WOW is the single word that sums up the amazing experience that Phil, Aydan, John, Shelton, and Gary provided during our second move with Brothers EZ Moving! The team moved us about 7 years ago and did an awesome job so when it was time to move again this past week there was no question we would hire them again. Well let me tell you, we thought the first experience was good, but this time was EVEN BETTER! Given we had a lot of stuff to be moved we hired them to both Pack and Move us and these guys are here to serve the customer and are all about making sure we were happy every step of the way. They communicated where they were, they worked two 13 hour days to get it done, never complained, didn't take breaks and were all around great to have in our home helping us! Plus all the little things they did that you wouldn't think of, like making sure all the boxes were in rows where you could access them from either side to make unpacking easier! By the end I hardly remembered I hired them as they all felt like good friends. It is rare to find a company you can hire and be completely satisfied, but I promise you, these guys will do that!! Don't think twice about going with these guys and if I were you I would request Phil, Aydan, John, Shelton, and Gary to come do your move!!!

We got this moving company to help unload furniture from a house and a storage shed to our new house. These guys worked very well together, were fast and efficient. When we got to the new house they brought everything in each room that I wanted, both upstairs and down. They filled a large moving truck and were done in about 3 hrs. Fantastic job, I’ll definitely use them again!! Thank you Josh, David, and Phil!! You guys were great!!

I used Brothers EZ Moving for a cross-country move, and overall I was happy with my move. They moved my stuff, including a piano, safely to my new home. I would recommend their services and consider using them again. Shea, who handles estimates, was helpful with getting a quote and scheduling the move. The team of movers, Phil, John, and Josh, were polite, efficient, and professional. They even accommodated loading up our stuff on a Sunday to help with our travel schedule. I had one small concern with my move: the foreman who managed the unloading and reassembly of the piano was still new to dealing with pianos. The owner, Gary, helped with the disassembly and walked the foreman through the process at the load site, but he wasn't there for the reassembly. Fortunately I've had my piano moved several times and was familiar with the process, so I was able to provide guidance to the movers. In the end, my piano was set up safely, but that aspect made me a little nervous at the time - not just for my piano, but for the movers' safety. One other source of improvement would be better communication about when the unloading time was going to be. We woke up on the unload day to find a couple missed calls and texts because the movers were there, but I had no prior notice about when they were going to show up. Another small point: their estimate form references Baker International for moving insurance, but the insurance company requires that the movers are registered with their network in order to provide a quote. I found that out a little too late and ended up having to get much more expensive coverage directly from the movers, but it might be worth registering with insurance groups if you are going to recommend them. Lastly, if I could offer some feedback on your forms (estimates and invoices): some of the language can be confusing (some of the terms and conditions apply to long-distance moves and others apply to local moves), and there are a few typos here and there. It might not hurt to do another proof-reading pass on them.

Phil and Tyler made moving so easy they were able to pack up all of the things I need them to get without questions even though my dog was running around following them the whole way. They were very nice and respectful and gentle with my things. They even set up my furniture that I needed help with. I will definitely recommend these guys. They are great!

Booked last minute as other moving plans fell through. Ended up taking less time than estimated - the guys called me to give a precise time of when they were coming. Then they quickly surveyed the setup and started working at rapid pace! Seriously fast hard working guys and they took good care of my things. Highly recommend!!

Let me start by saying I read all of the reviews before I decided to select this company to make our long distance move. I am so happy I didn’t let the negative reviews sway us from this company!!! I know this is just our experience, but it was an extremely awesome experience! We moved from Tampa to Las Vegas and let me just say that Hannah, Ricardo and Gary are three individuals we will never forget! They made our move so tremendously easy even though we had issues unrelated to them. They worked tirelessly to make our most special for us and we appreciate them more than they will ever know! We hope this review will make other people think about using them. If I were to move again and they had a branch here, we would definitely use them again! Phil, Tyler, and E from Brothers EZ Moving of Tampa were ultra-professional, courteous and, I suspect, they are really undercover superheroes. They called and gave us a time to meet them at the storage unit in Lakeland, Florida, where all our belongings were while we were out of the country for five years. They had that 10' x 20' unit filled from the floor to the ceiling cleared out in no time. In addition, they made a second stop for us to pick up more items stored at my sister's home. Next, they traveled to Cape Coral, where we relocated. The guys unloaded the moving truck and placed the furniture and boxes in the appropriate rooms. Phil, Tyler and E -- you were GREAT! The final cost of moving was WAY lower than expected. Gotta love this moving company!

