I wish I could give more than five stars because we had such a positive experience storing at Life Storage on Fyler. We moved from out of state and had to store our stuff for a month before we could move into our house. Kristen, the manager was so helpful to us. We had many questions and she always went out of her way to help us out. She made us feel like family right away, always going the extra mile. If we ever need to store items again, we will definitely be coming back to this Life Storage. I would highly recommend this location! Great service, great facility, and top notch staff.

Amazing customer service! My first time ever needing a storage unit and I am not disappointed! Highly recommend the outside units, they’re cheaper and you can drive right up to your space. Secured access with no worries, as well as personalized entry codes.

I’ve used Life Storage in another state and had no troubles hoping with this new move the same experience… sadly no. I rented online, received a call to confirm my move in date, then when I arrived no one was at the facility to open my unit (Saturday). I had been calling throughout the morning to discuss my move in and no one answered the calls, so when I called the emergency number and was told the location was “closed” I was confused. I was provided the reasons was due to them being “short staffed,” then told they’d be open Sunday 12 to 4 and someone would be here. Come to find the exact same thing Sunday. Called the emergency number again and they informed me per the system the location was closed again. There were other people here who were also waiting to move items into a unit and were told someone would be here. So you can guess

The units are secure and clean. The access to the units gave me the flexibility to move our items in and out. Kristen is amazing! I happened to lose my lock to the unit and was able to get it replaced immediately. I would recommend this location for your storage needs.

I have had a storage unit there now for 1 year, and now have my motorhome stored there. The facility is very clean, and well kept. I feel safe to have my belongings stored there. Kristen gruendler is the manager that helps us with both storage units . She is AWESOME!!!! Very helpful and always very friendly. We truly appreciate this level of customer service. We just stored most of our things there and found the experience to be great. The place is very clean and with all the cameras ands locks everywhere the place seems very secure. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly nice and professional. I'll update this review when we move our things out but so far I'd highly recommend this location!

This Life Storage specifically has set the bar as far as what one should expect from a storage facility, or any industry serving customers regularly. I have had many storage units in my life, but I have never been this satisfied on all levels. Price. Cleanliness. Safety. Etc. The manager Kristen has been awesome. She definitely knows what she’s doing and is great at easing your mind. I’ve only met assistant Conner one time. He was just as helpful and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Kristen Gruendler the store manager did a great job setting me up with my storage unit. She was really thorough explaining how things work. I was running late and appreciated how patient and kind she was to me. Storage unit and area outside of unit were very clean. Great experience!

Edit: May 24, 2021 Kristen was awesome! Life storage was always clean and quiet when I was there. I felt safe which was very important because I used to pack orders for my business, Ivory Raine Candle Co. alone. I definitely recommend!

This Life Storage location is fantastic! There are a lot of storage facilities in the south city area, this is by far, and wide the best one. It is very well managed. The staff is friendly, and helpful. It's a newer facility so the units are very clean, and secure. There are plenty of carts, and a loading dock. Best of all it's truly climate controlled! I couldn't be happier that I chose to move my business storage to this location.

Superior service. Kristen and Bethany were extremely knowledgeable and provided superior customer service. They showed me the units prior to finalizing the paperwork, when it was determined that one unit was too small there were no issues with changing the unit. Truly a pleasant experience.

I couldn't say better things! Accessible, easy to start and end lease, SUPER CLEAN, it is temp control and no leaks at all, it was super easy to pay online every month and the staff is great. I have had an excellent experience the year leasing here and their prices are SO AFFORDABLE, it didn't break my budget!!! Would recommend to everyone.

I have rented many storage units over the years and this has been the best experience by far! You pull your car inside the climate controlled building to do all your loading and unloading, their are several over sized mega sturdy carts available to use and the place, although still under construction, is spotlessly clean. Add Kristen the manager who knows everyone's name and is always happy and greats you with a smile and finally ITS 24 HOUR ACCESS. THE CHOICE IS EASY. RENT AT LIFE STORAGE IN ST LOUIS.

Update: The store manager contacted me. She explained where the carts are and was so nice. I have no issues storing here at all. Very clean. Just a bit frustrated. Rented a unit at a premium price so it would be close to the loading area and it's not that close. Then when we came for the second time there wasn't a single moving cart in the entire building. We walked the whole place looking. Good thing nothing we brought was too heavy. If you're having to put the carts away at night then maybe you need to put trackers on them so you don't inconvenience your customers. Just a thought.
