I've had All Service Moving come out twice now. The first time for a move across town and the second for a smaller job just moving a couch upstairs. The service from everyone involved (Jack, Kevin, Daniel, Manny, and Josh) was fantastic. Moving can be a stressful experience, but All Service Moving did everything to make the experience easier. The logistics, the communication, and the movers themselves all made the experience smooth. Would 100% recommend to anyone who's searching around for a headache-free moving experience.

All Service Moving did a great job with our residential move from Seattle down to Auburn. Donald, Moya, and Jack arrived right on time and were quick and efficient when loading up the truck with our belongings. I am very picky when it comes to our furniture and the movers were very flexible and accommodating to my requests to extensively cover and protect all our wood and upholstered furniture. Even after running out of moving blankets, a quick call to dispatch resolved that issue as more blankets arrived soon after! My wife is a classical pianist and we have a grand piano that is one of our most precious possessions. All Service Moving did an incredible job with disassembling, moving and reassembling the piano. The process was even more well planned out than when we had previously hired ‘professional piano movers’ some years ago. Everything arrived safely at our new house and the guys were always polite and easy to work with, which is an often overlooked benefit when it comes to alleviating the stresses of moving.

Dominic and Michael were great! I had heavy stuff, a curvy driveway, a cumbersome sofa that took a lot of maneuvering to get through a dead-end hallway side door, Dominic fished my car and house keys out of a suitcase after retrieving it from the depths of packed truck, and they were accommodating when I realized something needed to be relocated, and they were polite and kind throughout, good guys, whom I highly recommend.

To say that All Service Moving exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I was so disappointed with my last move through a brokerage - I was quoted a price that escalated constantly, everything was late, and I feared that my property would never show up on the other end. With All Service, it was the complete opposite. They were extremely responsive, diligent, careful, and quick. I was so thankful and grateful for the time and care they put in. All Service Moving were the only good thing that came of our moving experience thus far. I'll save you the long list of headaches my wife and I have experienced buying our first home, but we're so grateful to have Jack, Manny and Nicklaus help us move our belongings across town. Our appointment was scheduled for 9 AM, prior to that the team had an unexpected issue with the truck and let us know they might be 30 mins late. I was still cleanings up anyways so I was totally ok with that, I'm just glad they kept us informed. They arrived around 9:15 AM, totally acceptable in my book. Jack, Manny and Nicklaus were all professional and courteous throughout the experience. They took time to assess the layout of our apartment and the new house putting up padding and laying down floor runners before starting to move everything. They made quick work of loading up the truck. During the unload we explained the complexity of our situation needing to limit how much we would need moved in and what would remain in the garage for us to figure out at a later date. For context, we found out two days earlier that our carpet install got pushed back and we'd have to move in beforehand and have to deal with having it installed while we now lived out of boxes. That being said, between my initial instructions for the team and my wife correcting me the guys wound up having to move a few items multiple times and did it all without the slightest hint of annoyance. Honestly, I would have been frustrated with me if I was in their shoes. At the end of the day our things made it safely to our new home and we were more than happy with the effort Jack, Manny and Nicklaus put into making this situation as pleasant as it could be. Would definitely recommend and you can bet I'll be reaching out to All Service Moving to have these three help us out again.

I used All Service Moving to move locally within Seattle, and it was my first time using movers. I was initially worried about how long it would take, and how careful the movers would be when transporting my belongings. However, Milo and Joel were incredibly responsible, efficient, and friendly. I was quoted for 4 hours, but we were able to finish in 3.75 hours. Overall a 10/10 experience and would use All Service Moving again.

