I cannot recommend BEK Moving enough! They were punctual and amazing. They wrapped every piece of furniture, padded the doorway, lined the floors, disassembled and reassembled beds, washer and dryer, and the list goes on. The entire move took Roman, Dolan and Dom only 3 hours …. and EVERYTHING was intact at the end of the move. Again, highly recommend 💯

This company is a well oiled machine . The team work is incredible . The crew went way above and beyond the requirements of a moving company ! Told me “ you should just be relaxing “ when I tried to help. Nothing was damaged everything was wrapped with care and placed gently in the truck. These movers are very professional and thoughtful. BEK ( Reese, Austin C, Alan, and Ethan) moved us a few weeks ago and did an incredible job. They were very thorough/careful when wrapping our furniture, but worked very quickly to insure they were getting the job done as safely and fast as they could. They moved my piano with 0 issues (which was huge to me because I had hired a piano company in the past that could barely move my piano). The experience was stress free and they made sure everything was packed and unpacked exactly how we preferred. They were respectful and fun! Highly recommend BEK and will use them in the future.

Also everything was handled with care. They took the time to help me place rugs in the correct places, put together the beds, and even helped with a few odd jobs that we needed help with. I highly recommend BEK Moving Co! I was able to book them quickly for our move. The 3 gentleman that moved us were friendly, quick, and very hard workers. It was 90+ degrees out that day and they had such great attitudes the whole time. They took care of our belongings and made sure everything was transferred safely with no damage. I honestly don't know where to start. From the first call I made to the day of the move, this was a remarkable experience under such a stressful time. The initial contact via phone with Selina told me I had made the right choice in moving companies. She took her time in answering all my questions and lead me through the whole process. It was a flawless and easy process to get them the information they needed so they could be me a quote range. The day of the move - Led by Roman and his team of Cam and Bry, they pulled in right on time! The driveway was too steep to pull their truck up to that garage, so they parked on the street, which would make it more difficult for them but they didn't want to scrape up the concrete drive. After a walk through of the house to garner a game plan, they began loading the truck. It was record breaking heat, the temp was 102 and the heat index was 116 - But these guys were literally jogging from the truck to the house with each load. I honestly don't know how they did that - EVERY time! All three were very personable, and EXTREMELY hard workers. To say they exceeded my expectations doesn't do them justice. They were simply phenomenal. The unload at our new home was just as flawless. They would ask where each item/box was to be placed if we didn't have it labeled very well. Once they were finished, they wanted to walk through with us to make sure everything was in the correct location, and if not, they moved it to the right room. It was so hot, just miserably hot, but these guys didn't let it bother them. I wouldn't even consider using another company if we move again. The company came in at the targeted quote. The guys worked hard, were careful, personable and considerate. Thank you Roman, Cam and Bry for everything!

Fast, professional, 100% top quality. I've used other big chain movers and local movers alike, and now that I've seen what BEK can do I'll never hire anyone else. They moved me out of a 3rd story apartment with no elevator into our new house SO FAST! Darrell, Austin and Cam were so kind, helpful and fun! They were working to save me money on the move by going faster, and they had us laughing and actually ENJOYING the whole moving process! 5-stars isn't enough. BEK was the best movers we have ever had. It was very easy to book our move and the price was extremely fair. We were given a call to remind us of the upcoming move and were given easy to follow instructions to prepare for the day. The crew called us exactly when they said they would to give us an ETA and were right on the money. We used BEK to move from Illinois to Herculaneum MO and couldn't have been more pleased with the movers. We hired 3 young men and they went above and beyond taking steps to protect our new construction home, with runners, blankets and padding. Roman, Preston and Jamie were all awesome! They kept me laughing while working and made such a difficult process fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend BEK for ALL your moving needs. We used BEK Moving for our 10/12/22 home move and they did an excellent job. We had 20 + years of stuff to move and they were finished in about 5 hours. The team that helped us were Kraus, Woodland, Jamie, Roman and Page. They were all very professional, efficient and careful with our things. Hoping we don't have to move again anytime soon but we would definitely use BEK again should the need arise. Highly recommend.

