Team Joseph was absolutely wonderful! I wasn’t sure how they were gonna move a 700lb hot tub into a gazebo with only 1 inch of clearance but Joseph and his team did it efficiently and swiftly. He was knowledgeable about placement inside the gazebo for electric and everyday use as well. We will definitely be using them again! And requesting Joseph and his team!

Both teams were extremely efficient with the loading and unloading, they were professional, hard working and pleasant to be around. Thank you!! Great job!! We had a job that required moving some furniture to storage and some to the dump. MyProMovers gave me a prompt estimate based on 2.5 hrs, two men and a truck. They were on time, very helpful in wrapping nice furniture with plastic protection, moving everything neatly and efficiently and helping to arrange in our storage unit. These guys are amazing!!! Cannot recommend their moving services enough. We had two large pods completely full of stuff that needed to be unloaded in a house on the top of a hill. They were still able to get everything moved in in under 6 hours, even though the house has an upstairs and a basement. Will definitely be using this company again when we move out.

My pro movers are true professionals! Andres, Eric, Moises, and Leo really did a great job with making sure everything was taken care of on pick up. They properly wrapped up all the furniture and communicated with me to make sure nothing was missed. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. Highly recommend Andres and his team again. **Update** We received our furniture on time and with no damages. It was an across state and 6hr drive. All the blankets and shrink wrap really did help protect the furniture. Carlos, Moises, and Andres delivered and set everything up as requested. We Really do appreciate all the help!

Raoul & the entire crew were absolutely phenomenal! These guys saved me after another company cancelled on me 45 minutes before my move time. I came upon MyProMovers, and they were able to squeeze my move in same-day. I believe my movers’ names were Ilia and Omar (not 100% sure of the names or the spelling of them). They were incredibly professional, efficient, and careful with my things. I cannot thank them and MyProMovers enough for their help- they truly saved the day for me! I purchased a buffet console from a retail store that did not have delivery. Weighing 300 lbs, I needed more then just a helper to get it moved into my 3rd floor unit as there were only stairs. I called My Pro Movers and they were able to send a crew the next day to move it. Joseph, Zapata, and Hasan showed up at the store and did a great job wrapping and loading it into their truck. They did a very professional job lifting it up and putting it exactly where I wanted it. If I ever have to move this again, I'll definitely call back My Pro Movers!

Can’t believe how professional Joseph and his crew were. They took great care of my mother’s Steinway grand piano while moving it from Stephens City to Alexandria, VA. They knew exactly how to carefully disassemble it, wrap it, transport it, and gently put it right where I wanted it. I couldn’t be happier. Had a great move with Didier and Marco! Very hard-working, respectful, and treated my belongings with care. Had plenty of room in the truck so my belongings didn't get scratched. The movers were fast and efficient, we had schedule another mover earlier and they were late by 90 minutes and also impolite so we called MyProMovers on the spot at the time. They arrived in about 40 minutes and everything done and dusted in about 2 hours. The three movers were fast and they wrap everything fragile safely and they were friendly and polite. In July 2022 I moved and used MyProMovers for the first time. Carlo was one of the movers assigned to my move and I hit the jackpot. He is wonderful, everything you want a mover to be. I was very impressed with the 3 movers that moved me today. They moved things very carefully, wrap items that were more fragile that I did’t. They moved my things from one apt to another in a timely & safe manner. The Crew went out of their way to take tv’s out of the boxes that were to heavy for me up lift out & put on my tv stands & unrolled a 9x12 oriental rug & placed it perfectly in my living room. The crew just finished - true professional movers. We didn't have a lot, but what we had was very (very very) heavy - in fact one piece was probably over 250 lbs, another well over 300 lbs (and an antique!) and both needed to be moved down two flights of stairs to get it out - and up 13 stairs to get to the new place. Totally recommend - and we're sort of picky. When we move again - we know who to call!

I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled. I was so incredibly impressed and so grateful for this company and their help. I had heard so many other scary stories from friends who made out-of-state moves and got to their destination only to find many items broken/mishandled/damaged and companies who would then be difficult to work with — but we couldn’t have had a more opposite experience. Not only was the price AMAZING compared to the other quotes we received, but the gentlemen who helped us (Carlos, Andres, and Moses + a couple more!!) were incredibly professional, prompt, respectful (not only to me and my husband, but to our things! Always asking us questions to make sure we were ok with how they handle each item), plus they were efficient, kind - I could go on. They did everything in their power to make us fee comfortable and to get the job done quick. We moved from one state to another in 48hrs! Wow, let me just say WOW! MyProMovers is more than just a moving company. They are an essential part of running a successful business. We just finished an event in NYC for fashion week and had to move inventory, furniture, and other supplies from out of state. Andres, Moises, and Jorge were a huge help on a stressful move in day. Their arrivals were delayed more than expected, I scheduled a time between 1-3 and they came at 3:40. Despite that, they did tremendous work on protecting the furniture and our apartment had quite a bit of stairs and no elevator. Our commute was only 10 minutes away to the new apartment. They dissembled and reassembled all of our furniture and were done by 7ish. Overall, the moving process took a little over three hours and went smoothly.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DMV AREA MOVES! Carlos and Andreas made my move so much easier! They were able to get large bulky furniture out doors that my previous movers could not do. We had a moving emergency when our divorced son realized that there was no way he could move out of his house on his own by the closing on the following day. I contacted MyProMovers, who came in like the cavalry with same-day packing and loading service (luckily it was off season). I never heard the word "no" or "can't" from their excellent customer service or the hard-working, friendly crews. When foreman Andres realized they needed reinforcements to finish on time, he called them in right away. Really saved my son's bacon, as he would not have been able to close on his new home without the old one cleared out and sold. My experience with MyProMovers was excellent from beginning to end. The young lady (Kendall) who helped me with reserving the move, and the gentlemen who did the moving were great, professional, very nice, and patient. I was impressed with their truck and loading equipment -- which basically helped to protect my furniture from any breakage, and made the handling of my furniture and belongings much easier. Joseph D., the project supervisor made sure everything was wrapped so that no drawers opened during the move and that all mirrors were protected, and he protected my interests by taking a photo showing that I had vacated the storage unit. The move took place without breakage, the price was reasonable, and upon delivery the movers made sure they placed my items so I could easily manage them after they departed. If I need to move again, I will use MyProMovers.

I have had to use movers 4 times in the last 3 years in various states and this has by far been my best experience. I had to have my stuff moved out of a pod, into the moving truck, and then from the moving truck into my condo. The movers were very careful with everything taking care how everything was placed in the truck but still working quickly. While moving us in they showed the same care while also following the ridiculous list of rules the condo association has in place. They went above and beyond getting stuff into my tiny storage unit. They were able to get me scheduled right away and showed up on time. The price was very reasonable and only a $100 more than quoted based off my very vague description. Probably would have been exact if they didn't have to fiddle with my storage and the condo association rules. Overall a super positive experience . 😀
