Blake and Eric went WAY above and beyond to accommodate my needs. My family and I had to take a little extra time to get their truck back to them. We kept in constant contact with them, and with listening ears, they not only extended my reservation, but they extended their hearts, bending in our favor. It's because of this, it doesn't matter how much cheaper another company may be at the time, if and when the time comes that I need another moving truck, I'm going with these guys. To Blake and Eric: Other companies, other staff could stand to learn a thing or two about repeat business and effective customer service from you guys. Again, my wife and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This is our local Penske shop. They always work well with us. They aren't perfect, but they try and I think they actually care about their customers at the driver level.

The staff at this Penske location are kind, courteous, and make renting a box truck easy. I like that they take photos of the truck before it leaves so I can rest assured I'm not going to get charged for someone else's dent. I'm glad to rent from a trustworthy and engaging staff and location.

I'll give 5 stars because regardless of the issues I would rather rent a Penske above all else. I used this location because we were stranded 4 hours from home when my transmission started acting up. There was a Uhaul price match as well. The young woman called the morning of the reservation (7/16) to confirm. I told her I would be taking the truck and carrier at the same time. She stated they would be hooked up and ready for me. I received a ride from Ford to this location. When I got there the equipment was not hooked up and ready. She asked if I knew how to hook up the carrier because she was newer to the company. I explained that I grew up with a Uhaul family and that I currently worked at a Penske dealer. So, yes...I could hook up the trailer and I did hook up the trailer. I get back to Ford to load up my vehicle and get on the road. A few things... the ratchet straps were so tight that I had to have a mechanic at Ford get them loose. That took 30 minutes. They just wouldn't budge. There were no safety pins which was nerve wracking in itself because I had to drive 4 hours back home thru construction and traffic. The truck's AC kept going out and the passenger mirror was broken. You could not adjust it, it just pointed at the ground....Omiflippinjeezus that was AWFUL during mid day traffic!!! These are things I would expect from a dealer, not a cooperate store with a shop! The young lady at the counter was nice, the store was clean, and as far as I know I received a partial refund for my troubles. This review might change if I didn't get the refund 🥴This will not keep me from using Penske as I am very knowledgeable of all truck rental agencies and I still prefer Penske equipment. However, I know what to look for when using the equipment in the future. I was in a hurry to get back home as I had been stranded in a foreign place for 24 hours at that point dealing with not so nice people. I do appreciate the fact that I was even able to get the truck and carrier.

I used this company 7 year's ago. I had problems but they made it right with me. I didn't get that robo sorry like a parrot I would use them again. Which I probably will because I'm moving again since I visited the site it comes up in my feed. Thanks Google

Awesome job by Alex and the Penske crew. We carry time sensitive freight with a very tight schedule. Alex went the extra 100 miles, he even went to get the part we needed. Less than a 3 hr turn. The same part took us over a day 2 years ago. Thanks again Penske, Wichita, Ks..

No problems, pretty straight forward truck rental experience. Rent box trucks here pretty regularly and haven't had any problems with the trucks or the employees. Only one time a truck had a dead battery the day I needed to rent, swapped me to another truck very quickly. No delay. Time is money of course and they've always gotten me back out and on the road quickly. Much appreciated.

Used them to move halfway across the country. Reserved a Budget truck for our move. When we went to pick up the truck, it wasn't there. They were going to get our car dolly. Came back 40 minutes later. They wanted us charge us $200 extra because my girlfriend was younger than 25. Called Penske after that. They were so friendly, & accommodating. Helped us out day of our move. We had a technical error with our car trailer. They had roadside assistance come by to fix it with no charge to use. Definitely recommend using them if you're needing to rent a vehicle.

I have rented two trucks from this Penske location, a 26 foot flat bed and a 26 foot box truck. Both times the rental pickup and return process were painless. Both trucks I rented were very new and equipped with bluetooth stereos and aux input. It's not as cheap as a uhaul but the service is ten times better. Will use again.

Decent price, reliable equipment, and quick checkout process. John came outside to do the pre-trip with me and take pictures to document the condition of the vehicle, got me set up with a hand truck and pads, and sent me on my way. Did after hours check-in when I returned. Will be my go-to next time I need to rent a truck.

Very laid back environment in the service center and very professional in the rental office, I enjoy the separate areas for leasing renting and service, it makes each experience very smooth and helps reduce unnecessary questions!

Sometimes they are great at fixing up the trucks and sometimes they leave you wondering what is going on. Today I've spent 35 minutes waiting to get fueled for just DEF. A 3 minute process at other locations.

Penske is the only option for rental trucks. Precision Motors in Killeen is the best place to rent the best rental trucks you can get for your money.