Booked with BEK as it was a local company close by and had very good reviews. I would recommend them for the following reasons. First, they provided a their policies upfront and then after I filled out a questionnaire regarding the items to be moved, they gave a quick and very reasonable quote. Second, they were in contact to let me review and update my items to be moved and reconfirmed time and place for my move to occur. Third, they showed up on time. Fourth, the three movers ( Roman, Jamie and Devin) were all very professional, friendly and respectful. Finally, they were very careful and worked a steady pace to get my move accomplished in a timely manner.

I had a great experience with BEK this week. I called last minute after my first moving company refused to move me (because my Pod was located across the street). BEK managed to fit me in the next day. The move went smoothly and efficiently, with three movers (I forget their names unfortunately) unloading my 16 foot Pod into my apartment in just 2 hours. The team was friendly and energetic, making a rough move more pleasant. Though BEK's quote was higher than my initial movers, the efficiency of the move (and their willingness to actually move me) ultimately saved me money, or at the very least broke even. I would recommend BEK and use them again on any future moves.

Would 100% recommend. Michael, Colten, and Nathan did an amazing job helping pack our POD, very quick, careful, and by far the best packing job we've had in 4 moves. The local pods company was a complete disaster and almost ruined our entire move, but BEK came extra early on packing day to fix the situation. Would highly recommend BEK and avoid PODS in this area at all costs.

I can not say enough positive things about these young men and the owners , First and foremost, they provided the most professional service starting with the office staff who had quick follow up to obtain the quote and send specific questions/ information for readiness to ensure our needs were met., The owners provided follow up to ensure quality service, including obtaining specific info to ask about our new construction site and said they would ensure the truck would not be driven on the newly poured concrete to prevent cracked foundation, Furthermore, their communication is clear and concise throughout the whole process, In addition, their training is thorough to the point they do not allow a new employee to work until 100 hours of training is complete, Training shows in each employee who all have incredible professionalism and customer service , This is reflected in the culture of the company which is nothing but respectful to each other which thereby is passed onto the customer, The young men who helped us moved - Preston, Kraus, Page , Cam, Darius , - all had high energy and maintained a positive, friendly attitude, ensured care and ultimately respect for the furniture, property, and owners, The owners, Blake and Justin, did a visit during the move ,Let me just simply say , they are amazing men and are responsible for the professionalism of this company, Moving is a stressful life event, Call BEK to ease the burden! Unbelievable! Reese, Nick, Austin C., Austin R., Dolan, Ethan & Cam were amazing yesterday! Such hard workers and they move fast! Even at the end of the day they were still "literally" running. We had 2 very full trucks and they finished in 9.5 hours. And they were very fun & polite. I would highly recommended this company and this team!

We moved and we have been hiring multiple companies to do work around the house. BEK stands out by being professional and very hard working. The movers were constantly working and carrying multiple boxes every time they made a trip in the house. Their schedule worked well with ours. Worth the money.

We were very happy with BEK conducting our move, and especially with our movers: Tucker, Brye, and Nolan. We were a little concerned going into the move since we had had a poor experience with our previous move using another company, but BEK made it simple (with competitive prices) and Tucker and co. did a wonderful job on moving day. We had more boxes than estimated (and some unusually shaped furniture and items to transport), but they never complained and were always supportive, even though my misestimation meant that the move took longer than originally expected. They transported everything safely, took apart and reassembled large/heavy equipment, and did a wonderful job organizing the boxes in the house so it was convenient for us to unpack afterward. I especially want to commend Tucker/Brye/Nolan for sticking with us extra at the end to get our couch and rug set up perfectly. We had to take the sectional apart and put it back together a few times to make sure everything lined up properly, but they stuck it out and were helpful to the end. I will definitely be interested in using BEK (and especially these movers if they're still with the company) next time we move.

