedroom set. In conclusion, at the end of the movers I paid cash payment and felt comfortable to refer them to anyone looking for help moving services. I pray that this business will be blessed and continue help people with there moving.

I've worked for / with moving companies in the past and was given a chance to work with these guys for a few days while I was in town. Working with these guys was a very good experience and this crew definitely has it together. They were kind, hard working, careful, genuine, communicated well and even displayed their concern for the kids by ensuring they were safely out of harms way. They disassembled and reassembled furniture when necessary, wrapped all the most fragile / valuable items and even made sure to protect the glass in cabinets by using a combination of cardboard and plastic wrap. They were also careful in navigating around walls, etc. in order to minimize the chance of damage and were willing to put things where the customer requested. I can't speak for their pricing as I was a temporary worker and not a client / customer, however, based on what I was hearing and seeing, it appears they are one of the best moving companies in terms of cost as well. With all that said, I would highly recommend George and his crew and I feel honored and blessed to have worked with these guys!

Just to begin, contacting Sheena was very responsive to questions/emails, so professional. She gave me 2 choices of quotes after I gave an inventory of items that needed to be moved, no up-selling thrown in. On the day of the move, though the guys were a little late, George did reach out to me to give an ETA. Once there, he was very professional on asking if we needed any items needed to be disassembled/wrapped. They got to work right away, all I had to do is point to what should be moved first. Once I arrived at the house, I was surprised to find out that my girlfriend had said that they finished unloading and moving every item into home and ready to head over to the storage center. Get ready to read because just saying " they were great" is not enough. This is my first time using movers...it was a headache...I had family bail on me last minute...you know how it is. Everyone volunteers to help until its time to actually help. I began calling movers for over a week.. I read 1000s of reviews been to hundreds of websites ...it was huge headache. Although the movers are extremely important .so are the people who do the phone calls, email..scheduling etc. I had so many companies not respond at all, give me the run around ...just a nightmare to an already stressful situation. This is where Sheena comes in. I read the reviews and what honestly stood out to me was not the positive feedback to the 5 stars but to the reviews that have 4 or less . Sheena stayed professional, and straight up in BOTH situations. I made contact..I even think it was late at night..at this point I had given up hope, had majority of my children and I stuff in boxes...stressed, disappointed, let down, you name it. After I reached out I put my phone down hoping someone will reach me the next day (I had like 2 days left and we HAD to move.). Sheena contacted me before I put the phone down and she communicated ever since. She was clear, patient , understanding, and easy to talk to. I had questions and sometimes asked the same question I already asked..mainly because of being let down so much before. She was patient, assured me everything was going to be ok and professional how she handled everything. Without that front person...there is no business. For example, there were two different places and both said "someone was going to email me, call me..". When I would reach out I was told " They didn't call you back? No email ? I'll make sure they contact you today." Nothing. So that made them not only loose me as a potential customer, but that experience will carry. The movers Sheena sent over....I am so sorry I forgot their names :( , were professional, friendly, reassuring (it was a long distance move) very nice and FAST!!! They were extremely helpful. I would give them 10000 stars, I have already began sharing my experience word of mouth etc. The cost was not only reasonable but perfect!!! They did more for me and my kids than they realize. I would Absolutely recommend them and use them again!!!! 💜 BTW....I have my grandfathers ashes in this military stone thing...it was on a table not really with what I was moving. One of the guys said "This too?" I almost burst into tears. .because I told him if he didn't say anything I would have LEFT it behind. I would have been devasted!! They were very observant and constantly made sure of what was being moved etc. After everything was done Sheena talked to me and made sure I was satisfied although the movers did the whole time.

They were on time and worked fast. The communication through e-mail was excellent, they were always quick to respond and answer my questions and concerns. However, if you plan on hiring this company, make sure you sent an exact list of all your belongings... I sent a rough list with the heaviest items and they didn't move anything that wasn't on the list (i.e: TV, desk chair, armchair, coffee table, lamps and a standing fan) so we'll have to rent a small u-haul or something to be able to finish the move... since we can't afford to hire moving services twice for the same move. I guess it was a miscommunication, I wish they'd been more clear about the policy of not moving what wasn't on the list to avoid stressful situations. Other than that, they were great and careful with our belongings.

I first came across the Move Crew after i was charged almost 700 dollars for a one bedroom apt move by....lets just say the competition. Anyway, I was sad about moving and didnt know how i could do this on 2 weeks notice, on top of everything i had to move on New Years Eve! I called the move crew and from the moment i first spoke with them a sence of peace came over me. On New Years Eve THEY SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT!!!!! They had my sleigh bed taken apartment and all my stuff out within an hour and a half! They even take out your trash you have bagged up! It was only two men. Lets just say this....IT WAS TWO MEN, ONE TRUCK BUT I DIDNT PAY 700!!!! I was given a flat rate and my move was excellent. DID I MENTION I MOVED TO A 3RD FLOOR APARTMENT, MY MOVE STARTED AT 10am. I WAS IN MY APARTMENT MAKING MY BED BY 1pm!!! They put everything in its designated place, put my bed back together and put my Tv's in the rooms they belonged! Please keep in mind, IM THE CUSTOMER THAT EVERY BUSINESS HATES TO SEE COMING! I CAN BE A PAIN IN THE A$$! BUT I CANT SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THE MOVE CREW!! I WILL USE THEM AS LONG AS THERE IN BUSINESS AND I REFERRED THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW!! THERE AWESOME AND I CANT STOP TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT THEM.
