Due to my line of work my family moves a lot. This is our 6th move in 8yrs. JETS moving was hands down the best & stress free move we’ve had. From booking with Ron in the office to coordinating with our move lead Dale communication was great. Guys showed up on time and looked professional. Took amazing care of our belongings, yet moved at a lightning speed. Finally their ability to make our storage facility space work while also protecting our stuff was impressive. Bunch of Tetris masters! Will use again and 100% recommend to anyone in need.

This was our 15th move while active duty military. Jets Moving Company was easily the best moving service we have ever used. Professional, personable, flexible and dependable. After having items stolen and broken over the years it was a relief to get everything on the other end with nothing missing or broken. From the calls prior to moving day and then the conversations with the packers and driver throughout the process, I truly felt I could trust them to take care of my personal belongings. Best experience we have had with a moving company ever. Hired JETS to assist with moving our mom into a retirement community. They were excellent. As moving is stressful, the positive attitude my movers had put me at ease throughout the entire process. We even ran in to a speed bump (not their fault) and they solved the problem right away and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The movers were friendly and polite. And Wayne made sure to communicate with me every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly and that I didn't have any concerns. My wife and I have literally moved coast to coast and back...! We have never experienced the complete Professionalism, Politeness, and hard working team that the guys from Jest Moving showed us. The weather was very hot and humid (we live in Tampa, Florida), the crew moved (2) very large storage units into our new house...WoW!!! did they do a FANTASTIC job!!! I recently used Jets for my move from Tampa to St Pete. Initially I spoke with Wayne over the phone who explained their process and provided me a quote. They charge hourly for local moves and they estimated my move would take between 3-5 hours based on the description I provided of my items. On the day of my move I received a call from Ron letting me know the crew was on the way and also informed me they were sending 5 guys instead of the 2 I booked but there would be no additional cost to me. The crew arrived on time, a few minutes before 9:00 am. After a quick walk through they got to work wrapping all the furniture. I was moving out of a 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment and they had everything wrapped and loaded in less than 1 hour. My new apartment is on the 3rd floor and is a bit of a hike from the elevator but the crew didn't waste any time and got everything moved in quickly. The whole process took just under 3 hours including about 30 minutes of travel time from Tampa to St Pete. All of the guys were friendly and most importantly they were careful throughout the process. Although I didn't have a lot of stuff I was impressed how quickly they finished the job. Overall good service and good value. I would not hesitate to use Jets again for my next move.

The entire team from Wayne to Dale to the movers were amazing. I had to store my furniture longer than expected and when it was delivered to the new house, everything looked just as it had when it was packed by the team at the previous house. Extremely responsive to all of my questions and the entire team go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied before obtaining payment. Estimates are not misleading and they do not try and upcharge. Thank you Jets Moving Company for a great moving experience.

I contracted with Jets Moving Company to move the contents of a 10'x10' storage unit from the Gulf Coast to the Atlantic Coast in Florida. They were able to load and unload the truck in a mere 3 hours with 2 movers. The total cost was slightly over $1,000 — less than half of what other moving companies quoted me. The manager that I contracted with was courteous and upfront about their fee structure. The movers worked quickly and efficiently while still taking care of my property. I would absolutely use Jets Moving Company again. I am generally a "do-it-myself" kind of person, but I would absolutely recommend hiring Jets.

WOW.. What a great experience. I called around and got so many different quotes for our out of state move. The prices ranged by THOUSANDS of dollars with no guarantee that it would not increase after they moved us to our new state. Jets was the best price, best value, and they were spot on estimating how much our belongings would take to move.. all over Facetime! Price was EXACTLY what I was quoted, with no surprises and the loading crew and unloading crew were great and professional. Our driver was a pleasure to work with, she was awesome. Great experience with Jets Moving Company. I had moved a few years back and there was no comparison between the level of detail that Jets went to vs the other mover. Jets carefully wrapped and protected all the furniture before it was moved to the truck and then unwrapped it at its destination. And it was all done in a very professional "I can help you with that" manner. I would highly recommend!

We hired Jet’s moving Company for our 30 mile move. Ron came out and personally quoted us which helped with my decision to use this company. In the past I have had moves quoted over the phone that were subsequently handed off to subcontractors and cost way more than what was quoted. Not the case with Jets movers- the quote was very fair and accurate and our actual move was even slightly lower than what was quoted. The day of the move the team arrived right on time and got to work. Dale was the team lead and Steve and Mark were the other two gentlemen on the team. They were very friendly and had our truck loaded quickly. They took care to wrap our furniture and delicate items in moving blankets and put a lot of thought into how they loaded our truck. On the other side of the move they got things off the truck quickly. We had zero damage to items and no nicks/chips in the walls or door frames as you usually would see with a crew going in and out of the house with furniture and wheeled dollies. I really appreciated that they had their their dollies wrapped with foam and tape so that those sorts of damages wouldn’t happen. All in all it was a perfect move thanks to Jets. I was expecting more headaches since we were moving the day before thanksgiving but the entire process was painless. We have moved at least ten times in the last ten years and hands-down Jets has been the best experience out of the bunch. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs movers.