I recently (11/2022) had a complicated move from the St. Louis Area to the East Coast. BEK helped me move my things from St. Louis to a Storage Facility in Washington, MO as I was not taking my whole house. This was a trying time getting things separated (what was going to storage, what was going with me, etc.). HOWEVER, BEK staff were incredibly helpful from the office staff that helped me reserve a date (there was some date issues as well) to the Guys that came and did the physical move (Shout out to Kraus and Page!!) They were very professional, knew their work and did it well. the total move took roughly 4 hours (including the 1.25 hour drive from my old place in the city to the storage location). This was the second time they helped me move (first move much easier as it was within St. Louis the entire time). It is a great company and the value was amazing. Thank you BEK.

We’ve moved five times in the past six years, and BEK was definitely the best company we have used. We heard about them on the St. Louis Mag A List, and they lived up to the hype! Everyone we talked to in the office was kind and helpful, scheduling was easy, and they showed up right on time. We had Sneed-Zee, Saggio, and Cozy and they were all great - friendly, nice, and careful with our stuff. They were quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. I hope this was our last move, but I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

BEK Moving is the absolute BEST!! Big time thank yous to Nick, Dolan, Jacob, and Hicks!! I got bids from a total of 3 companies in preparation for the move into our new house. Not only did BEK Moving have better reviews than the other two companies, I was shocked and delighted when their cost came in slightly under the cost of the other two companies. Our team leader on the day of our move was Nick. Nick, along with the crew of Dolan, Jacob, and Hicks were all incredibly friendly, energetic, polite, and -- I can't stress this enough -- these guys really hustle! We did a beginning walk through, pointing out things they were to be loaded on the truck (most of it) or not. Within seconds of our short discussion/walk through; Nick, Dolan, Jacob, and Hicks were quick to assess what needed to be loaded first, and they started wrapping large pieces, and loading up the truck. They moved everything that we wanted them to (that truck was fully loaded!), not one thing was damaged, and they were super fun to talk to as they quickly flew by hauling boxes and furniture. Thank you so much! I will be recommending BEK to everyone I know, and will call them again anytime I need stuff moved.

This was the first time we ever used a moving company so I was leery of how a group of strangers were going to treat my furniture and what type of service I would receive. I was sooo impressed with the ease of coordinating the move and the all around professionalism BEK's employees provided. From locking into a date/time and approx. cost with Salina to the great crew of Mason, Dearing & Tucker that were sent to my home I couldn't have been more impressed. BEK showed up 20 minutes early and the 3 men mentioned above worked as a team quickly while protecting my furniture like it was their own. I will definitely have them back on our next move. 5 Stars to BEK Moving!

Let me start by stating, you’ll want to use BEK Moving. The group I had move me over a month ago I still rave about to others. Preston, Dobbins, Kraus, and Sol all played a enormous part in our move and unpacking. I couldn’t imagine a better group to have worked with during this stressful time. Each team member had their own story of helpfulness. To helping with removal of unneeded items, spending considerable time taking apart a treadmill, ensuring furniture was proper placed, and getting the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend, I would even request Preston, Dobbins, Kraus, and Sol again! If the culture of BEK Moving is reflected in these 4 individuals, then BEK is in amazing hands! These guys saved me a world of trouble! After a miscommunication with another moving company, I was stuck in a house full of packed up stuff and no one to help me move it. BEK made some calls and had a team to my house within two hours! All the movers were very courteous and worked really hard. I'm very surprised with how good this company was. We have them a curve ball with huge appliances, and many confusing beds that need disassembled. They rose to the occasion and made our move painless. They even had to walk an extremely steep driveway and put all the furniture/appliances away.

