They were recommended for our move from the Estate Sales company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were professional and good to work with. The two young men who moved our numerous boxes and items were exceptional! They helped box up some items as well. We have a 3 story house with most of items in the basement. They were careful not to damage walls as they removed all of it.

Edit: after fully unpacking, I probably would not use their packing services again. But otherwise-great! Honestly, amazing! I had my moving quote the first day I contacted them and they were able to assist with a last minute move! The lady who helped me was so friendly on the phone and the packer and movers were kind and courteous. No issues! Will definitely be contacting them for my next move!!

I had to move my elderly mom 3 times in a year and a half. Right Size Moving came through for us in stellar style all 3 times. The second move had to be accomplished on very short notice during peak season. While I recommend avoiding that circumstance if at all possible, Right Size came through like champions! They not only had all of her things in her new room in a Home Plus facility within just a few hours after packing them up at her assisted living apartment, they had everything in its place before I arrived there with her. They know how difficult it is for a person 90+ years to be relocated and excel at serving the special needs associated with moving their belongings.

I used Rightsize Moving in March, 2022 and was happy I did. The two guys arrived on time and quickly, but carefully, moved boxes from a storage unit to a different storage unit across town. They were clean, polite, and careful. They worked efficiently but quickly. I would definitely use Rightsize again if the need arose.

My mom recommend Right Sized from her past experience when she had to move my grandma and really liked them. My sister also used them when she moved last year. After experiencing their service, I will recommend them to anyone who needs to move. The employees showed up on time, were polite and respectful to us and our children. They protected our furniture with blankets and showed their spacial intelligence by loading the truck with expertise. They all listened, made eye contact with us when we spoke, and genuinely cared about our possessions. I never heard any complaining, even when moving the heaviest of furniture! Sean has a great attitude and communicated well. Tracy kept the atmosphere light and made us laugh with his wit. Stephen got down to business, was courteous and a hard worker. Brandon was polite. At one point, he saw me struggling with moving our planters for our yard and asked a fellow employee to help me until he could put our furniture down, and then Brandon started helping move the planters. I highly recommend this company. When we move again, I won’t ask friends or family to help move. I’ll just call Right Size Moving Solutions again!

Per Sharon Jones, the movers were very courteous, and careful. They wrapped almost every item in blankets to ensure safe transport. The group worked well together as a team. What a fantastic company to work with! My mother moved to an Independent Senior Living apartment a little over a week age. Kirsten and her team worked with us to help choose the furniture that would fit, come up with room arrangements, and handle the whole move. They carefully packed, moved, and unpacked everything. They were careful, thorough and professional. It was wonderful and a huge relief to work with people who knew what they were doing and were pleasant people to work with, too. Hard workers, too! It was very impressive that they have a big enough team to handle everything in the best possible way. No matter what, moving is stressful, and we thank them all for making so smoothly. The crew arrived right on time, followed instructions to the letter, were very careful with all the furniture and boxes, and placed each item where directed assembling those items that required assembly. Sean and LC were great they were prompt and took great care to make sure to get everything that was super important to me and my boys in the truck and over to our new home as quickly as humanly possibly. Sean and Terrance arrived right on time the morning we had them scheduled. They went right to work. They did a great job of looking at our stuff and knowing the best way to pack it into the truck. They did a great job of protecting the walls and the stairway. We were impressed by the care they took with everything they touched. Our move ended up taking longer than planned, so they missed their lunch break. But we wouldn't have known that unless we asked. We didn't hear one negative word about the extra time that it took to complete our move. They have great attitudes and were very friendly. We would definitely use Rightsize moving again and would recommend them. Their pricing is great and we were able to schedule on short notice without a problem.

I found this company through buttermove.com, they were one of the highest rated companies in Wichita. I was looking to book a move here in Derby, KS, I was moving a three bedroom house about 2 miles away to our new home. Rightsize provided me with a team of 3 guys, Dallas, Devion & Deonzae. All of these guys were spot on professionals. We did a quick walkthrough of the house so I could let them know everything that needed to be packed up. They disassembled and reassembled items like champs, they even were able to shave a few hours after the expected time, I would 100% use this company again in the future to move with.

She and her crew were careful and efficient, respectful and understanding with our aging mother, all while keeping a sense of humor and paying attention to details. The team of 3 professionals arrived on time as planned. They moved a home and then apartment into one home all in one movement. They were polite, quick but not rushed, appropriately kind to myself and my family. They wrapped all furniture as well as discussed movement of large items before placing on the moving truck. We ended up going over on time which wasn't at all on the movers as it was on a few items that took longer/ larger than expected. The lead mover explained the process, the original quote and at the end came up with the same start and end time as we did so they numbers for the truck cost and hourly rate came out perfectly and completely reasonable. It is the first time I really felt compelled to provide gratuity for services such as this...they truly did a great job.