They wrapped furniture to protect it and did a great job disassembling ad reassembling beds and desks. No broken items! I called two days ago to get help moving out of my apartment for today Friday at 10 a.m. and to take my items to a storage unit. The setup was very easy and done over the phone, the move was super quick took about 2 hours and 15 minutes with 35 minutes drive time. My two movers were Jake and Ty they were excellent they wrapped up my beds and made sure nothing would get damaged and even helped my dad move some items into the storage unit after they were done loading the things from my apartment. I highly recommend Jets moving and if you need movers definitely go with Jake and Ty! They even didn't mind that my dog was literally everywhere I'm trying to help them move items too. I want to tell everyone what a great company Jets Moving Company LLC is. I hired them to move my belongs to my new home, 3 bedrooms and a garage worth Dec 15,2018. We had 3 guys. The team was on time, reviewed with me what was being moved. Then they got started and that was when the time clock started. They were swift, careful and polite. They were also pleasant to be around. All my furniture was wrapped and handled with care. No charging for the short time they took for lunch. I would hire this company again! I tell everyone I know if you need anything moved call Jets!

I cannot say enough about JETS Moving. I have never hired a professional moving company before. We just bought a home (our first) after renting for a lifetime. I got one estimate from another company before the estimate I received from JETS. I was shocked by the price. It was astronomical, and the way the estimate was done was not nearly as thorough as JETS. Wayne went to our home, assessed each piece of furniture we were moving, took pictures, and provided a prompt estimate. We scheduled the move with 2 days notice. The guys arrived this morning and had us moved in 3 hours. They were kind, caring, careful, and professional. Needed a service to unload a 26 ft moving truck for my elderly mom. After calling several moving companies, I decided to use Jets because Wayne (the owner / manager?) was very personable and thorough (and offered a military discount)! Within a few minutes of the initial conversation, I had a formal written quote of what to expect (and no hidden charges). On moving day, Wayne followed up on our timing (since we were driving in from another state) then his movers, Marc and Mason called to inform us of when they will arrive. Upon arrival, Marc and Mason did an amazing job! Not only were they quick and efficient but super friendly! Appreciated their patience even when having to rearrange rooms several times. Hands down, this was the best experience for customer service, professionalism and friendliness! Would definitely use and refer to others!

I recently moved from Orlando to Tampa and found Jets based on other reviews. The reviews did not lie and I was highly impressed. The two movers showed up on time and got right to it. I literally did nothing while they took care of everything. When we arrived at my new apartment, they moved furniture multiple times until I was happy with my set up. It took slightly longer than anticipated because I4 traffic (no surprise) and the movers taking the time to do it right. Each piece of furniture was wrapped with care, the truck was packed to avoid any movement during the drive, and the movers stayed until I was satisfied. I’ve moved multiple times, up and down the East Coast, and this was by far the easiest because of them.

Working with Jets Moving Company was the absolute best experience I've ever had with a moving company and I've used so many. The owner, Wayne, was beyond professional, kind and made the process so easy. He also was extremely accommodating and responsive. I used Jets for two different days due to my schedule. My first movers were Dan and Malcolm. They were beyond kind and hustled like I have never seen before. Their work ethic was beyond and made sure my furniture was safe and protected. I'm medically disabled and they went out of their way to help me stage and even decorate my apartment. It looked amazing! The second time I hired Jets- it was the same thing. This time I needed help packing boxes and moving them. The first mover was Dale and I apologize for not remembering the second man's name. They were so quick and so careful with all my valuables. They were absolutely delightful to talk to and I couldn't imagine what the day would of been like without them. No one likes to move. I need to let everyone know that there is only one moving company you need, and that is Jets Moving Co. Wayne Krueger is the General Manager, and between him and his amazing crew they make you feel like family. I used them last year to move and then this year and they were the first company I called when I had to move suddenly. Jets Moving went over and beyond to get me an appointment in the middle of the week and were able to get everything moved and set up in under 4 hours. Jets Moving Company is the best movers I have ever worked with. At 70, I have hired numerous moving companies for many types of moves (law business and personal). I, like most people, am always apprehensive with a new mover as to their reliability, competence, honesty and fair pricing.. Jet's gets the highest marks in all 4 areas. Wayne will supervise and handle every aspect of your move, including packing, and treat you as if you are family. My wife, would normally be stressed regarding her fragile collectibles. But Jet's staff packed and transported everything safely and efficiently. They never waste time and always account for every minute worked. While not the least expensive mover, Jet's is certainly not the most expensive. Simply stated, the company is a good value. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Jet's Moving Company for any move you have.