Best move ever. Madge and Sergei were so excellent, next move I will 100% use All Service Moving and ask for these two. They arrived on time, were professional and personable. They wore masks the entire time over their nose and mouth without any prompting. They were careful with my belongings and wrapped furniture in blankets and plastic wrap. We recently bought a house and had to make the big move from our apartment of 10+ years, so we had a lot of stuff! I contacted 3 different companies for quotes. One company was quite a bit more and the other never even called me back! All Service Moving was prompt getting back to me with an estimate and they were very helpful. Nick, Steve, Orion and Eliot were total rock stars! They I gave us an accurate estimate and they kept it on schedule right down to the hour and were on time! They brought all of the right supplies and moved all of our stuff in a safe but efficient manner. They were all hard working and were very professional and courteous. Moving can be a large expense, but I feel they were totally worth the money. We couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs moving services!

This is our second 5-star experience using All Service Moving. Our first time using All Service Moving, back in 2019, was great -- even in the middle of a snow storm. This second move was just as great. They showed up right at the scheduled start time, kept it Covid safe by wearing masks, and knocked out a 2-bedroom move in less than 4 hours. Nick and Elliot were very professional and very quick! They wrapped the doors and rolled out the "red carpet" floor protector to make sure nothing was damaged in the move. They even helped unwrap the furniture and took away the wrapping when they left. Highly recommend All Service Moving and will definitely use them for a 3rd time, if we have the need to move again.

My girlfriend and I recently contacted All Service Moving to help us relocate our furniture from Seattle to Lake City, and the service from them was amazing! Brad and Donald were personable, professional, speedy, and thorough. I definitely recommended their service if you need lots of stuff moved quickly and hiccup-free. They wrapped everything up nicely (they were also very handy with their bubble-wrap, even using it as a doorstop when going in and out for easier access), deconstructed furniture with ease, and overall made the job look so easy!

They followed Covid guidelines (masks, distancing) as appropriate and took good care of my belongings. I hired All Service Moving for two local moves, one for myself and one for my parents. They were fast and professional both times, and made sure to wear proper face masks while they were around us. They took excellent care of our furniture, wrapping everything that could be damaged up in protective blankets, and they took special care of my parents' 100-year-old heirloom writing desk. Everything arrived at the other end without a scratch. For both moves, the movers also provided time and cost estimates as soon as they arrived and assessed what they had to move. These estimates were accurate and helped us keep a handle on the always-stressful process of moving. I would recommend All Service Moving to anybody in their service areas who's looking for efficient, conscientious movers. Kudos specifically to Nickoli, Derrek, and Ryan, who moved me and my parents!

Tyton, Jerry, and Jeno called us about 30 minutes before showing up and they were right on time. We chose to do most of the packing ourselves but relied on them to disassemble and wrap up furniture, mattresses, and other large items. They were very professional and took really good care of all our belongings and moved everything into the storage unit perfectly. We plan to request the same team to help us move out of the storage unit and into our new home in two months!

My partner and I used All Service Moving to move our stuff about 3 hours away at the end of October. The move had to be performed over the course of two days since there were concerns about only working their employees a certain amount of hours. They arrived on a Friday to pack our belongings and secure everything in the moving truck, which was then stored in their secure facility to be delivered on Saturday. They sent three movers: Nickoli, Steve, and Daniel who were all really nice and respectful. They all wore masks through the whole process and I don't think anyone was uncomfortable throughout the process with regards to the virus. We did a pretty good job of packing our belongings into boxes ahead of time, and moving everything into the garage for easy loading. They did a fantastic job of making sure everything fit, even with odd shaped items like an inversion table and 3 bikes. I had one large book case, but they handled it excellently, and an L shape desk in our upstairs that had to be dismantled which was also done by them. They made sure important things were padded, and wrapped if necessary, and I don't think they hit the walls at all while moving the larger objects out of my townhouse. On that Saturday arrival, All Service Moving sent two of the three same movers from the day before, and they were all still very friendly. Upon arrival we only had 1 box that had a blow out, and I don't think that's any fault of the movers, just the box being fairly weak and having stuff on top of it. Fortunately, nothing inside was damaged, and the unloading of the truck went fairly quickly. I definitely would recommend All Service Moving and plan to use them again on a future move. Nickoli, Steve, Eliot, and Daniel were great to work with and nice to talk to. I would request them again as movers if I had the opportunity. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide some plastic to put down on carpeted areas. For my house I was moving out of that was only on stairs, and I could see not wanting to put something on the stairs, but it would have been a way to keep some of the dirt from being tracked onto the carpet. 10/10, would definitely use again.