We had an entire loft, and a storage unit to load up on the way to the new house which they were able to accomplish in a very timely manner. All furniture and TVs were wrapped with care. I have been involved in many moves throughout the years, and it‘s VERY rare that you will find a group of movers that cares about your personal belongings as much as you do. Dolan, Jamie and Robby surprised my wife and I when they carefully wrapped everything they moved in blankets and plastic wrap. Not only were they careful, but throughout this very long and hot day, they had a great attitude. They were genuinely respectful, professional, and courteous with a good sense of humor and a solid work ethic. Due to many factors out of our control, the move went longer than expected, but before the time of the original bid was over, Dolan let me know the situation and kept me posted on the progress. Although the cost was more than the original estimate, due to the previously mentioned stuff out of our control, the extra cost was fair and they still took care with the move while working as fast as possible. The bottom line is that I will not hesitate to recommend BEK to anyone that asks, they deserve your business and they earn every penny that they are asking for.

The team assigned to my move was Preston, Cozy, Dearing, and Mason, and they were all OUTSTANDING! Each of the gentlemen were professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and worked their butts off with a smile the entire time! We had some challenging pieces to move (a huge mirror, treadmill, etc.) and they handled each with care and the determination needed to deliver each to the requested spots. This company overall is extremely thorough and customer service oriented. I hope to never have to move again (lol), but if and when I do, I'll definitely be calling BEK to handle it for us again. We heard about BEK from some friends who had really a really good experience with them. They were awesome! It was really easy to schedule our move with the office. The pre-move questionnaire was easy to answer but thorough so we had a big enough truck and all the necessary tools on move day. We had 3 movers, Reese, Pisori, and Dan who all were incredibly hard working, professional, punctual, and above all careful with our stuff. They didn't let any inclement weather slow them down either. We ended up completing our move an hour ahead of the quoted time which saved us time and money. We will definitely be using them for our next move. I asked one of them what BEK stood for and they said 'Best Ever Known'. The crew we had certainly lived up to the hype. Thanks again guys!

This is our second time using BEK for a local move since we had to put everything in storage while our house was finishing being built. Since they did such an excellent job packing away our entire house into a 10 x 30 storage unit, I wanted to ONLY use them to move the items out of storage, and had to plan our house closing around when they were available. Boy, am I glad I did. They are super professional, the nicest, smartest movers I have ever worked with. They are problem-solvers and were able to get 2 couches downstairs that we didn't think would fit. But, they kept trying different ways and did it! As I'm unpacking, every single thing is accounted for and nothing got broken from transferring to storage and back into our new house. I am grateful to them every day as I unpack and think about the excellent care they took with our things. They are also very energetic and worked quickly, so it didn't cost us too much. It's worth every penny to hire these movers so that part of your move is stress-free! Efficient, professional, trustworthy, and awesome. A++++!!!!!!

We were referred to BEK moving and their service is impeccable! From an intake by email, we were given a quote for our move from a two bedroom condo to our single family home. Our movers called us the day of and confirmed their arrival and came on time. Reese, Dolan and Brye were very professional and courteous with their move and swiftly packed everything into the truck within an hour. Once at our new home, they painstakingly moved our items right where we needed them. All the corners and stairs are not a problem for BEK movers. I selected BEK moving after contacting three moving companies to get quotes for three primary reasons. 1) BEK provided the most bang for my buck - they provided four movers (at my request, they could have used as few as two) along with transportation charges and oversized item charges for the most reasonable price. 2) They responded quickly to inquiries and gave me quality answers to all of my questions. 3) They have several quality reviews which shows me others also have had quality transactions with them. I was in a position of having to hire movers as I was closing on a sale and a purchase on the same day and all my items had to be removed quickly from my old home and into the new home in one day. I gave BEK as detailed of a list as I could before the move and they had no complaints about my listing once moving day arrived. One of the owners of the company, Blake, went above and beyond and visited unexpectedly (at least I wasn't expecting it) to ensure that he and I were both satisfied with the progress of the move - this level of devotion to your customers speaks volumes about the quality of BEK. BEK went above and beyond when I had a closing delay on account of missing paperwork with the title company an did not take advantage of my situation by running the clock which made a stressful situation less stressful. The moving crew were all courteous and helpful with anything we needed. This was our first move in 21 years, after two kids, and we had a LOT of stuff in the house and more in a storage unit. I was doubtful it could all be done in one day, but the team at BEK moving (BEK 6 and BEK 2 were the groups we had) got it done! They were courteous, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. They moved a piano and a treadmill and ton of fragile stuff and not one item was damaged or broken. USE. THIS. COMPANY. Roman and Reese were amazing and professional! They called about 30 minutes ahead of time so I could be prepared. They were friendly, knew what they were doing, and moved quickly. During our move I had to suddenly take my toddler to urgent care for an ear infection that came out of nowhere, it seemed, and had my babysitter take over "directing" where everything should go. They weren't phased a bit with the very sudden change of events and my babysitter said they were so attentive to safely moving our items into our new house and taking care not to cause any damages. ZERO complaints from us and would definitely use them again without question!