If I could give TWENTY STARS I would! Moving is stressful in itself but from my very first phone call, Wayne made me feel I was in great hands by delivering the best customer service. . And from then on… it just kept getting better. I was supposed to move out of my old apartment and into my new one the same day. The builder couldn’t get the CO from the city, so I couldn’t move in. I was almost in tears and I called Wayne and he said “Don’t you worry.. we will put your things in our warehouse until you’re ready.” WHAT A RELIEF. I ended up getting pushed back three more times and each time Wayne was more than understanding. When I finally got clearance, I called Wayne and let him know I was ready. He was already booked. He then went the extra mile and rearranged another job and had my furniture delivered the next day. Now for the guys on the job! Professional, fast, efficient, focused, yet friendly and super polite. They didn’t stop except to take a 15 minute break. At the end, I had sandwiches and they took another deserving 15 minute break before they went back to their home base. They actually took that 30 minutes off the time. I requested the same guys to redeliver my furniture from the warehouse. They are A-MAZING! I don’t usually write long reviews but I honestly couldn’t wait for this one because I cannot say enough good about Jets Moving Company. ! I HIGHLY recommend them. I will never forget this whole process and if it weren’t for their whole team, I just may have had an anxiety attack!! Lol Oh and I had on music and they packed up and sang right along with me! Let me start by saying I hate moving... the packing, cleaning, and organizing, then unpacking... It's the pits. I have had many movers over the years and they can make it way worse. BUT, the JETS team made it much more tolerable and I was extremely happy with their services. They were on time! The 3 man team were all friendly, professional and courteous. The communication from the beginning (estimate over the phone) was very professional and accommodating. I moved a 1 br apt and storage unit to a house and they did a great job... in and out. They all worked hard and hustled throughout the day. The price was fair! They communicated throughout the move on certain pieces of furniture... how it would be handled and how they would break it down and set it up at the final destination. They wrapped everything appropriately and were careful with the floors at both places. They used common sense and did things the right way. Their customer service went a long way too. Hard to find these days. I would definitely hire them again.

Thanks to Jet’s, I had a totally stress free move. Wayne was so responsive, professional, kind, and wonderful to work with. The movers showed up right on time, worked hard the entire time, were careful/considerate with my belongings, and packed the truck very well. They wrapped furniture and loaded my belongings in St Pete, drove them to Orlando, and unloaded everything in my new apartment. It was nice to have everything taken care of - including all supplies. My only slight critique is that I wish they had done a smidge of a better job in re-assembling the bed, but it was very minor. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend and would definitely use them again for every future move. I researched and interacted with a lot of companies in my search for movers, and this one stands far above the rest as a true 5 star business that is professionally run & managed.

They did such a great job that they have earned my personal business as well. The delivery guys Edgar and Logan were phenomenal they were courteous, professional and very careful with the furniture. The two movers were most professional, cooperative, friendly and considerate, They worked very quickly without breaks, wrapping furniture very carefully. JETS came to the rescue after we had a horrible experience with another moving company that left us stranded and in tears. We thought cheaper was better and that all moving companies were created equal but boy were we wrong. JET’s team was kind, compassionate to what had happened, hard working, meticulous, efficient, and a joy to be around. They were able to get us moved to another city within 24 hours of us calling them. After hearing our sob story, their owner scheduled their A team and they were all amazing- the owner and manager even stopped by to check on things and help where needed. They were prompt upon arrival and swift in getting us moved out of a 3 story townhome- it was amazing to watch! They really know what they are doing and had all the equipment needed to pack everything carefully. We have a very large flat screen TV that they packed perfectly in a special bag. You don’t get that kind of service with most moving companies. Even the way the packed the truck was impeccable. It was a LONG day and we had to demand that they stop to take a break and eat some pizza - that’s how hard of workers they were. We really can’t say enough good things about what a wonderful company this is- from its people to the owners, it was the best experience we could have asked for. Highly recommend!!! We will never use another moving company again.

Best moving experience I've ever had! Movers were on time, very professional, worked hard and fast. The price for my move was more than fair, actually the lowest of all the quotes i got. Movers had TV boxes, lots of extras I didn't to make my move super easy. Disassembled beds and reassembled them very quickly and didn't cut into the time at all. Movers were VERY respectful of the walls when moving in and out as well as the floor and entry ways. Also available on short notice. I cant say enough about them, and so glad I found them. I don't write a lot of reviews but made it a point to write this. HIGHLY Recommended!!