Short version. It was a very smooth moving experience delivered by this moving team. I would highly recommend their service. Pro: Friendly, professional, honest, very hardworking, can't say enough good Things. Con: A bit slow. Here is the Long version: My move team includes Royce, Jesse, Robert and another folk and two 30ft trucks. I had stuffs in three different locations, including two self storages(one roughly six miles away from apartment, and the other is cross street of the apartment), one garage and one two bedroom apartment unit. My destination is about 1 miles away from the apartment. My heavy items include one upright piano, one sectional sofa, one treadmill, three beds and one dining table. Initially, I thought a three man crew should be good enough, and I eventually opt for a four man crew. I am glad that I made that change. My moving appointment was set at 9am. At roughly 8:30am, Royce made a call to me and let me know they were on the way out from their warehouse. At 9am, he made another call to let me know that they would be late due to traffic. The move officially started at 9:35am (and they honest used that starting time in the final paperwork). It is well communicated over to me. The process was smooth. Two two-man crew with one 30ft truck each were starting at two different locations simultaneously. And the crew was in general very efficient. They haul my pre-packaged boxes into their dolley and moved to their truck very quickly. By 11:30 am, they already emptied all my stuff in the storage unit. They then moved to my second storage. Meanwhile, the other crew was moving my apartment. They handle my stuff very carefully. For instance, when moving my piano, they were very careful. They wrap my piano with blanket and then plastic wrapper. Then they slowly, but progressly moved it downstairs. At around 1:30pm, the two crews met up together at my apartment to finish all the remaining pieces. The crews took a half hour break for lunch, and then started to unload boxes to my new house. At around 5pm, they finished unloading everything. They literally worked eight and a half hours straight without stop. Very hardworking. To illustrate the amount of work they have done. At 5pm, my 3 car garage was piled with tons of boxes. Apartment from garage, I also have sofa, treadmill, beds on second floor, dining table and piano at main floor. It is nicely done. These crews are professional. They carefully put some temporary blankets on the hardwood floor to try the best to not step on it directly. They handled furnitures carefully and made sure nothing hit the dry wall, stairs etc. The crew are friendly. They want to impress the customer as much as possible. When they are done with the job, they will be happy to take off their shoes to step into the house. That shows a respective to me and my houses. The only thing that I am bit not 100% happy is that they seems to be slow. The two man crew who move my apartment spent about 4.5 hours to load things to one truck. Other than that, I do not think I have anything to complain. If I could do it again, I would do it slightly different. I would get more staff to pack up into boxes (I have many things in the loose package, such as plastic bags, and they still moved it for me). I would also ask them to bring some additional boxes, in case that I might run short of boxes later. I would ask them to load racks first to save one trip. I would want them to unload less frequently used items first, and more frequently used items later so I could get easy access to those more frequently used items. I would also print out the coupon from yelp first (Royce nicely still honor the coupon at the end). Bottom line: If you want someone to handle your valuable furniture and do not mind to pack/unpack yourself. I will still highly recommend them. They get things done nicely. I would use them again myself the next time.

I hired All Service Moving to pick up and deliver a couple pieces of furniture from a local retailer. Derrek and Jacob were able to start my move early which was a great help. Quick, efficient, friendly and hard workers. Very happy with the service I received.

