The packing and loading teams did a good job and were friendly. Pablo, our driver, was very nice too. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was that they put sunflower seed shells all over my mulch, deck, and driveway so I had to sweep and pick them out of the mulch, making extra work. Definitely would recommend they bring a bag for the shells.

I'm reluctant to complete this review as we are still opening boxes and arranging our new home. The packing team was amazing and very efficient. They quickly wrapped and packed all our belongings. Each box was labeled with the room it came from or was going to. The crew arrived on Saturday morning to let us know they would load the truck two days early and start driving that day. We had scheduled the truck to be loaded on Monday. Thus we had no place to stay on Saturday and Sunday night. The crew had discussed the revised schedule with our Mrazek contact, Bryan. However nobody told us. We had to scramble to find a hotel for two nights and to pack extra clothes/supplies for additional time away from home. This was very upsetting and caused a lot of changes to our plans. And of course the additional expense of hotel and eating out. I left Bryan a message about the situation but I never received a response. The truck arrived on time and the crew quickly unloaded everything. Toward the end of the process, they started stacking everything in the garage. Not all the boxes were placed in the rooms they belonged and many items are buried. Unboxing will take much longer because we first have to get the boxes to the correct room, if we can find them. Overall, Mrazek did a good job. The lack of communication caused a lot of stress. So far, we've had a broken vase (rare, hand-painted antique), cracked plastic shelf unit, (it was laid face down. When I picked it up, the shelves slid out of the unit. Many broken items and a big mess)

Loved spending the morning with Dana Russ, Willie, TJ, Cameron, Bryce, and Gage. They were punctual, personable, and professional. TJ was so great with my daughter as she ran around the house and was as polite and professional as can be, as was Bryce. They took great care of our items and followed directions effortlessly. Russ and Dana came early and had great leadership, were hyperaware, and made sure everything was to my liking- I would work with them again in an instant. The team took really good care of my piano and made sure not to scratch our hard wood floors. Really appreciated everyone’s attention to detail. Willie was energetic, great sense of humor and was patient helping me with the paperwork. He also made sure to park out of the neighbors way and handled the trucks with efficiency. They cleaned up the house before leaving and did a fantastic job protecting the floors. Thank you all so much for a wonderful morning and for working in the heat!

We had the most pleasurable and successful move, ever!! Starting with Maggie Bird and Bryan Jackson. The final estimate was spot-on. Kudos Maggie! Maggie was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable during the entire process. She let us know that Bryan would be reaching out, and he did. (in a timely fashion) Our Driver's name was Bob...unfortunately, I do not have his last name to enter here...but I'm pretty sure that you know who we are referring to. Bob was amazing! Communicative, and very kind and professional. The crews that he had supporting him were phenomenal. Very respectful, and very hard workers!! I am going to attempt to list their names...hoping for the best outcome. In STL, there was Marvin (phenomenal!) John, and Ron. In Sarasota, we were supported by Reba (phenomenal!) Diego, and I am thinking that the third was named Nathan. (my apologies, as we are just not sure of his name) Each and everyone of them were very respectful, not only to us, but to each of our homes on both ends. We had anticipated our furniture to arrive in Sarasota on Monday, August 15th, but Bob sent a message on Saturday, letting us know that he could deliver our furniture on Sunday, August 14th. It worked out perfectly!! The service that each team member offered was nothing short of being STELLAR!! We highly recommend A-Mrazek Moving Systems!

I'm a driver and dropped a trailer there. Staff was super friendly. Even got a metal coffee mug out of it!!! If you are a driver with a trailer, there is a narrow bridge with 13'6" clearance to be aware of so no gunning it!!

The two guys were so much fun to work with, very personable and made the situation in the moment and the stress of moving a piece of cake. they had great detail to placing the packages/boxes in the right rooms and were total muscle men when it came taking the Weight lifting equipment down to the basement. I picked up my Troop’s Girl Scout cookies today in Washington,MO. Line 2 was awesome! I was early and they had my order prepped and ready to go already. We counted and they quickly loaded my vehicle. The whole team was professional from the driver to the muscle men who lifted and loaded our furniture. They wrapped each piece in shrink wrap and most in blankets as well. NOTHING was damaged. They took time to protect my walls and floors. Most importantly they ALL had wonderful attitudes, including the muscle men. Back Post A-Mrazek Moving Systems was hired for our in-state move, which also included storing our furniture for a couple months. It was a 2 day pack and 2 days to deliver. I’m always a bit nervous with the potential for things to get broken or damaged. However, the team of packers was wonderful and to back that up....not one thing broken! They went the extra mile on the delicate pieces and it paid off. Our moving coordinator Brian was always available for questions and met every expectation. His organization and good communication was spot on. The day of delivery the team put all the needed floor and wall coverings in place to protect our new home. They placed furniture where we ask and even when I changed my mind, they gladly assisted. Anything taken apart was put back together in working order. Sunday Line for Girl Scout cookie pick up was different this year, I assume due to the weather. There was only one line and they had each car pull in and then closed the dock door. The Staff was fast and courteous and had everything in order. However, this year it was harder to examine cases at pick up and once I got home I found I had several crunched and damaged cases of cookies which can’t be distributed out - I will need to take them to one of the Girl Scout cookie cupboards for exchange. The team was great but quality control could have been better.

Brain checked on the day of loading and uploading to see how everything was going. Shawn & movers did a great job on both ends of our move. Furniture was wrapped in padded 'quilts' or wrapped in plastic to protect our furniture and appliances. All flooring was protected before anything was moved in or out. They were effient and worked well together coaching each other on heavy or bulky pieces. This was our 1st experience using professional movers....it was totally worth it!! Highly recommend!

No one likes to move. It is always a stressful and difficult activity. But A-Mrazek made it almost pleasant. It was a stress free experience. The costs were known and clear up front. No surprises. No last minute “adjustments”. On both ends of the move the crew arrived on time as expected. The people were polite, friendly and careful. Our “stuff” arrived in pristine condition. Sure, we looked at other companies that said they’d charge less. But even a cursory search came up with horror stories about last minute cost increases. If you gotta move and you want professionals to do it, A-Mrazek is the way to go.

During the estimate process, A-Mrazek asked more thorough questions than the other three companies I contacted for comparison, eliminating surprises that may have popped up with other companies. Once I signed a contract with them, I was assigned a relocation specialist who checked in with me regularly before, during and after the move. During our move, our crew was professional and courteous. The more experience guys mentored the less knowledge crew members to improve their skill base. They wrapped up our job quicker than anticipated, without any damage to our property or goods. After the move, A-Mrazek's follow-up has been outstanding.