I also forgot to get my storage unit key back from the guys and the manager came to my house to drop it off. Great customer service! Everyone was fantastic throughout the whole process. Even the phone call experience to schedule or get a quote was quicker/easier than other companies. I called about 4 places all with 4 stars and higher on google reviews and Jets had the cheapest quote so I went with them. For less than one hour and my storage unit was about 1-2 miles from my new place, total charges were $298. All other places I called gave me estimates in the 340-400 range. I would recommend them for sure. Only annoying thing is the 2 hour minimum charge. The guys took less than an hour (which was awesome of them) but of course I still had to pay for the extra hour (it’s $99/hour I’m pretty sure). This was the deal with all the moving companies I called. I obviously only called 4 places but I figured it’s kinda standard minimum charge for most companies. Figure I might as well make this review informative for people who need to move. Thanks for helping me move!

I would like to start by saying that I have used Jets twice in the last 7 months. The first move was amazing, they had us done with 3 hours to spare. The leadership there is outstanding because my most recent move, not so great. We purchased patio furniture after the first time the moved us. We haven't had it 4 months and almost all of the pieces are bent and broken. The same goes for my husbands grill. He also has several tools either missing or broken. To make matters worse, we are just now starting to unpack the 4 bedrooms of our home and we see that they just put boxes anywhere DESPITE very clear labeling and none of the beds, mirrors, etc were put together. It is my fault for not be thorough with them and watching them every step of the way, but after the first move I didn't feel I needed to. Unfortunately, I don't think that we will be using them again.

Absolutely the best, stress-free move ever! And, you cannot beat the price! We highly recommend JETS for your next move. After soliciting four moving companies for quotes to move from Carrollwood (Tampa) to Sun City Center, we decided to go with Wayne at JETS for many reasons. First, they are a local, small business, not a large chain, and we try to support our Community businesses. Second, they had a very high satisfaction rating. Third, they did not “nickel and dime” the quote. Every cost was explained up front. Fourth, they guaranteed to make the move in one, eight-hour day (Sun City Center is 35 miles from Carrollwood, and one company said they could load in one day but had to deliver the next day. That was a “No Bueno” option). Moving day arrived and we got the call exactly one-half hour from the appointed time that they were 25 minutes out, at the gas station, getting gassed up and even asked if they could bring us coffee and doughnuts! They showed up on time (5 minutes early, actually) with 5 movers, not the 4 we were quoted. The fifth mover was free! They professionally wrapped all furniture and triple-wrapped all glass. We had some delicate furniture that we thought would not survive the move but with their expert packing and attention to detail, everything made it without a scratch. When they unloaded, they put everything exactly where we wanted it and re-assembled anything they disassembled for the move with no parts being lost. They even moved one very heavy piece of furniture to three different locations in the new house with all the patience in the world. (You know the deal, “put it there, no..put it over there.....no, wait, put it here.). It was estimated that we had roughly 14,000 pounds to move and they started at 8:55 in the morning and were completely finished at 5:02 in the evening (7 hours and 57 minutes), so their 8 hour timeline quote was spot on. In reality, we had closer to 15,000 pounds of household goods to move, but the price did not go up. If they used extra boxes, they did not charge for them, they only charged what they estimated they would use in the quote. Not only did they professionally pack and wrap everything, but also they collected all unneeded packing material, leaving the house clean, and did the same at the new house after they unpacked everything. What really amazed us was that during the last hour of unloading, the sky opened up and it just poured rain. They told us that in order to not get anything in the new house wet, they unpacked the remaining items on the front, covered porch, taking away all wet packing material so it was never brought into the house. A huge “shout out” to Dale and his crew Diaz, Joe, Carlos, and Steve. You gentlemen made our move an excellent, stress-free, smooth experience. Finally, it was time to sign the paperwork, that dreaded point where some moving companies raise the quoted price for various and unforeseen issues/reasons associated with the move. Well, not JETS! What was quoted weeks earlier was exactly what was charged! Full disclosure, the four companies we solicited for quotes were Allied, College Hunks Moving Junk, Two Men and a Truck, and JETS. Quoted prices ranged from $10,000 to just over $1,500. This may be a very long review, but we wanted to tell our success story using this wonderful company to help those who are in need of moving services. If you want to take the stress out of your move, use JETS. You will be glad that you did!

They had no issues disassembling and reassembling beds and such, other than those tricky ikea puzzles called furniture lol.