These people are incredible! First, they helped downsize my father's apartment for a move to a care facility where he would only have one room. KAREN is a magician! She managed to find a place for everything that he really wanted to take with him. Karen is a puzzle queen! Their organizational skills and planning turned what I had anticipated to be a nightmare into a smooth running process. The packers were efficient, thorough, and treated all items as if they were their grandparents. The "muscle men" were extremely careful as they moved around in the apartment carrying and wheeling everything out. AND the whole crew dealt so very respectfully, and patiently with an 89yr man with Alzheimer's "supervising" and watching the process. Due to the pandemic the move happened in 3 stages. Day 1, pack everything but his bed and a couple days of clothes. Day 2, move everything to the new facility except his bed. Then Karen set his room up, as close to his apartment bedroom arrangement as she could. She had taken pics to keep things as familiar as she could for Dad. Day 3, they moved his bed while my sister and I took him to breakfast and had a good visit. Meanwhile, Karen was back in his room making his bed and putting finishing touches on his new abode. He was so happy to see all his favorite art glass, framed artwork, and figurines! NOTHING was broken, scratched, or otherwise messed up. After they did all this....the guys drove an hour west of town to take items to my house, and pick up a piano to take back to Dad's new residence. Again, nothing broken, scratched, or dented. These people are consummate professionals, in my opinion. I have used them again since that move, and I will continue to use them when I need their services. Thank you KATHY in the office, KAREN the organizational queen, the packing crew, and the "muscle men" SEAN and STEPHEN. I know there were 1 or 2 other "muscle men", but unfortunately I didn't get their names. The whole crew was outstanding! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

She came over to my grandmother’s rental home and her new residence to measure, and she sent me a plan for how my grandmother’s furniture and her belongings would look in her new place. Today Rightsize Moving transported a large 3 piece sectional and chaise lounge chair from our basement to another location in the area. The sectional was very large, heavy and bulky. Dallas and Bobby were professional, very careful and courteous. The maneuvers up the basement stairs and through the entrance door were very challenging. They navigated the tight spots (less than an inch clearance) by talking it through with each other and double checking to make sure there were no issues. They represented the company well. Recently moved our parents to a senior living complex. We were amazed at the caliber of workers as well as the quality of the job. Stephanie meant with us three times prior to move day to make sure everything was packed and marked correctly. Drawers were packed, many pieces were cellophane wrapped and furniture pads covered each piece. Terence and Sean did the lifting & toting of 5 men. Their expertise at taking apart certain large pieces and reassembling with the utmost care is appreciated. Setup at the new apartment was flawless. We were moving my son to Wichita from out of state and found this company's fliers at the leasing office. After seeing that they had an A+ rating from BBB we called to get a quote. Kathy got back to me in less than an hour with an estimate. The price was good compared to other companies. Dwayne called a few days before the move to make sure everything was good to go and we really appreciated that contact. The two young men (whose names I wish I remembered) showed up on time and waited patiently while we finished up paperwork with the leasing agent. They got to work right away and stayed at it till the job was done. The only little glitch was when they called into the office to report their time and the woman on the phone (not Kathy) was a bit forceful about the two-hour minimum charge. Kathy and I had previously discussed that, and even though we knew the work would take less than an hour, I was happy to pay the two hour charge and didn't need snippy attitude. Overall we were very pleased with the experience and would recommend this company to others.

I will call this company FIRST any time I need movers in the future. It's rare these days to find a company who goes the extra mile to help you, and keep their word throughout the process. I had difficulties letting them know exactly when they would be needed because I was relying on someone on the other end to do as they said they would, which they didn't. We hired Rightsize to do a major move in our office, the majority of which was moving office furniture up and down a slit level staircase. It was a very labor intensive job and they did not shy away from it. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again.

The 2 men that helped us move my mother's room within her nursing home, (Jared & Bobby), were polite, respectful and patient to the other memory care residents on my mother floor, while they were trying to move her heavy furniture. Jared went above and beyond by just letting a resident follow him down the hall (as he headed to pick up another load of my mothers furniture) until that resident found his name on the door of his room. Jared pointed to the name by the door so that resident could see that was his room. Just doing the right thing by helping an elderly man who needed an extra bit of attention. They were also fast and had the room moved quicker than I expected.
