These guys have the most unique moving experience. They will just come in and move what you have packed with your trucks. Or they will load it all to Pods and come and unload it once you are moved. Totally awesome and I recommend them all the time. Love that I found them.

Josh caleb and James moved an extremely heavy gunsafe from my garage to my basement. I thought it would require a hydraulic dolly but they took the safe door off! They did it for 300$ less than a safe moving company I got quoted from. Thoroughly impressed.

I had a great experience with Sunrise Moving. They arrived right at 8 AM and moved my third floor apartment in about 3 hours with nothing damaged. The movers Caleb and Josh were very professional and gave great recommendations on where to place things. I downsized from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom so things were a little more cramped. Overall fantastic experience.. I know moving a couch down 3 flights of stairs probably isn’t a very exciting experience but these guys took light of the situation and executed my move with precision. Highly recommend!!

These guys worked so hard moving my place! Would have been the fastest move I've ever seen done but it was a hold up with the new apartment. Even with a hold up these guys stayed and finished with the moving. Awesome guys to have as a team assisting with a move. Wow! I didn’t realize a moving company could be this good. I arranged for my elderly mother to move and had to do this remotely since we’re not in the same state. Caleb at Sunrise Moving was amazingly responsive and efficient making this so easy via email. Everything was done so seamlessly, even though we had to change dates twice. The crew handling the move so impressed my mother she emailed me to say how wonderful they were. On the receiving end my sister was on site and independently reported how fantastic and efficient the crew was also. It’s hard work and to have a company nearby who is this good was a true godsend. Funny to gush about a moving company but it was incredibly impressive. I’ll recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

Mike and Wyatt moved me to a new location about 2 hours away from my previous location. I opted to have Sunrise take care of arranging the U-Haul and I’m glad I did - it just was one less thing to worry about on the day of the move. I was also glad to have them drive and street park the U-Haul in St. Louis in tight quarters. Mike and Wyatt were champs - they had to deal with many, many stairs and I was happy with their efficiency. I felt like they both communicated well and would ask me where I wanted boxes to be moved and would catch if a box was labeled for a different room. They also managed to squeeze my falling apart sleeper couch to the second floor apartment and if that doesn’t say dedication, I’m not sure what does! Moving is never pleasant (for me), and Mike and Wyatt made it much better! I would definitely use this company again.

I have a 7 foot couch that is near impossible to move since my apartment and apartment complex is all angles and they were able to move it with no problem. EDIT: After speaking with Caleb, I was refunded for the price of my move due to my experience. I appreciate Caleb going above and beyond to make things right, and will definitely consider using this company in the future. I utilized this company based off their good reviews, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience using them. The movers were reckless with a lot of my furniture, slamming a couch out my front door, couldn't handle a washing machine (which nearly dropped down the basement steps), and damaged several other items. I reached out to the individual who handles inquiries, stating my experience with damaged furniture, provided pictures, and recieved NO RESPONSE. If they were BBB accredited, I would report this company on there, but of course they're not (what a surprise). If you want your furniture to survive a move in one piece, don't use this company! And if something is damaged, be prepared for them to ghost you and suddenly disappear when you want items fixed or replaced. Worst experience I've ever had with a moving company! I would give 0 stars if I could.

The entire process, including the disassembling and reassembling of beds, took about four hours total. These guys are great. They put my washer and dryer in the laundry room and hooked up the washer. One of the guys was kind enough to point out that our dryer needed an adapter and recommended a place to get one. If I were rich, I would ask them to move some long distance items for me too. Caleb and crew made our move from STL to Opelika, AL go smoother, faster, easier, and less expensively than we ever imagined. All because I Googled "best small mover near me," after getting a sky high estimate from a mover in AL and no help at all from national movers. Those clowns don't or won't or can't commit to specific dates for load or unload, and they want ridiculous terms for payments. Caleb and his guys are nice, smart, funny, talented, and they work like you cannot believe. Nonstop motion until the job is done and you (the customer) say you are happy and good to go. They completed our load in 3.5 hours, drove 10 hours to Opelika and then showed up at 7 am and unloaded in 2.5 hours. And they did this in nearly 100 degree heat. Nothing lost and only one stupid plate broke, which was probably our fault, not theirs. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. If you live around STL and need moving help -- no matter large job or small job -- Caleb and team are AMAZING. Recommended without hesitation or reservation.. And the price was absolutely right.

But this moving company has changed my life. I called at 7am Caleb answered fast and answered all of my questions. He made it easy. I was in a car accident yesterday so when Anthony and Trevor got to my apartment I had much more to do. They were professional and reassured me they got me. I cried and they moved everything around my mess. They where kind and let me know if they needed direction on where to put stuff. Amendment: there are some very serious disappointments I want to address. I have lower back degeneration so I hired this Co to pack and move for me. It took two days and I had to pay for 2 separate moves because there wasn't enough room in the uhaul they borrowed. This cost me over $3k. To my dismay, my dryer is damaged from something being too heavy on top. They stepped on a limited edition R2D2 Wax Melter from Scentsy which I have the receipt for. Multiple boxes I am opening that they packed are empty or have a little trash in them or have 1 item inside. I received an apology from Zach but no financial compensation for the damages. Yes, things always happen in a move, but there is an expectation of compensation for damages. I believe we also agreed on slightly less of a cost due to my single parent struggle status, but I still paid full price anyway. Original Post: Wonderful crew, Zach the crew lead, is patient and kind and definitely gets the job done by directing his crew. They help pack everything without judgment and even help build the furniture back to ensure we can sleep where we move the same night. Using again when needed. ❤

When we unpacked the truck we were disappointed to find that much of our fabric furniture was covered in black dirt from the inside of the truck. The loaders had suggested we didn’t need to wrap it. Obviously this was a mistake. Insist that your items are wrapped properly, and even better, do it yourself ahead of time. It saves money from paying them to do it. and most likely you will put in more effort since it’s your own items. They did reimburse us for part of our payment to help cover the cleaning costs. I appreciated their quick and positive response.

I contracted Sunrise Moving and Packing through U-Haul even though the reviews seemed suspiciously high (that's the cynic in me). It turns out there's a reason the reviews are so high. Caleb and Zach came out in the middle of a snow storm and loaded up my U-Haul for me. These guys are professional, courteous, and worth every penny. They took great care of my belongings and were very flexible throughout the whole process. On top of that, they even braved the roads to get us taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use them again.