Four guys, two trucks - WORTH. EVERY. PENNY! I’m still unpacking boxes & settling into my new home, but I wanted to write this review in a timely manner to share my recent experience with BEK. After calling several moving companies, I made the choice to use BEK for my move. My initial contact at BEK was with Lea & she could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful in answering my many questions about moving. After choosing BEK for the move, Lea continued to be helpful by sending reminders, a pre-move letter with helpful tips & BEK policies, and answered any and all questions that arose throughout the process. After my move, I looked back at my initial notes from when I first started calling moving companies. I noticed that I had written down my first impressions from each call. Next to BEK & Lea’s name, I had written “SO personable!” That first impression made a difference & it only got better from there with this company. Thanks, Lea, for making a great first impression & being a deciding factor in my choice of a moving company! Moving Day - The BEK crew of Blake, Cody, Jake, and Terrell arrived promptly & set to work emptying the contents of my home which mainly consisted of furniture (approx 20-25 pieces) I had several large, antique furniture pieces & the crew was extremely careful when it came to moving all of them. They also informed me as to any of the vintage pieces that may have had a loose piece or part prior to wrapping them so that I was aware of it. The crew worked so well together & the spirit of teamwork was clearly evident from the start! The crew had their own music & had a great playlist to help pass the time, too. In just over an hour, the crew had the entire house of furniture blanketed, wrapped, and loaded onto the truck. While at my house, I commented on the BEK socks of the crew. Blake took the time to explain a phrase (“NO CAP”) that was written on the back of the socks the crew was wearing. He explained that the socks were to honor the memory of a co-worker that lost his battle with addiction. He shared that this worker had such a positive attitude & was such a hard worker that it felt right to honor his memory in such a way. He said it was a great reminder to the crew to take each day as it comes & not to take any one day for granted. I know this is a review about my moving experience, but the fact that time was taken to explain the meaning behind the socks spoke volumes to me about the character of this team. Following the loading of the furniture at my home, the next stop was the storage unit which contained close to 200 boxes & misc household items. It was overwhelming to me the number of boxes and such held in the unit, but to the BEK crew it seemed to be no big deal. Within the time the crew was loading up the unit, I needed to attend the closing for my home. Lea explained the process in my initial call for having to leave while the crew was working. I had absolutely no hesitation & felt perfectly comfortable leaving the BEK crew to complete their work even though I had to leave for closing. The crew broke for a short lunch break & we met up at the new address. The teamwork of the crew set about the business of unloading two trucks. The music also continued as they worked, but the playlist had changed. Being keenly aware that the new home (in a villa community) was home to an older population of residents, the playlist was now Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble’ - the music was just as good, but it was just another thoughtful detail to the moving experience with BEK. Throughout the move, Blake kept the crew motivated & was a patient and caring trainer to the newest member of the crew. Throughout the day, I observed him sharing tips and modeling correct techniques with the new crew member so that he was safe & successful in moving furniture. As the move wrapped up in the late afternoon, the crew billed on site - all charges were fully explained. Four guys, two trucks - WORTH EVERY PENNY! A new standard of moving rings true with this company & I highly recommend BEK!!!