These guys were so professional, made sure everything was just how we wanted, and took extra good care of our items, wrapping each to prevent the least bit of damage. Mello and Derrek helped me move into my new apartment on 9/22/2020. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Every step of the process was explained fully along the way. They had the full move from Bellevue to Renton completed in just 4 hours. Absolutely nothing was damaged. The company offers a fair rate compared to most other moving services in the area. You might pay a little more with these guys but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this company for anyone making a local move.

I used a 3 man team(Jack, Nikolas, and Lewis) + a truck to complete my move cross country. They worked with me to meet me at the shipping container in state to transfer furniture, boxes, large appliances to my rental unit in an adjacent city. They handled the logistics and heavy work of packing/unpacking the truck in a timely fashion. They also helped repackage items that had come lose in the leg of the move they weren’t involved in. When we were in the final location they took care to place down moving rubber runners and place padding on the tight entrances. I would recommend them to anyone needing a flexible, hard working team to complete a move.

They were enthusiastic and all smiles. They made our experience a memorable one. Linard and House helped move myself and my roommate from our apartment in downtown Seattle to Westlake which was challenging due to the logistical issues at both apartments. I needed to move a very heavy (500lbs) BBQ grill up 3 flights of stairs onto a patio roof. The size, shape and weight of the object made this very difficult. I called multiple moving companies for help, and was turned away by several based on description alone. All Service moving immediately accepted the job, and I suggested a crew of 4 people to be used to move the grill. Ryder, Mana, Dillan, and Cook arrived right on time, worked quickly, and had the grill, as well as a pile of accessories moved on to the roof in less than an hour with no damage to the house, grill or themselves. They were professional and courteous, I would use them on a larger move, or on another difficult move such as this one again in the future. Thanks guys!

I had a very positive experience working with All Service Moving on my multi-step move. First, a crew arrived in Sept. to move me out of a three-story townhouse. That crew did a pretty good job, but definitely dinged up a stairway that had been freshly painted. I contacted the office and they immediately agreed to pay my painter to come back to make the repairs. I then contracted through All Service to store all my stuff for a few months before being ready at the new home. They took care of that, kept everything wrapped, and while I never accessed the storage space, paid a very reasonable rate to have everything stored. When I was ready to receive everything, the crew (Moya, Dom, and Paulo) were efficient and came in well under budget. There were a few items I was nervous about, but they arrived perfect. I also really appreciated the friendliness of the central office folks who were always responsive and always happy to help with any issues. I had a late afternoon appointment with a two man team and was called earlier in the day when a cancellation came though. The team showed up on time, were courteous and swift and within an hour were out the door. We called the company earlier this week to schedule a move and we were able to be booked the same week. We wanted to rearrange some furniture in our current home and to hang up a very large (and heavy) mirror. Julian and Caleb were our movers and they were very professional and honest. They came with masks and gloves. We're a "no shoes inside" household and they complied. They had great attitudes and were wonderful to work with. I noticed they were very meticulous and wanted to make sure each furniture piece was placed in the perfect spot, which I appreciated. When I called, I knew they were not pros with hanging up mirrors but they were willing to giving it a try, with my consent. We bought the mirror a year ago but was never able to hang it. With their help and patience, it's now hung up and looks beautiful. I would recommend them to all my local friends and family looking to move. The price was comparable and fair and they were quick to provide a quote.

Jack and his crew at All Services Moving are nothing short of heroes in our book. We woke up in moving day to a nightmare scenario: the moving company we’d booked had cancelled *the evening before.* All of our stuff was packed, and I called All Services and a few other companies in a panic. By some miracle, they decided to help us out! Jack split is crew into two teams, with one going to a smaller job earlier in the day while he and Manny came to our place within an hour and a half. They got one truck loaded by early afternoon, when Royce and Lewis showed up as reinforcements. These guys went above and beyond. Not only did they move an epic amount of stuff, including a 300+ pound concrete fountain dish (that I had given up on moving) and several HUGE pots full of plants, but all of them just had good energy throughout the day! Moving is already stressful without the 5% chance that something will go wrong with the moving company itself. From the first call to the emails, the customer service was friendly and detailed, which put me at ease. We just finished moving today. We moved a 1 bedroom apartment with one occupant for a total of 5ish hours (I had 1.5 hours of drive time). The two movers were friendly, communicative in-person and on phone, and did a great job, I couldn't have done it better myself. I helped. Despite the travel time charges, which seems common, I figured it was worth it for the peace of mind that they'd do the move well. I was bummed they ran out of storage in south Seattle, so I stored things with a competitor. I was a little surprised they had my home address incorrect, but it was caught by their day-prior confirmation outreach phone call. These were minor issues though. It's 5 stars. I'd use this moving company again.