Roshye, Angel and Angel were outstanding! Very efficient and fast yet being very careful, cautious and respectful. You can trust these guys and I’ll Refer and use them again! It was like watching synchronized ballerinas haha amazing work truly all Were polite with good attitudes! No damage was Done and it was very very heavy furniture including marble table and the steps they made look easy being mindful of every turn. The storage facility was an upstairs unit and the elevator was very busy with other patrons. We used Brothers EZ Moving and they were phenomenal. They showed up on time and got straight to work. We had Joe, Jerry, and Jared show up and they were kind, personable, and very hard working. We originally thought it would take 6-8 hours and it ended up taking 13 hours. They had a positive attitude the entire time and seemed that they just wanted to help us get it done. We really enjoyed getting to know them and even though the move was tougher than we thought, they made it feel much better. They did a great job at taking down our furniture and putting it back up. When Gary called me the morning of our move to tell me he was on his way, he told me that they would give us the best move we’ve ever had. He was right! Gary and Jean worked very hard to move quickly and carefully. Our 26 foot UHaul was unpacked in an hour. They asked where we wanted our furniture positioned in each room and at the end, walked through the house to see if we wanted any adjustments. These men were expert movers and also incredibly kind. I highly recommend them.

Brothers EZ moving was fantastic. This is the first time that we have ever hired movers. It was a local move. We didn’t have too much furniture (mostly just a few beds). Took a total of 5 hours (estimated time was 4.5). I’m going to blame my husbands poor packing on account of why it took a little longer (he had a lot of loose items that weren’t in boxes, so loading and unloading those was not as efficient). I got a very swift response (usually from Hannah) and invoice whenever I called with any questions or make changes (we had to change the date and also add a stop). She always followed up with a new invoice. Joshua and Luke were our movers. Joshua called me ahead of time to let me know their truck had a flat tire and they might be a bit late; however, they arrived just 10 minutes after the 1 hr time window. I really appreciated the phone call and notice though! Joshua was really exceptional during the move. Very friendly, polite, and courteous. He worked diligently but was not rushing us with anything either. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them. All around fantastic experience- especially with Hannah, Joshua, and Luke.

I hired Brothers EZ moving to move into a new construction home. I was worried about the amount of big items that needed to be moved upstairs and about my white walls and new flooring and carpet. We had bad weather on the day of the move and it rained hard all day! However, Phil, Lamb, David and Anthony really came through! They worked fast, and were careful with my items, they were professional and friendly. I can say enough good things about them. I can’t express my gratitude to Brother’s EZ Movers enough! When faced with a last minute change in moving plans, they were ever so accommodating! Wow! By far the best moving experience ever! Joe and his team were extremely professional, organized, had very pleasant attitudes, and were very efficient time managers. The team showed up in uniformed polos, ensured the protected my furniture not only from damage, but wrapped it to protect from sweat, which means a lot to me. We had local moving with 2 night storage and then unloading. These gentlemen were so good we also requested them for our unloading. From the office staff to the movers. I used Brothers EZ Moving for my recent move. This is the second time I’ve used them. Shea that works in the office is awesome! She was very responsive with getting back to me with any questions and changes that I had. She called a few days before my move to confirm things and to see if I had any questions. During my resent move I had Jeanbaptise, Drey and Jared as my movers. These guys were fantastic! They took very good care of my furniture. Everything was moved without a scratch or damage. During our move we decided to use another moving company. after they used temp workers that had no clue on what to do, and took 10 hours to move a 3 bedroom house, I decided to look elsewhere when a friend recommended this company. Joe and Jerry came out to help with the move and they made it a million times better than the first go-around. Brothers EZ are amazing!! My movers were Marquis and Phlillip and they were great!! They were really friendly, but more importantly they got the job done. They wrapped everything in blankets and we were out of my 2 bedroom apartment in less than 2 hrs. Unpacking at my new place was really fast too even though we are on the 2nd floor. I have two large reclining couches and they thought they wouldn't be able to get them in but they tried and did, which was very impressive because of the small doorway compared to the couches. If I move again I will definitely call Brothers EZ because all of my worries and concerns were proven wrong and they are very affordable compared to other companies. "Pro tip, disassemble everything you can to have your move as fast as possible"