Let’s face it - moving is stressful. Add in snow and 16 degree weather and it’s even worse. To say I was worried would be an understatement. Nick, Cozart, Gage and Dubbins were amazing.!!They protected the floors from snow and salt with neoprene mats. They worked quickly and communicated well. The crew politely introduced themselves when arriving at the home and worked nonstop from there. They did everything from packing boxes, disassembling and reassembling furniture, properly encasing big pieces in furniture covers and Saran Wrap, expertly navigating around corners and tight spaces, and, of course, loading and unloading. BEK movers saved the day! I volunteered to help some friends of mine move. They had hired a moving company and they were to be there at 8:00- and yes, they had taken a deposit. When they hadn’t arrived and it was close to 9:00, we had to contact them, they did not contact us. They told us they would be there in 15 minutes. Long story short, after being told this over the course of the next 2 hours, they NEVER showed up. We contacted BEK movers, who promptly answered our call. They said they were in the middle of a move but could help us out when they were finished, later in the afternoon. Michael, Devin, and Nikko arrived right around noon, which was hours sooner than we anticipated. I can’t say enough good things about all 3 of these young men. They were all extremely polite, courteous, and hard-working. They wrapped everything meticulously with plastic wrap and heavy moving blankets. When it came time to take everything over to the new house, they called in 2 more men, Brandon and Stewart to help. These 2 men were just as awesome as the others. Everything arrived unharmed and in perfect condition. There was literally nothing they did that was less than stellar, from their personal skills to their work and competence levels. My family used Bek Moving today. And what can I say about Bek except wow. Never have I met a group of friendlier, energetic, and efficient movers like Bek. They were careful with every piece of furniture; they treated it as they would treat their own. They were always mindful in avoiding hitting the walls, and found new and creative ways to go about tough angles. They ran from their truck into the house. This is not a joke, they actually ran, as if the devil was on their tails. Quite honestly, I was scared when I first heard one of them running like Usain Bolt down their ramp. I thought one of them had hurt themselves. Most people dread moving, but Bek has made it an enjoyable experience for me and my family. Next time I move, you can find me hiring Bek, and not ABC or, God forbid, those awful College Hunks. Move smarter, not harder, and book Bek next time you are planning a move.

The owner came to check out my old place before the move. He added a van and person, and he was upfront about what costs that added. The crew arrived on time. They worked hard, were professional, and didn’t complain about 3.5 flights of stairs. At new home, they covered all the railings, and continued to move quickly. They actually came in just under the estimate. Great experience. They weren’t the cheapest, but the cheapest is rarely good- especially with movers.

OMG. I rarely write rave reviews unless a company truly merits it. BEK Moving was absolutely phenomenal in my move. The best company service and performance in a business that I have ever encountered. Period. And customer success is what I do for a living. And if you ever gain the opportunity to request specific indvidiuals at BEK to do your move, Dobbins and Dolan are your guys. I have never, in my entire life, seen two guys more delighted to move heavy furniture and approach it with the sheer joy, laughter, humility, humor, mirth and white glove service than these two did. Moving for me is a chore. Moving for Dobbins and Dolan is an Olympic event, if the Olympics consisted of Ritz Carlton conceirge running all of the events. They knocked out our entire move by 10am in the morning. Start to finish. And they were like the happiest guys ever. We were a fairly easy move I suppose. But they treated every single piece of our furniture like it was porcelain from the Ming Dynasty being transferred special care to the St. Louis Art Museum. I would use BEK again, and again, and again. I can't say enough good things about them. Everything was flawless. The price quote was extremely reasonable and the hustle Dolan and Dobbins exhibited, meant I actually paid less than the price quote. BEK makes moving fun, which just seems out of place writing that. But it is true.

I did see them literally run too and from the moving truck throughout the whole move. The office answered every question I had in advanced, in a very timely manner. These guys did a great job! They showed up on time and did a quick walk through with us. After making a gameplan, they really hustled. They were practically running up and down the stairs to our second floor apartment to get the job done as fast as possible. The job was tricky with some unforseen problems and took longer than expected. Despite being tired, they stay professional and friendly.