We highly recommend All Service Moving! This review is a little late but better late than never! We had the amazing luck of moving on Feb 8, 2019, the day of the biggest snow Seattle has seen in a long time. All Service Moving was casual about the weather and dedicated to fitting us in despite the snow. They did a really thorough job packing up our furniture and organizing the boxes into their truck even though we were racing the weather. The snow started falling when they arrived at our new house. As neighbors started to get home from work early and the truck was blocking the alley, they took the time to strap everything back in and move to let other cars pass. This happened about every 20 minutes for a couple hours. We were so thankful for them to take this extra time, and then they didn't include that extra time in our final bill. These were the nicest guys with really positive morale. On one of the craziest days of our lives we were so happy and thankful to have their support and hard work getting us all moved in to our new home so we could get organized during the proceeding snow days. It was a very memorable day and we were so thankful for All Service Moving!

We have used All Service Moving twice now for very large moves. The most recent one took 2 large trucks, 5 men plus two of us, 12.5 hours, and a second trip with one of the trucks. The crew we were assigned went above and beyond, working the full day as efficiently as possible. These guys are true professionals, communicating with each other constantly to ensure that our furniture was being carried safely, and preventing harm to the walls or the items. They also arrived on time, wrapped and moved quickly, and organized our items safely in the trucks. We had a very heavy piano and stairs in one location and an inclined driveway at the second, and we were amazed that the efficiency didn't wane, not even after 12+ hours. There was also a horrible incident where a neighbor yelled racial epithets at our crew, but they retained their composure and stayed professional and focused on completing the tasks. That said, they would have been perfectly justified in responding to that neighbor and we are more than happy to assist ASM in addressing this issue with the neighbor, or filing any necessary complaints to the HOA. We did have a few items scratched in the move but nothing that wasn't expected from such a large endeavor, and the vast majority of furniture was superbly protected and made it just fine. We would recommend All Service Moving to anyone and have complete confidence that they will deliver great service.

I had a move yesterday with All Service Moving. The two guys, Dominic and Marcus, showed up on time and got started immediately. I found these guys to be very professional and courteous. Dominic gave me an estimate and I was a little surprised on how spot-on his estimate was when the job was complete. All Service Moving was able to accomodate our last minute moving reservation, even though we had a piano and a treadmill to move. Because of our late booking, they only had 2 movers available. Jesse and Reeve arrived a bit early and were very patient in working with us to figure out the truck parking situation. We live on a busy street with full street parking and a loading zone not nearly big enough for their truck. Fortunately, our street has a continuous turning lane which they were able to park in. They had such patience with dodging cars! As the time neared to move our antique piano, All Service Movers was able to send us a 3rd mover. Ryder showed up just in time to help maneuver the awkward and oversized items. It was SO hot out, and they kept taking the stairs in our apartment building in lieu of waiting on the elevator, and they did it all while in good spirits. Ryder mentioned he loves moving, that its like getting paid to work out. That was evident as he literally RAN around my desk four times as he shrink wrapped it. He was like Speedy Gonzalez! Or the Energizer Bunny! Though I still think he's crazy. I though EVERYONE hated moving! Jesse, Reeve, and Ryder were very careful with our things. They wrapped nearly all of our furniture in moving pads then shrink wrap. And when we got to the new house they didn't just dump things down. They put everything exactly where we asked them to, and laid blankets down to protect our new cream colored carpet. I'm so expectant of people their age being punks, but these guys were so respectful and patient and diligent that we wanted to adopt them! I've read some of the bad reviews of this company and we didn't have an experience even remotely similar to theirs. Reading those reviews felt like trying to understand another language, it just didn't compute! I can't recommend All Service Moving enough!