What an amazing experience! Prince, Isaiah, Rob and Garrett are the most careful and fast movers I have ever seen. They came precisely on time and dressed nicely and ready to work. We had an incredible experience yesterday during a very hectic move with Trevor J., Leon and Lee. These three men did the job of 10 men. They were professional, courteous, energetic and extremely helpful. Originally we planned on making one trip but it required Two trips. They quickly made the adjustment and got the job done. We have moved four times in the last decade and I can say that by far this was our best experience. The owner, Gary, of the company called us mid afternoon to make sure that everything was going as planned which was unexpected and very appreciated. We had Stairs,Several extremely heavy and difficult pieces, delicate items and lots of moving parts Throughout the day. These men navigated all of it with ease and grace. This was a local move with the two houses located about 16 miles apart. Three moving people arrived exactly on time - Prince, Austin, and Allen. They introduced themselves and went to work immediately. They carefully wrapped every item and loaded the pieces on to the truck - GREAT job. It took them about and hour and a half. On the other end, they unloaded the truck, unwrapped the packaging, and carefully placed each item into the correct room. Again, this took about an hour and a half. All three of the movers (Prince, Austin, and Allen), did an excellent job. They were polite, worked quickly, but carefully. Very pleased with the move. II would recommend them to family or a friend. Fantastic moving experience! I would give them more than five stars. Michael Lopes and his two assistants were absolutely phenomenal! I specifically appreciated their professionalism, courtesy and kindness. Upon arrival, each person initiated a handshake, introduced themselves and immediately began working. There was no downtime AT ALL. ALL furniture items were covered with a quilted, protective moving blanket, and shrink-wrapped. Upon completion of the move, I did not see any damaged items; and they held true to the quoted price with no added or hidden charges. This was my second time using Brothers EZ moving and the second time I was highly satisfied. I called on a Friday to get a quote and my move was set up for the date and time that I requested, three days later. Darryl answered the phone and was very polite and helpful, giving me an accurate quote that ended up being exactly what I paid when the move was complete. I received a confirmation call two days before my move giving me a time frame for the move, and then a call the morning of notifying me that the movers were 30 minutes out. Domonique and Oscar were my movers and they were very professional, efficient and took great care of our belongings. Great experience from the start with Shea! At the last minute we were told our new home wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Honestly without high hopes, I e-mailed Shea and she e-mailed me back five minutes later! She got me squeezed in the next day! Amazing! Jeanbaptiste, Junior, and Bokeem were on time, professional, and extremely careful with our belongings. We were moving 20 min away and they moved our entire house In 3 hours and 15 min. At the end they were literally jogging back to the truck to keep down our bill! They wrapped all furniture, loaded it with care, and even gladly took add on items at the last min. My movers were Glenn, Rob and Anthony. I used a Groupon deal to hire them to move my belongings from a second floor apartment to shipping containers within the same complex. They moved extremely quickly and loaded the shipping containers like pros, I'm still unpacking, but all of my stuff has been intact, which is incredible because the shipping containers go through hell. Mine were shipped from Florida to Washington state and I definitely need to thank the guys for how securely they packed my stuff. We were quoted four movers and one truck for our two bedroom apartment. We were quoted approximately 4 to 4.5 hours. It took 4 hours and 15 minutes, so perfect timing. Honestly, we've moved four times in 3 years and these guys are the best of the best. We will 100% use them again in the future. I cannot recommend Brothers EZ Moving enough! They were absolutely phenominal! They made one of the most stressful events easy! They came to the house exactly when they said they would, were all extremely nice, helpful and enthusiastic (even though my air conditioning was broken and it was 85F inside) and they took exceptional care of my stuff. They packed and wrapped everything, covered all my stuff with moving blankets and were extremely careful