The move team assigned to our project was made up of Mike, Marquise and Leon. I can only describe them as being the dream team that the actual dream team dreams about. Mike was the team lead for our move. He's a friendly, hard working guy with impressive fragile packing and handling expertise. He's also very skilled at maneuvering their 23' box truck. Watching him negotiate a U-turn on a busy road in front of our apartment was jaw droppingly cool. Marquise is super fast at hauling, loading and packing. He was running boxes to their truck faster than I could keep track of what we had left. Leon was the main packer. He expertly disassembled all of our furniture, wrapped it and staged for Marquise to haul. The team was awesome and we enjoyed hearing some of their toughest moving stories. I don't usually write reviews, but I read a lot of them looking for movers so I wanted to share that I'm a very happy All Service Moving customer! We had hardwood floors installed in our home and had to move all our main floor furniture out. My husband insisted that he and our son could rent a truck and move it all themselves...until it came to the upright piano. I ended up calling piano movers last minute for that. So when it came time to move it all back in, I decided to shop around for movers this time. I called All Service Moving and received a friendly greeting and helpful service. I was able to book them on fairly short notice which saved me storage rental fees. I was very impressed with Ryder and Kel, who arrived to move our belongings. They carefully wrapped the items and loaded the truck securing everything in record time. I could tell Ryder is very experienced and knew just how to handle everything. Although Kel was newer to the job, he followed his great leader's instructions perfectly and my goods were handle with great care. Unloading went flawlessly. Everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. They even helped me get felt on the feet where needed. Not a single bump, knick or scratch to anything. The piano, my greatest concern, made it safe and sound. The whole move took them about two hours less than I expected, so I saved money there too. These guys were friendly efficient and wonderful to work with. And in the end, this move came out cheaper than my husband's attempt at DIY. It was my lowest stress move ever. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Look no further and give them a call.

I had a POD delivered to my driveway and I wanted a couple of guys to help me move my possessions into the Pod, (i.e. three bedroom, two story house.) I tried All Service Moving because they had good reviews and I was not disappointed. Two guys and a clean, well equipped truck showed up on Saturday. The two guys were Solo and Jason. I was very happy with their work. They were also very attentive to my instruction and would drop whatever they were doing to help me when I asked. No object seemed too heavy for them. When I unload the Pod I will ask to have these same two guys, Solo and Jason, to do the work.

Update: I was contacted by management who were professional and listened to our concerns. We appreciated that level of responsiveness where they listened to feedback to improve in the future. | When the movers arrived they told us it was their third move of the day, and it showed. They were tired and moved slowly. When we arrived at our new house they didn't pick up a box at a time to bring them downstairs but tried to maneuver a trolly with many boxes piled on top of one another. We were not expecting tired & burnt out movers for the hourly rate . We've used many other moving companies in the past, and they acted with more professionalism and know-how as to how to move objects. These movers did not wrap our large pieces of furniture with any protection, and there were dings. Despite our paying $20 extra for PPE to move during Covid, when one approached the house upon arrival he had his mask below his nose. I had to ask him to please cover his nose for our safety. Of all the moving companies I've used in the past, I was least satisfied with this company based on scheduling the same 2 movers to perform 3 moves in one day, thus arriving to us tired.