carrying everything out to the truck. The whole thing was finished in less than 4 hours (it previously took me 2 weeks to pack everything on my own). Ive used other moving companies before and had resonable service but the entire experience with Brothers EZ Moving was exponentially better! Seriously can't recomend these guys enough! I called Brothers EZ moving hoping for some packing and loading help at a reasonable price. What I found was impeccable customer service over the phone and an appointment to come see my home. I had recently moved with another mover and was very concerned about choosing a more reputable mover. Michael came to bid the job and reassure me that all would be well; and it was. My first team was the packing team. Janel, Juliet and Davon were very professional, friendly and happy. Janel, the lead was so amazing and we all learned a lot from her. Juliet is new to the company and has to learn all parts of the job before moving into her new position. How great is that for a company? Davon worked so hard and had the nicest smile and a great work ethic. They were finished with the entire job in 3 and 1/2 hours. A little over the time Michael estimated but more in line with my personal expectations. The price was spot on and very reasonable for three people and supplies! No complaints just 5 stars from here! My second team was the loading team. Isaiah, Davon (again), Mike and Bryant. The met me at a mini warehouse, loaded that with speed and ease all the while smiling and happy. They came to the house and started wrapping and loading. I had to make some changes and these fine fellows rolled with the changes, and continually assured me it was going to fit and would all be fine; and it was! Compared to my last move I spent my day unconcerned and watching these 4 men take care of everything and always with a smile and kind words. I can’t thank them all enough for the great work they did and the least amount of stress I’ve had in packing, loading and getting ready to move. The time took a bit longer than expected but that was due to waiting on the 2nd Pod to arrive and not their fault. Again, I felt the price, while higher than bid (again I was not surprised based on quantity), was very fair and reasonable. I sincerely couldn’t have asked for more. We are moving long distance from Florida to California & decided to go with the least expensive option using the ABF U-pack Relocubes. However we also wanted to get some loading help, which was offered by Linda when we had originally asked for a moving quote. It turned out to be such a great option! Brothers EZ Moving was always courteous & on top of communication throughout the process (email & phone). Let’s be honest. Moving isn’t fun. Sure there’s some excitement about the new destination, be it local or out of state, but the process is miserable! Moving for us was a last minute decision. It was only a two mile move from one house to another property we own but we knew we didn’t want to try to do it ourselves. I got a few quotes (over the phone) before calling Brothers EZ Moving, a recommendation from a friend who had used them. The first difference was that they were the one company that sent someone out to look at what I was moving to get a realistic idea. The woman who came (wish I could remember her name) was friendly and professional. She walked me through the process, went over the company insurance and explained things clearly. Her quote was less than any other company I had talked to (both the per hour price and the time estimate) and once I read through a number of their great reviews the choice was easy. The morning of move day, Prince, Raymond and Bryant, my team of movers, called to let me know they were on their way and showed up right on time! There was a quick review of paperwork and a walk through to show them what was going and then they went right to work. There was no dilly daddling. Given we were opting to leave a number of items including certain pieces of furniture I was thoroughly impressed they didn’t have to stop to ask me multiple times about things that were staying or going. They were careful to wrap pieces that needed it and put fragile boxes aside to pack last. The unload at the new house was just as perfect. They moved quickly and efficiently and got each box in the right room. The guys were fun, respectful, professional and fast! Start to finish this company made for a stress-free move! If it hadn’t been for an issue moving our over-sized refrigerator (which we knew would be a struggle getting out the door), the estimated time would have been right on the mark! We’re moving out of state in about a year and without a doubt we will be calling Brothers EZ for help!