I'm moving out of a 2500 SF house I've lived in for 12 years. This was the first step, the packing and organizing step. I was a nervous wreck. I contacted All Service Moving on Friday afternoon, and Nick was able to schedule a move for the following Tuesday. Royce and David showed up exactly on time; they were friendly and efficient, getting their truck loaded with my furniture right away, while at the same time being careful to wrap everything properly. At the destination, they unloaded the furniture carefully throughout the house. (some to the garage, some to the basement, some to the first floor, and a massive wooden dresser to the second floor around a tiny winding staircase) I will definitely use All Service Moving in the future, and I recommend you do too.

Fantastic move! Milo, Roger, and Moya took care of anything I needed, often before I asked. Moya navigated a gnarly potholed surface-of-the-moon dirt road up to the new place; nothing moved, nothing damaged, all in pristine condition. We budgeted 4 hrs but were done in 3. Loading took about 90 min with stairs and big stuff, driving was 45 min, and offload took all of 30.

We messaged All Service Moving for a quote using Yelp and received a response within the hour. Our questions regarding stairs, number of movers needed, distance and time were all answered efficiently. We confirmed our booking over the phone for the earliest move window at 9am, a couple Saturday's before Christmas with 4 movers. 3 movers were suggested, but we requested 4 movers because of the multiple stairs at both residences and did not want to risk additional time for the move, as well as injury. On the day of the move, our movers (Solo, Bett, Kristopher and Lanelle) called us when they were on their way, and arrived 15min early - which was fantastic! We lived above retail and our movers used an elevator to get to the main level and then another flight of stairs to our 2bd 2 ba loft apartment (spiral staircase in the apartment). All of our items were in 30 - 35 moving crates and the heavier/fragile items - a 5 seat marble top dining table, king size mattress, 65" TV, office monitors, large standing filing cabinet, 10 crates of books/cookbooks - were all wrapped quickly with care, and moved into the provided 16' moving truck within 2 hours. The unloading process at our new tri-level townhome residence was even quicker! Our items were moved into designated areas and rooms in our home. By 12:30pm, and within the 4 hour moving window, we paid, and completed our move. Moving is never easy, but Solo, Bett, Kristopher and Lanelle made the transition a pleasure and helped us into a new chapter of our lives. Their customer service was excellent, and the care they provided to our things was much appreciated. No items were broken or damaged. Thank you All Service Moving for the amazing guest service from start to finish, including the follow up call after our move to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Will definitely use All Service Moving for our next move in a few years. :)

We started out with Cook and Wikstrom, but Wikstrom had a foot injury and so had to leave about half way through. He was promptly replaced by Maverick and they didn't lose a step. I'm very happy we used them.

Let me first say that on the day of the move the two movers were good guys. The problem came after the move. The 2 drivers did not return the keys. I realized this a couple of days later and called the company. They assured me that they would contact the two guys and get back to me. A week went by and I never got any call back. I called again and was told that the driver was off for several days "Out of cell range" and they would get back to be once he was back. So I am being charged for the missing keys now. This ruined an otherwise good move.

I can't speak highly enough of this company!! I have had jobs that required my moving around three continents; and east and west, north and south in America. By far, this was the best move I have ever experienced. Jose, the lead of the team that performed the physical move, was beyond impressive. Some of my furniture required a little MacGyver skills to put in place at new home. Jose's problem solving skills were methodically, deliberate, and performed in a such a mature manner that extended beyond him being in his early 20's. Mana, the lead for day of packing, exceeded the definition of politeness. He went out of his way to let me know when the team came across certain items they were not legally able to pack. He came upon two laptops in one room to pack. Rather than just pack them up, he took the time to ask me if I used them for work, and should be set aside. The rest of the team for my two day pack-up and move: Travis, Robert, and Scotty worked so hard, I asked them once if they had taken a break, yet. My move took close to 12 hours to complete both days. Jose and Travis were there for both days. Mana, Robert, and Scotty each for one day. Throughout both days I didn't hear one word of discourse from anyone. Most times my sense was that they enjoyed what they were doing. Given the physical labor intensiveness of the work that speaks volumes.