Joe, Jean and Filmon! These were the three musketeers who came to rescue on a task that I recently undertook to vacate the apartment of my friend, who has left the country during the early days of covid crisis. The three movers showed up early and started immediately as soon as they got there. They work not only independently and efficiently but also meticulously to any specific request. In a time span of 4 hours, they packed up a fully furnished apartment into their trucks and squeezed all the items into a 10x10 storage unit with precision. The heat in the storage unit and the humid conditions of South Florida did not slow them down any bit. If I would have to recommend anyone for a moving service, it’s these three men.

When you are planning a move as a female alone across country it can be very stressful. After researching many companies with horrific reviews, I found Brothers EZ Moving. Juliet signed me up after a personalize visit to my home to give an estimate. I felt the in person estimate was very important because a lot of the reviews talked about companies that charge you a small fee when you sign up and then that fee again so basically doubling the price when they make the delivery on the other end. I would rather go with a company that is up front so you know what to plan for. There were no hidden/extra fees for anything. I felt the price was fair. If you read reviews for some of the other companies people have items missing broken or in some cases all their merchandise was confiscated and put in a storage locker and locked because they wouldn’t pay the exorbitant fees on the delivery end. The crew: The same people that loaded me in Tampa Florida unloaded me in Brighton Michigan. A lot of the other companies will put your merchandise on a great big truck partitioned off with other peoples merchandise which means that sometimes your merchandise is going to get take another truck put back in taking out put back in and that really increases your chance of getting broken items. This company the only things that go in that truck are your items ...it’s locked and it’s not opened again until it makes it to your destination. The crew that was sent to load my items were very careful wrapping mirrors pictures furniture covering everything to make sure that nothing got damaged. The two consistent people that I had for my load and unload were Domonique and Eddy. can’t say enough about these guys they’re very polite and professional and do outstanding work. I’m not sure what they get paid but they certainly deserve a bunch for the professional manner in which they handle their customers and make this company look really good. thanks to everyone it Brothers Easy Moving for making this as stress free event as possible 😊 Would definately use this company again. Lee was a great foreman doing the wrapping of furniture but jumping in and helping out as needed. iUnfortunately there partner was new a bit slow and had to be told to sped up many times and a bit shy. I would recomend. Lee went out of his way to locate and bring back the fourth bed frame wheel that had been missed place. He was positive and pleasant doing so on his own time.

Only reason for not giving 5 starts was poor phone communication between the long distance and local office in the days/ weeks before the move. Got a phone call 3 nights before my move saying that the move might not be possible bc they were confused about the dates. In the end it was just a clerical error/ poor communication about the fact that I had changed the move date and everything was fine. That said, I was not pleased with the way it was handled and this led to unnecessary stress just before the move. Otherwise, it was great and I would use again.

I was very pleased with the entire job, Raymon & Dominic were amszing. I needed many antique items that had been passwd down for geberations moved into a pod along with otger houshold items. They called when they were on the way and were there on time. I was quoted 2 hours for the job, based kn the fact I thought the pod would be alot closer to my townhome. When they arrived I showed them everything that needed moved and how far the pod was. They wrapped all the the antiques really good! I was expecting to go over the 2 hours significantly because of the long walk to the pod. However we only went over by 15 minutes which was no problem because they could not have moved everything faster. They placed everything well in the pod and strapped it to make sure nothing would shift when the pod got picked up. They were professional, polite, considerate. The price I paid was what i was quoted plus an additional 15 minutes as expected. It was affordable and there were no extra long walk fees or anything like that. Thabks again guys for the wonderful moving expierience!
